I am from Fredericksburg, VA but work in the North Carolina area and I went into the Metro by T-Mobile on W. Market St. In Greeensboro, NC to see about my phone and I just ended up upgrading my services as well as receiving a free tablet. GREAT service by associate Denae‼👍🏿💯

The special on the iPhone 11 was nice but most of all the professionalism efficiency and incredible customer service from the representative that helped me named Marlen at the 5565 West market Greensboro NC location. She Made sure to install my new case and glass template perfectly on my phone, She patiently transferred all my contacts and photos from my previous phone which took like 45 minutes and taught me how to use and register my new Apple ID which was so helpful because it is my first iPhone coming from years of using only Samsung galaxy. Marlen Is the epitome of a great sales representative she should get a raise and be moved up to management in my opinion. thank you for such a great experience!!

I stopped in last week to see about switching my phone services to Metro. I walked in and the lady behind the counter didnt have a mask on. I asked if she could put one one and her response was I dont have any in the store. I immediately turned around and left.

Ron was great! Nobody was in the store so I was in and out in 15 minutes. He fixed an issue on my phone in 30 seconds and I purchased a tablet which ended up being less than 90.00 with unlimited internet. Only 15.00 extra added to my phone bill for the extra internet line. Great customer service! Ron your the best!

I like metro but the biggest problem i have is yall dont answer your phones. I really needed help and had questions that needed to be answered and i called multiple locations but no one picked up and its annoying

The ladies that helped us switch phones did a great job. We had a full on conversation while at the same time they switch my phone over. Took less than 10 minutes at the store and they were very polite. That’s worth reviewing about.

Extremely long wait time. Only one person working. They need more help. Btw it was 2 pm on a Wed afternoon. Did not expect to wait that long and then I had to but in because I just needed to pick up a phone before leaving for vacation. Took less than 5 mins for my transaction.
