Friday March 5th I went to ask about custom cabinets for my new home. Was greeted by a woman at the front desk. She said she was an accountant not a cabinet expert. I told her my need. She went to ask her boss. She came back with questions about the details of my cabinets. Again she went back to her boss. I could hear them in the back room. Note that I was the only customer in the store. I asked to speak with her boss since she didnt know cabinets and he did. She said Theyre busy. I told her it was unprofessional for her to run back and forth with questions and that if the boss was too busy they must not need my business. She was unconcerned and walked back to her receptionist cubical. They Obviously only want late commercial customers and are too busy to make residential cabinets.

We have been working with Carolina kitchen and bath for years now and they always do an amazing flawless job. We have been so happy with quality of work and attention to detail that everyone gives us there. Defiantly 5 stars!

My husband and I could not be happier with our new kitchen. Leigh was wonderful to work with listening to my constant ideas and changes I desired. The crew installing the cabinets were very careful not to damage the new hardwood floors that were installed just a few days earlier. We couldnt have asked for a smoother process. Leigh pushed hard to get the project completed before family arrived for Christmas and she succeeded!

Wonderful people to work with, very professional. I had countertops put in the kitchen and new bathroom cabinets/sinks put in, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great work have used them multiple times and always a great experience!!

Avoid. Why? Had multiple issues with initial install, cabinet doors that would not close because of overlap, trim installed incorrectly. They did not answer calls for a month! (later was told, sorry we were busy). Two more trips by installers, 3 months later and still same problems. But at least they are regular about sending a bill every month (as if)
