Big Sam made the difference!!! From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me politely and literally let me take my time browsing the store without hounding or rushing me like many other salespeople. When I was ready to get down to business and talk numbers, he was professional yet very personable. Of course, this is his job but the way he treated me and other customers that came by during my several visits- was the reason that made me want to do business with this company again. Sam went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of!! This meant a lot to me because God used him to take away the stress of moving and delivery of my new furniture. He was totally understanding and listened exactly to what I wanted. He answered my many questions and helped me all the way through my purchasing process. This is my second time doing business with this company, which almost didnt happen-as my first experience with another Salesperson was not so polite. Thanks to Sam, I am a happy customer.

I have purchased furniture from other places as well as online. Sam treated me like family and went well out of his way to get me the bed I was looking for. They had a bed in store that I liked but was not correct in size. Everything was ordered and set up to be delivered to the store the following day after I paid in full. There was a issue with the delivery truck that day that caused some sort of delay. Sam immediately alerted me of the delay and took all responsibility. From that point he contacted the driver and somehow managed to get them to prioritize my delivery for it was where I was planning on sleeping that night. I am very pleased with my purchase and I look forward to working with Sam again in the future.

Do not get me wrong, I love my couch! The gentleman that sold it to me, THE WORSE! He NEVER mentioned the automatic payments that would be coming from my account. Then, when I let them take a couple of payments and decided to go pay it off, THE PRICE HAD WENT UP. He wants to get on the phone with his calculator trying to make it make sense and on top of that he is unprofessional! Had I dealt with someone that was honest and not out to make a buck I wouldve had a great review, but ADKINS should not even be allowed with the public and worth losing the other 4 stars from me!

I visited this location recently and received excellent service. The salesperson, Richard Adkins, is magnificent with his customer service. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly hello and a warm smile. I explained to Mr. Adkins what I was looking for and he was very attentive and was able to direct me to the perfect sectional. The sectional was able to be customized to the colors of my choice and looks wonderful in my living room now. Mr. Adkins was an exceptional sales representative and the prices at this location were affordable. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future furniture needs!

They are very rude and lie about the quality of stuff they have. Paid about $700 for a table that chipped and collapsed in the same day. They dont care about the customers except your money. You better off going to Colfax they are awesome and sell great quality items.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! THIS PLACE KEEPS POLICIES FROM YOU AFTER YOU BUY YOUR ITEMS!Upon entering the store, Richard, while a very nice guy, was very pushy from the start and wouldnt let my husband and I browse the store without him interfering. Not all the inventory is displayed in the store and when asking to see something, were given excuses such as its on a forklift so we cant bring it out.So we decided to go ahead purchase a new bed set from here without actually seeing it, thinking if we didnt like it we could return it if it doesnt match the image on the website. Placed a deposit down and Richard ran my card without me seeing any receipt or informing me about their return/cancellation policies. We only received the receipt after it was stapled and put together.In the end, we didnt need the bed set as we received one as a gift (something we found out shortly after our purchase). I called back a little after an hour of the purchase and spoke with Richard again asking to cancel the order. THEN he informed me of the return/cancellation policy and that it would be a 25% restock fee on the entire order. Richard said he would contact the owner and see about trying to get my money back. About an hour later, he called and said his boss said Absolutely not!. I asked if I could get his bosss information so I could speak with him, explaining my situation. Richard did do this but only to call back and said I got an angry e-mail from my boss telling me thats what he hired me for.I asked him one more time to e-mail his boss asking if he could at least just do the restocking fee on the deposit and Richard refused at this point. Kept on trying to suggest if we could use this set as a guest room set or put the money towards something else. I explain to him, if they werent willing to work me on the deposit and restocking fee, why would i want to continue business with them? He started to yell at me over the phone and trying to talk over me.At this point, I cancelled my order. I am out $225 because of this mess and Richards mistake of not informing me about the return/cancellation policies.. DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I have been shopping for furniture for a week. I walk into furniture clearance center on W.Market St. The owner was extremely helpful and I left with a great deal on a bedroom set. I will highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for quality furniture for a good price.

Do not buy anything from this place sells cheap / defective furniture the owner is super rude his name is Todd he cussed my wife out over the phone. Even the delivery guys are rude to on the other hand the sales person James at the Greensboro location is awesome he is very friendly.

I went in the store to order furniture. They didnt have what I wanted so the sales man showed me one on line. He told me it was the same size as another loveseat in the store. He also stated I can pick it up the following day after 4. The next day comes then Im told it takes five days after that I get the furniture n its barbie size really cheap poor quality. I call the store to speak to the owner n I get the same sales person who sold me the item n hes disrespectful n talking crap. We get into it. Long story short even if the give u the wrong furniture they wont exchange it n have already taken your money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I will get the settled. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR RANDLEMAN RD. LOCATION!!!

This is a horrible furniture store. They are dishonest and sell you one item and switch to a cheaper item upon delivery. There furniture is cheap and customer service is horrible. I will tell anyone not to trust the owner or sales people at this store.
