Staff were very inattentive. Waited 30 minutes to acknowledge my presence while halfway assisting other customers. They claim to only handle sales, and will turn you away if you need service or support. I will never go back.
Quinton Ross helped me with my phone. He is definitely an asset to your company. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new phone or assistance with there old one. Keep up the great work!

There was a wait, the store was very busy. I got my help I needed from the sale person. She listened to me careful enough to know exactly what I was looking for. I felt like I got everything I wanted and more than I knew I even wanted. I LOVE my new phone and I havent even scratched the surface of the highest level of memory and attachments called PODS. I cant wait to continue playing with it. I LOVE IT!!!
Very nice but other employees wont help while you are being helped.. Maybe its because they didnt get the sale. Then they u habe tp make sure to stay on top of what they are doing because they will tell u one thing then its not what you asked them to do.
This store has the worst customer service ever. I would not recommend that anyone use this location. I purchased a device with sprint and had to return it the same day because it was freezing and was muffled due to the speakers being located on the back of the device. I was given a new phone which was the same device. This device was also defective. It wouldnt take downloads, it dropped calls after 4 minutes, My text messages were coming in the middle of other messages so I had to go back through all other messages to locate my texts, the date and time would not update, and it had over 200 photos of other people on it. I returned to the store and was told that I would be charged a restock fee and they would refund the money that I paid for the device. Had I done that, I would have lost my number and been without a phone.What makes this all bad is that I had ported out from Sprint to a new carrier and their win back department contacted me to offer me a new device plus other incentives to port back over. Therefore, I lost $140 with the other carrier and paid sprint $50 on a device that was supposed to be free. This location is horrible and run by all Black people. I am Black myself but anytime I do business with Black people, its always a horrible experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Came in here to activate a new phone. Have been with Sprint since 2006 and the service has not always been perfect, our story continues. At first, it was off a bit cuz they seemed surprised by me saying i bought the phone straight from Samsung. Anyhow as the conversation went on and the job too, i had a good chat with one of the staff member. We end up talking about education and projects. As an educator myself, i was excited to hear about the wishes and goals of that young man. Got what i came for, left with a good feeling, wish him the best and young man, stay in school, if the lady goes away or too far, stay focused man, stay focused.
Made the mistake of going to the Battleground store and was quoted $150 deductible because I pay insurance to fix my phone that had no damage. I forgot the gentlemans name that helped me at this location, but within 3 minutes he had told me the repair was free and gave me the address to the repair shop 10 minutes away. Ive never had a problem at this location in all the years Ive been coming here.

My wife and I went in to open a new account. We signed up on their waiting list then started looking at phones. A few minutes later we noticed that people that had come in after us were getting service before us. If they cant figure out how to properly use a waiting list then I cant imagine their technical service is any better. We left shortly after.
Went there to find out about switching from I-phone to Samsung. After waiting about 30 minutes with no one in store and watching young women talk to each other and answer personal phone was finally waited on. Was told she could transfer ALL my info decided to purchase the Samsung. Waited another 3o minutes or so only to be told she could not even transfer my contacts. Suggested I program everything in myself. At this point I had been in store almost two hours. Finally I had had enough and said I just wanted to cancel the whole deal. That’s when the manager stated very loudly “Oh Jesus “ and walked away. Waited another 20 minutes for them to cancel transaction and reactivate my old phone. I will NEVER go to this location again.
My cell was having issues with the data, brought it there and 5 minutes later was working perfectly.
The young lady who help me so much, she helps to change my thought about sprint again the whole staff was nice

Garbage customer service. Went to ask about the new protection plan no info given. Left to go to Holden. Call Wendover to make a complaint instead of apologizing for associate he gives excuses as to why he couldnt help. Rude *manager* hung up on me. Went to store asked why, he said being belligerent. Liar.

THIS STORE LOCATION STAFF SUCKS!!!!!!!! My son & I stopped by to pay his phone bill this morning to restore his service which had been interrupted the day before. As my son got out of the car,approached the store and proceeded to pull on the door of the store he found it to be locked...now there was a sign place on the glass of the door stating that the store would be closed due to bad weather for 2/17/2015 but today is the 18th of February also the normal store hours for this location showed to be an opening time of 9am...so with that why must we deal with the rudeness of the store employees at this location? Oh by the way this is not the first time my son has had to deal with the rude, unprofessional store associates at this location. One girl this morning was on the phone inside the store when my son was trying to get in to pay his bill...he returned to the car and told me that she gave him the gesture or sign for kill/quit (when you take your hand and make a swiping motion in front of your throat/neck area.) Well this young female unlocked to door to let a store associate in that had been standing outside the store smoking a cigarette at the end of the sidewalk at the FedEx/Kinkos which is located beside this Sprint store. When I asked that associate Are you the manager here? all he said was NO and proceeded into the store as the door was locked behind him at 10am. Neither one of these store associates asked my son if they could help him and also gave no reason or excuse as to why they were not opened. If you are dead set on remaining OR becoming a new Sprint customer you may want to go to the other locations in Greensboro,NC like the location at High Point & Holden Road beside the Visionworks OR the location inside the Four Seasons Town Center. After I dropped my son off at his place of employment I went to the Sprint store near Visionworks to pay his bill using one of the two pay machines in the store...Trust me when I say that you will be better off to use ANY location other than the one at 4205 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro,NC as the store associates are RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS...I feel that Sprint should bring in a regional manager to fire all the people that currently work there and hire a new staff of properly trained associates that actually care & want to help their customers with good customer service!!! I will never set foot inside the Wendover location ever again!!!
Return Apple Watch for exchange for rose gold color ... called them back to see if new Watch was in was told it was, went to the store only to find out the new watch was the one I had return. Unnecessary time wasted

Wow, it sounds like the same guy did the same thing to me and my girlfriend a few weeks ago. He had the buzzcut look, but the hair on the top was blondish (only white guy I saw). He wanted us to buy this giant phone that wouldnt even fit in my pocket and I told him we were only interested in iPhones. He said iPhones are really sh***y devices and you look like you could do a lot better than that. Very perturbed, I told him I love my iPhone and after having dozens non-Apple products and dealing with Samsungs Indian call reps who barely speak English, I wont buy one. I also dont want to go back to non-functioning windows phones that will not fit in my pocket. His response was well, maybe your wife can do better. My girlfriend gave him a look and we left. Presumptuous to assume our wealth level based off of our clothes. Were both in Grad school at Wake Forest and each of us is about 80,000 in debt at this point... but very unusual that he did the same thing to us.
Tried calling their Wendover Store and their landline kept disconnecting me while I was on hold. COuld not get someone on the phone.
Purchased the Galaxy S6. Horrible!!! Reception is not good. Continuously drops calls, text messages constantly have to be resent due to not going through. In addition friends have said that they have called or text me which I havent received.
This store is beyond disrespectful and rude. Mike just the commission. If you try to make a complain it don’t get further than the store cause they don’t take the complaints to the cooperate. They need to be shut down or clean house and get new managers and or take customer service classes.
