Im not sure why so much hate about receiving department.We had an appointment set for 2pm.Driver arrived at 9am and was to told to wait until his appointment time.We kindly asked to unload earlier if possible.The receiver person was very polite and unloaded us within 2 hours before 11am.Thanks for your effort and communication!

The people are wonderful. Delivering in a 53 tractor trailer is a bit challenging. However, there is a driveway across from their two docks that you can turn into then straight line back.

After 14 years of service to this company, an independent owner/operator was just suddenly not called anymore to deliver their products. It’s their prerogative to stop using a driver but where did the common decency go to at least give someone notice to not use them. These people have families to feed and bills to pay! I’m not sure who is running delivery operations in Greensboro NC, but maybe you will have the same thing happen to you! Hope you enjoy the drivers you use going forward and they give you the same dedicated service!

Fast and friendly receiving team. If they are ahead of schedule will not make you wait.

Nice people, but they unload on their time not yours, actually started unloading me 2 1/2 hours after my appt time and took over an hour for 12 bundles. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

This is not a favorite place of mine to deliver. They dont tell you anything specific. Theyll tell you to go somewhere that makes no sense and then they wont tell you anything else. No one is rude, but the lack of direction is frustrating. I prefer to stay away from this place unless the money is good or it puts you in a good position for another load. Unload isnt very fast either.

Absolutely awful shipping and receiving department they dont care about the hard working men that are here to deliver their products. Sat for 3 hrs waiting for my appointment time then on top of that they forgot what time I was suppose to be unloaded. Boise Cascade you need new man power in your shipping/receiving office.

Great place, very friendly. They even have free coffee thats a plus. In and out every time ive been there.

Ridiculously slow in unloading.It just didnt make any sense to me, avoid coming here if you can. Definitely on my do not return list.....

I dont know what these other guys are talking about when they say unloading takes forever. Never been here for more than a couple of hours. Which is saying a lot for the sheer number of trucks being unloaded. Just because you werent here first, doesnt give them the right to conplain. Just wake up earlier.

Appointments mean nothing. Every time I come here Im told I didnt make an appointment even when I did. Today it was finally correct, so now its taken 3 hous to unload 1/2 the truck. Only 5 more pallets and 3 more hours. I think the lazy fork lift operator is trying to stretch this out until lunch time. How do places stay in buisness with employees like this. Management is around on the yard and seems to be ok with things. Wish I could give them no stars!

Got a 10 am appointment been here since yesterday its 9:14 am and still waiting just slow.

Come before 11:30 a.m. and after 1:30 they believe in taking long lunches I set there from 11:45 till 2 before they even unloading me
