When we first arrived at the store, the staff was friendly and greeted us as usual and asked if we needed any help. The young man who works there showed us to the section that we were looking for and my boyfriend and I proceeded to look at the games. The young lady who works there as well then proceeded to keep coming to the back putting up the same products and messing with stuff acting as though she is working but in reality she is watching us. I am a black woman and my boyfriend is mixed and mostly Hispanic but is always mistaken for being white. After LITERALLY the 4th time of the young lady twittling on the shelves next to us she asks if we would like any recommendations. So I kindly say sure and she gives us a few video game selections. One of the video games that she gives us she mentions that you can change your race and then tried to cover it up by saying you can be an elf and all this jazz. Racist. Then, the icing on the cake is that we were waiting in line for forever at the sign that says “Please wait here”. They seemed to move slower with their customers once we got in line. So after the young man finishes with his customers he allows another man (white) to step in front of us KNOWING that we had been waiting for a while!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He didn’t even mention to the man that we had been waiting! So we patiently waiting some more and the young man again after a long time of waiting on the customer to hen attends to us and says first “oh, you’re looking to buy these” as if we didn’t have money to buy the 5 games in our hands. We got the games because our game night wasn’t going to be ruined, but I will not be returning.

Really nothing left to do at GameStop now but they still cool in my book. Still enjoy the staff as always though

This a great place to buy games for all types of modern consoles: Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, Switch, Wii, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox one, you can also buy pop figures for a very good price, also yall might want to go right now because they are selling T-shirts buy one get one free, they also sell different types of collectables and toys, and for last the also sell any kind of game gift card, so I highly recommend going here

I visited this location and was disappointed. It was my sons birthday and was looking for a game that their systems listed to have two in stock, the employees searched with no luck in locating. Game stop has some of the highest prices, their new vs used price difference is a joke. I honestly think in the near future GameStop will be a store of the past like Radio Shack. Thank you....

Not a fan of GameStops business model. Called the store to confirm that they had a game at avertised price, they said they did, I get there 5min latter and the did not have it but were willing to sell me a used one for 1$ less. I understand that this increases profits for the store. But dont do this to customers that you have allredy told you you have a new game in stock.

Good location and staff is pretty helpful. You have to be patient if there are a lot of customers but if you get in when they are slow they are very helpful to make suggestions!

Its ok for physical disk and collectable shopping, however, this is far less efficient than digital copies or online shopping, but if you need to trade anything in, just pawn it off, for example, I was offered $20 for the entirety of my playstation 4 physical disk collection, I went to a pawn shop and sold them for $55, still not amazing but its way better than gamestop

Took my 4-year old in to buy a used game. Selection was good, prices were reasonable. Staff was not busy and never asked if we needed any help selecting a game. A customer was chatting with a store associate and deemed it necessary to use foul language to supplement their dialogue in front of my grandson. I like the store on W Wendover Ave near Target better. They have very helpful staff, are set up better, and seem to have a larger selection. I wont be returning to the Northline location in Friendly Shopping Center.

Fast, friendly, they treat everybody the same and have some of the besr customer service. I would go back anytime my son need a game or whatever he need from them.

The short haired girl with the glasses is not only rude to customers but rude to other employees in front of customers. I think she might be a manager but she definitely doesnt need to be.

Its a fine Gamestop Ive been in better and Ive been in worse. Their selection is fair as well as their prices. The best way Ive found to judge a gamestop is by its clearance section and this ones is like every other part mediocre at best. If you need a videogame and not much else this will suffice thats about all I can say about it...

The prices here are ridiculous. Call of Duty Infinite Warfare is 59$ here. At Walmart it is 25$. The trade in value and sell price for games is stupid. They give a small fraction of what its worth then sell as if it was new. Used games are maybe 5$ cheaper than just buying a new one. GameStop will NEVER get another penny from me. Shop at Walmart or Target, trust me you will definitely save $
