I have a 2000 Stumpjumper, the pivot bearings on the swing arm had some slop so I took it to the local Specialized shod for help . They told me it couldn’t be fixed, if it was taken apart it would be done .A friend suggested Galactic 😎Braggie looked, said no problem, 😳 ! One day 25.00 good as new !Integrity 🙏🏼

Visited there for the first time today (9-30-20) just after noon. Great shop, friendly courteous and FAST service by the gentleman behind the counter. Changed two bikes to four new tires in under 30 minutes for a very VERY reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I have been ridding for many years and moved to Greensboro from Colfax and decided to try Galactic Bikes. Took my cross bike to have the cables replaced and Braggie did an outstanding job. I am a stickler for having correct shifting and both front & rear derailleurs are now shifting perfect, smooth and super accurate. Highly recommend this bicycle shop.

What a nice guy Braggi is- I called regarding some difficulty with the calipers on my brakes being too tight/ constantly hitting the rim. Braggie told me I could come in right away, upon arriving he immediately took a look at my bike. In addition to fixing the problem, he provided suggestions on how to prevent/ remedy the situation in the future.I was in and out in 15 mins, bike works perfectly and was very impressed- will definitely be returning to further service and strongly recommend this bike shop. They fixed what Higgins bike shop failed to do. Highly recommend Galactic. They spotted broken cable guide weld the minute I walked in with bike.Galactic cleaned bearing grease from previous owner off chain again Higgins shop failed to do this also

GREAT service, great guy. I made the mistake of going to a local sporting goods store to get a bike tune up. They only created more problems then told me they couldnt fix my bike. I decided to bring my bike to Galatic and Braggi took care of me immediately. My bike feels like new (bought it 8 years ago) and I will refer everyone to Galatic Bikes moving forward. Dont waste your time/money at other places, just go to Galactic.
