I cannot say enough wonderful, fantastic things about Clay! I am not exaggerating when I say my father hasnt heard much at all for 20 years. He had hearing aids from a well-known company, and was told that no others would work better. They were less than 2 years old when we went to Clay. Two and a half weeks later, a whole world has opened up to my father and he can hear, understand, and communicate normally--which has been nothing short of a miracle.Clay is so very kind and caring, and loves what he does. If you are looking for help with your hearing loss, this is where you should go! They are extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all and will explain everything. Then they let you make the decision on which way you want to go. I have been to audiologists, hearing aid places and was never asked what I wanted to do. They made the decision for me. Both my hearing aids had quit working. Clay tested and tried to fix them but had to send them to the company for repair. He programmed a loaner pair for me.Clay was very attentive to my problem and I felt he really had my best interests as his main concern.I would recommend Advantage Hearing to anybody who is hearing impaired.

I was a new patient and I set up an appoint 3 days prior. I show up for my 3pm appointment and sat for 15 minutes to see if the audiologist behind the desk would call me up after speaking with someone in his office for about 30 minutes. When I walked up to the counter to see if I was to wait longer of come to the window the audiologist asked me to leave and stated that he didnt want to see me if I were in a rush, which was not the case. I simply asked if I was to stay seated and wait longer and he STILL stated that I could leave. I guess I wasnt old and white enough. If I could give negative 5 stars I would I will never return and I will encourage others to avoid such rude behavior at this clinic.

From the very beginning, with tests, selection of hearing aids, and much good information delivered at the correct rate of speed for my understanding, David Roberts has been great. In the weeks after getting my hearing aids, he has guided me through the process of getting accustomed to the hearing aids, shown me correct usage, given me beneficial advice, has answered all my questions with patience, and been an enjoyable person to get assistance from.Ive also enjoyed the contact with Clay, who manages the front desk. He has been most pleasant, helpful, and courteous, and went the extra mile trying to reach me with a schedule change during the time my power was out during Hurricane Michael. If you need hearing aids, this is definitely the place to go. We took my mother Talmage there for testing and her first hearing aids at age 88. The staff there are wonderful. Clay and Ken were so caring and patient. My mother is so happy with her new hearing aids - she is hearing things that she hasnt heard in years - sqeaky doors, etc. If you want to go to someone where you are not just a number and want to see someone that really cares, this is the place to go.

I live in NY and was in the Greensboro area for a few months. I had some trouble with my hearing aides and the staff here went above and beyond what I expected. I have had to use other audiologist as a walk in patient and was charged an arm and a leg. They charged a minimal fee. Its refreshing to know there are still people out there that care more about their profession and their patients than making an exorbitant amount of money.

My name is Jack, and I recently went for an evaluation ( it had been 4 years) for my hearing aid and hearing test. We discussed other options due to the improved technology. I was seen by the audiologist, Laura .She was very thorough, personable and helpful in explaining what she was was going to do and then discussing the results of her assessment.She then discussed the hearing aid that I had and compared to the newer types. She adjusted mine, and then let me compare mine to one having newer technology. Mine was 4-5 years old.The Oticon OPN 1miniRite Digital she let me try was amazing and so different in hearing clarity and quality than my present hearing aid.Both she and Carl, who works in the office, were so helpful in explaining things to me an guiding me along the process.Thanks to all, and nice job Advantage Hearing and Audiology!
