Have to share, simply due to what I perceive as ignorance and entitlement... The gentleman, Kier... Sir, you come across as invincible and audacious. I shop at this particular store regularly. I, for the past 16 months, have been highly appreciative of their efforts to maintain health and safety standards. The onus of providing a mask, falls on you! My family has several members with compromised immune systems. Despite the fact we have all been vaccinated, I still cant trust that others in the community, have the same standards of ensuring protection of self and others. The arrogance portrayed in your particular review, speaks volumes for your character sir.

No admittance without mask after mask requirement lifted. No masks for customers to use or buy. Will not accept vaccination card. Not very accommodating and unwilling to help. Cant see their own flaws. Very closed minded. Last time I shop here.Bonus: They replied to my review by reviewing me. Lowered teview to One Star. These people love an argument. Stay away because youll never win against ignorance.

I really had no clue how much hospitality is at this pawn shop its a lDy this working this morning July 30 2021 I say lady I didnt catch her name but wonderful costumer service I will be back i advise anyone to go for not only the business but the experience.

Ive just read a few reviews. I wont say that I wont do a transaction with this pawn company as to buy something, as far as a loan, I would not because they do not work with you when hardship arrives. Especially, unexpectedly. And they are quick to sale your goods before the time frame is over. That is what happened to me. I actually came back in to get my item and it was already sold. To add, how is another customer supposed to know that the other customer has an issue? If you sold the first customers item to another buyer to find the first customer had verifiable health circumstances that prevented his return that doesnt make the other customer responsible. Like the staff didnt know and sold it. The buyer didnt know and purchased it. So how it is the latter should be held accountable. The store takes that loss. Bottom line. So yes that is bad business as stated.

This company for sure will try & steal from you if your loan has a high interest rate, and will not work with you in any way to honestly get your loan balance down. Their loan system is setup to keep adding to your balance not allowing you to pay it down even if you wanted pay on your balance weekly it will not be accepted. Please beware before you Pawn anything of Good or Personal value.

10/10 would go here again! You go in thinking you may not find something you need and walk out with several items you needed! This store is fabulous and loaded with amazing finds and even better employees! Wish I could get all my stuff from here!!

I visited this store and saw some jewelry I wanted to purchase for my mother and I. There were 3 women employed by the store who were standing around behind the counter. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and it never happened. Dont waste your time going to this store because they dont mind waisting yours.

Needed to pawn some lawn equipment, they gave me a great deal, amd really helped me out when i needed it.

I am very disappointed at there business practices. I had a hedge trimmer on lay away for 23 days. I came in to pay it off and pick up my trimmers. When i walked through the door an associate said give him his money back. I didnt understand what she was talking about until I said I wanted to pay off my hedge trimmers I was told that the owner came back in and wanted his hedge trimmers back and they gave him the hedge trimmers back after he had already lost them I was very very upset at the unprofessionalism of the associates as well as First National Pawn and their business practices and the manager who made this decision to do that it is a horrible horrible business practice and so now you lose a customer and I am going all the way to corporate with this news at how First National Pawn in Greensboro North Carolina on Meadowview Road run their business I gave them one star because I had to give something if that was an option to give less than 1 star a half a star or no stars this business is the bottom of the barrel I would not recommend anyone go in and do any business with them. I just found out that the manager and the employee that cheated me and lied were fired for dishonesty wow after all the lies and all the cheating that finally caught up with you

You might get lucky and find what you were looking for like I did. 5 star customer service
