Im a frequent visitor of Gamestop in general and this location has always had friendly staff who are eager to help out any way they can. Having such friendly service is a definite bonus and helps me feel welcomed at Gamestop.

A store full of used car salesman trying to get customers to buy a Pro Membership. You literally have to tell them no about twenty times. Heres the kicker, if you do let them talk you into it, then they wont let you use any of the benefits that is suppose to come with it. A total joke and scam.

I’m happy to be able to find some Pokémon TCG items here. Very interesting interactions at times to say the least, it’s convenient shopping center near my house: gym & groceries.

Me and my wife had a fantastic time in this store a couple of weeks ago I’m just getting around to writing a review but Dan the store manager was great he was super helpful understanding and everything highly recommend going!

I bought a pre owned ps4 and in few months it just died on me. We went into the store, explained the situation and they asked for our receipt, and told us theyd send us a new one. We got the new one and just a couple months later the same thing happened. We went to the store tonight and again explained the situation however this time the outcome was completely different. They told us we didnt have a warranty so they cant do anything (didnt have a warranty on the first one either but they still sent a replacement). She also said the system wouldnt even allow her to do anything, then later in the conversation contradicted herself by saying she could override it, but is refusing to do so. Im upset because theres no consistency here. If they replaced the first one they need to replace this one. As I spoke with the store clerk she, (Adrianna, or something of the sort) was absolutely disgusting and she should reconsider working in customer service. I asked can you at least see my frustration here her response (with the most degrading tone) no I cant zero empathy. Its annoying Im having to REPLACE A REPLACEMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I think the store manager was with her (he referred to it as my store) and he didnt correct her behavior. Anyway, Id rather travel a little further to a different game stop to have better customer service. They both just kept saying the policy this, the police that blah blah but there was no policy in place when this first occurred????

Find games in my collection, very nice staff and always something new...

The staff is always very helpful and their selection of games is nice, they have a variety. Their membership card is worth the money if you have gamers in your family. I always like to check out their shirts and socks too.

Im really upset that Ive got two Microsoft game card that want work and because Microsoft dont have customer service I cant get any help. Got locked out of my xbox1x I lost 800 dollars. Now I just bought 2 cards so I can play my 360 and the cards dont work wwwwooowww Microsoft is batting a 1000. Im going over to PlayStation

Kind of stopped going there after Lawrence (many years managing) and his staff left. After that it was bad for a long while. So GameStop has finally fallen away from one of the places we bought games for 20 years.

This location is informative, friendly and nice. I drive all the way across town to come to this one. I dont visit much bc I dont play as much

I dont much enjoy Game Stop as I typically go only to take my son. The 2 gentlemen that worked in th store the evening that I went were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate and recognize great customer service. You could tell that they truly enjoyed their job and knew what they were talking about. Thank you.

I love GameStops period no matter which one. The staff are friendly and very helpful when it comes to finding games and consoles. Their also knowledgeable about various games which is good cause I like playing games from the old systems.

Run of the mill Game Stop. Friendly and helpful. Has a Nintendo Switch out to play, so thats cool. Good selection. Never crowded.

The gentleman I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable on all kinds of video games and was able to help me very well.

I think I read they are trying to sale the business for the past 2 years with no takers. Its a sinking ship. I would look on eBay or just buy digital from here on out.

If you seen one youve seen them all, the employees are very nice in this one.

Game stop was a great place to go when it first came out, but now there are ways to buy games online. Game stop could still be a place to go, but it has a history of lack luster return policy causes it to fall behind.

Much better experience then Friendly center location.

Traded in a couple old Xboxes for an Xbox one x and had a great experience throughout the entire process. Clean and organized store with great customer service.

Prices are high but they have q great selection

Nothing special. Walk in, grab what I needed, left without much interaction outside of being asked my phone number then to pay. However, the woman in front of me was returning a PS4. Keep in mind its 12/27 so you know it was her childs Christmas gift. The clerk seemed scared and had no sympathy or emotion. Didnt even hear a sorry. It doesnt have to be anyones fault to apologize for an inconvenience Small details matter when the internet can beat any price and selection that a brick and mortar can offer. You can do better GameStop. Youre horrendously overpriced on used games as well so make my visit worth the extra money.

Nice selection of stuff, store is pretty clean, but the staff isnt very approachable, didnt feel very welcomed when I came in, maybe they were having a bad day, who knows but they could use better customer service

Wide selection of new and used games which is always good.

They were sold out of Final Fantasy XV when i came in but were very friendly and helpful on helping me find a store that had it in stock.

I just wanted to say that the store leader Lawrence does a fantastic job here. I came in today for help with a 3DS system transfer and purchase and he stuck in there for me dispite us both having some difficulties with our day. A+ job Sir Lawrence, Godspeed.
