After reading rave reviews, thought of trying goat meat here while visiting the grocery shop. In fact, drove 36 miles to get there.But sorry to say that I am really disappointed because the quality of goat meat.It was full of bones & the fatty chewy part that was just not edible.Totally understand that bones & chewy fatty tendon part would make up some part of the @ 2 lbs leg piece that I bought -But I did not expect that to be 75% of it with hardly 25% of edible meat and that too unfortunately was not tender.After my selection of the leg piece, he took it to the extreme end of table to the mechanical cutter and there was a full goat blocking the view.I have my doubts that I got what I had selected and paid for - instead got these non-edible fatty pieces of tendon (mostly) & bones mixed with the meat that I paid for.I am the last person to write a bad review but the feeling of being cheated after paying a premium price - made me write this. I have gotten much tender meat at lower price at other places.

We always buy meats and Indian fish from this store. The goat meats was very fresh and tender. I bought Hilsa and Rohu fish from there they are very fresh and tastes good. The staff over there are very friendly. My favorite meat shop in North Carolina.

This is located inside Indu Groceries and is a one stop shop for all kinds of meat and fish. The owner is an awesome guy and is very friendly. The rates are reasonable considering this is the only store in Greensboro that sells imported fish from India, Bangladesh and they even cut it for you according to your specification and size. You can even tell them what kind of fish you need and they would even bring it for you. They are opening up another store in High Point and I wish them all the very best. You guys rock! Please keep it up.

This will be my go to place for my meats. I use to go to the super halal market on spring garden but the butcher there is so rude it ridiculous. I decided I will spend my money somewhere else that is pleasant. I’m glad I found this place and will continue to shop at Bismillah for my meats.

Lamb /Goat is good here. Little bit high price. They keep desi fishes like hilsha, rui, katla etc.

Meat quality is very good, Fresh and the Owner is very friendly and always welcoming . I always requested and he delivered to what I needed. Clean and very hygienic place . Prices are very good for the quality of the meat . The Owner knows his customers and caters to their needs.
