The manager was very very helpful in assisting with my new phone purchase but when I returned later because I couldnt receive any text messages, a young guy assisted me. He sent a few text messages to my phone to test it out. He couldnt help. I called customer service and they helped. All my messages came through including the ones from the young guy. He sent vulgar messages to my phone in Arabic ex:(Sharmuta). I told the store and they gave me the address of the store I can find the young guy. Why would I find him. Its management job to handle their staff not mine.

Walked in there wanting to get the iPhone SE for 99.99, turned out it was 290$ to get it and you get $100 Back after 5 months Of service. Anyways the guy activated a iPhone 11 and didn’t even notify me about how much it would cost me, it is for just my phone 161 for 10 months plus my service fees. And I never signed any papers “to the lease agreement”? Had no idea I had another bill on top of the 120/month for the two lines I share. TO THE POINT THO!! This guy wouldn’t even give me a paper receipt and when I went back and asked him he said he emailed it to me. WRONG all he sent was a lease agreement. And he has not answer the phone all day, I’ve called 20 times+ he was full of shyt. #shyttedRandleman rd, Greensboro NC

Regina is the best rep at this location. If you need a great deal on a phone shes the one to see. Very knowledgeable with all types of Android phone issues. Although she wears a mask, shes always got a smile on her face. When others wont help, she will take the time to help or explain what you can do to get right. This girl knows her stuff. Good help is hard to find and theyve got a great employee. That store better keep her as long as they can, shes awesome.
