Good deals...Update 11/04 I thought that there was more to the mask mandates other than just posted a sign and letting people in without them, arent they imposing fines.You shouldnt let anybody in the store without a mask. When I was in there I seen four people without a mask.I dont appreciate it...

Fun place to walk around.

I looked all over the net for a back brace. I really needed one for lower lumbar support for this new job I had because that lifting at my age was killing me. They had them at other places but they ran 20 to 40 buck at those stores. Harbor Freight Tools had one for under 10 buck with a harness. I saved so much money, that I got nice pair of gloves and another fine particle mask all for under 15 bucks. I will never go anywhere else when Im in need of PPE!

Customer service was great M was fantastic and made me feel like family. Only one product I needed was missing but should be in on the next delivery. Purchased a large compressor and the team helped us to load it safely. Thank you harbor freight

I love harbor freight. Cheap tools (imported from China), but for my needs works fine. Let trip I bought an electric s, sand paper, an air compressor, wheel chocks, and an all in one toolkit.... All for a very reasonable a price

That staff was friendly. I did not like that they were not enforcing the states mandate for everyone to wear their mask. I was able to find what I was looking and the price are better than average.

Decent quality tools... I have bought from the stores and online with harbor freight.... All my experiences with this merchant have been of excellent quality. Online shopping is almost as good as going to the store because its shipped very fast and professionally.

Good quality tools that are not outrageously priced. They used to have lifetime guarantees on everything they sold but now you have to buy extended warranties.

I shop here quite a bit. They sell really good tools at a decent price. I have some tools from harbor freight that have out last the big name brands. Picked up a 19mm socket and 1/2 twin hammer impact gun today. Had a great sale going and was able to use discount coupon of 20% on top of the sale. If youve never shopped at harbor freight give them a try. Youll love it.

I called and talked to April and asked if they had any 3500 Predator generators in stock. She replied yes, I said Ill see you in 30 minutes.After arriving at the store hot and aggravated because my less than one month old generator had stopped working she made the entire replacement process a breeze.She saw me pull in the parking lot and had an attendant bring up a new one to the check out. Supervisor name Amy was so rude! I like HFT but I will never shop at this location again.Just purchased a $500 generator and other items here with a coupon. I misunderstood the coupon and immediately tried to return other items except generator with a sincere apology. Amy the supervisor went to a cashier and started to fuss and complaint about the misunderstanding. Told her she should never treat the customers that way. Instead of apologizing, she denied doing it. What a bad customer service!

Almost everything you need for house & garden tools, vehicle repair and hobby. Ive purchased many tools, including cordless and electric powered tools. The price is always good, but dont expect to get the highest quality for the discount. Frequent flyers offer nice additional discounts. H. F. offers a member program for an even better price and is worth considering.

They are super friendly and helpful. There was only one person on the floor and she made sure to provide everyone with great service!

Only one register opened and the line was 10 deep. Another employee came to the front saw this employee trying to do it all and we all thought she was going to open another register. People even started to work there way over but she just left. The one working the register even was responsible for the phones. No leadership in this store.

They always have just the tool i need and at prices you just cant beat. The employees are friendly and helpfull.

I love this place. I want to say firstly that I was not prepared at all to check out with my coupons. Pro tip #637r8 have your coupons ready. If youre like me, I crave a good deal so I get the coupon book every month, emails and I joined the members only club thing. Very worth the money to have . So i have a ton of coupons to sift through. The cashier was waiting on me to take a break but remained patient while I tried to find my coupons. I finally just had her tab out then stood off to the side till I had my stuff ready. My HF back home is a high volume store and this store was no different but the in store stock was great. They had EVERYTHING. So glad I needed some stuff today that brought me to this store. Great tool store for someone trying to get a toolbox together on a budget. I bought my mother around $100 worth of hand tools from here for Christmas this past year. She can now handle any situation around the house, or equip a handyman. I stay away from low level electric and air powered tools, but have no issues buying hand tools or high end power tools.

This place is a great place to find all different types of tools,drills,machines,mechanical tools,etc. The employees were helpful but the one manager looked like he didnt want to work that day I was shopping and didnt take the time to help any customers out so that made my shopping experience there not to great but thee other employees were helpful though.

Great place for cheap tools. Got a great deal on a tool chest thats just as sturdy as a brand name at the big box stores for much cheaper. Stay away from hand tools though. Theyre cheap quality and wont last. For consumables like paint brushes & rollers you cant go wrong.

Not the worlds best quality but you can definitely find something you can use.

I love this store, but every item I went for was out of stock. And they wont let you order gloves on line.

I didnt see the item I wanted on the shelf but to my surprise the two female employees went out of their way to check in the storeroom and found several of the items and got me that particular product, A BIG HI-5. I was so surprised that I even got the extended warranty. Ladies you GO!!!

I visit a store next to Harbor Freight.

Great place for simple tools with some being very expensive! And everything that you can use or need to work on your car or house. Most hand tools come with a lifetime warranty meaning if you break it bring it back and theyll give you another one and another one and another one, I think its been that many times with my ratchets wrenches!

Good place for tools. Cheap ones are usually not high quality but nut bad for the price. Free gifts have been downgraded to just flashlights lately but free is still a great deal :-)

I love driving 30 minutes just to be straight up denied on an icon purchase. The cashier told me he couldn’t leave the register to get it.

Always find what I need and although there may be higher quality tools available elsewhere, for someone who is a homeowner and handyman, the quality is perfect and will will usually perform well long past the time they will be used. Love it. Feel blessed to have one within 10 miles of me.
