Yoslandy was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and even assisted in areas I didnt think to ask. The transactions were easy, simple, and fast. The other locations I visited did not take the time to explain anything. Yoslandy was very patient and had excellent customer service, even while training and encouraging a new hire, who was also, very professional. Great people serve this location!

This Tmobile is horrible! Mike is nonsense and doesnt appreciate his colleagues. Diamond, Rochelle and Imaja are the only great ones there. I dont recommend applying here and if you do get hired get ready to quit. DO NOT come here for service!!

This is absolutely the worst T-mobile ever the good reviews are fake, Mike (Store Manager) is Begging for good reviews he doesn’t know anything about his job he has to call everyone else to get an answer Rochelle is the only one that is not rude and disrespectful to customers. Absolutely useless. The merger with Sprint is the worst planned, most ill-conceived boondoggle in business history. I cant get any of my issues resolved at the stores and cant get customer service to answer or call me back. I guess T-mobile doesnt care about its customers who have been with the company for 17 years

The most horrible experience ever. They were supposed to check the credit first and then accept any sort of payments for activation fees. The done it backwards and would not refund our money. Would not recommend this location at all. A complaint has been filed for this location as well.Worker- Says he’s a Manager (Mike)

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were patient when it came to me trying to set-up my phone and didnt rush me at all until I felt satisfied that everything was set-up correctly. They also answered my questions thoroughly about using the phone and new items I may need to consider. They were respectful and not pushy, and I thank them for that as well! Great staff!

As a retired customer service worker, I tend to be more critical than most when I am the customer! My daughter & I visited this store yesterday to make some changes on our account...which has always been a nightmare in the past. I have never, ever had a BETTER experience!! Tammy was my Sales Rep & I must give her a 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 star rating! She, along with the other 3 ladies in that office, should be the model for Sprints Customer Service training program. Thank you ladies.You make a great team!!!

Disappointed. The staff were unable to walk through alllowing an authorization over the phone. While the lady trying to help was kind she clearly did not have the basic training and told my mother on the phone to talk to a representative on sprints website. So if the employees can’t even figure out how to use their own website how can’t they expect customers to? The general manager also decided to pick up a personal phone call in the middle of assisting me and had me wait until he was finished. Ended up walking out of the store without a new phone because of the incompetency. I’m glad your own employees are preventing sales. Sprint your service sucks but do you employees have to suck as well?

Very unprofessional business. Store was not open on time (10 AM Saturday, no one was there). Later when we came, there were a pair of customers and three staff. One was working and the other two were on their phones and/or chattering. After 15 minutes of wait, customer representative attending us had to call their customer service to figure out what do (another 10 minutes of wait). In the end, to return in our phone, we were told we needed to wait for a box to be sent to our home (another 7 - 10 working days) instead of trying to figure out how to fix it on the spot (we were there, to hand them the phone after all). Overall, Sprint quality of reception (at least at Greensboro, NC area) is terrible . This, together with the terrible customer service makes Sprint a poor choice. We terminated our contract and never coming back!

One of the worst experiences of my life. Staff was rude to each other and even had a fight right in front of me. They were constantly on their phones and were rude to the people that called them. I went in to get a new phone and sat for hours and hours. I had to go back into the store the next day and they still did not help me. I sat for 4 more hours, in tears and still nothing was done. The manager called people at the customer service and when they did not give him the answer he wanted, he yelled at them over and over again in front of my friend and I. I left the store and went to a different sprint store that was able to help me in 10 minutes. DO NOT go here!!!

Sprint has got to be the worst telephone service on the planet, I hope they manage to get at least a little bit better with the T-Mobile merger coming in the near future. The service is so-so but the customer service is absolutely astoundingly terrible. I want to make it clear that this review is for Sprint in general and not this particular store because the employees at the store are quite nice, although Ive been fooled at least twice into seemingly great deals that turn into monthly fee after monthly fee. My phone is due for an upgrade but I believe in the future did I just pay out of pocket for my own cell phone and go to straight talk or something like that. Ive literally never had a company give as bad of service as Sprint - they made me so mad before that I threatened to terminate the contract and they were like well go ahead. If youre looking for a phone or phone service go anywhere but Sprint.

The worst service ever!! The wait in this store is ridiculous. They were all in the back laughing and joking while customers wait. This location also charge $3 fee for payments being they claim they are a 3rd party store.. will be switching to another carrier

I have a LG G4 phone, the first one I got back in November or December of 2015. The phone malfunctioned two weeks after I got so I returned it. They sent me a second phone and two months later it did the same thing. They sent me an 3rd phone and it lasted about 7 months and then it malfunctioned too. I went to sprint and they ordered me a 4th phone, when the phone came in I took it to the store to get activated and what do you know it malfunctioned as soon as they turned it on. I have been waiting a month now for sprint to sent me a 5th phone, I have talked to several employees and they all say the same thing. They have to talk to the manager that helped me, and no one can reach him. So now not only have I lost the pictures from my dads wedding, my nephews graduation and my birthday, I still dont have a phone!

Terrible,...was lied to and then got the worst service and follow up when attempting to get issue resolved.Not really a Sprint corporate store,...this is a 3rd party store and they are the worst.
