They came to my home to discuss my kitchen remodel and work up an estimate. Showed up on time, very friendly, full of great ideas and suggestions. When they left, they said theyd be in touch in about a week. I never heard from them again. I left multiple messages asking them to call me but they never did. Seems to me that if they decided not to work on my remodel they could have done the professional thing and said so instead of ducking my calls.
