I needed a setting and dome change in my hearing aids purchased at another Costco Hearing Center. Greensboro center was closer than where I purchased my hearing aids initially. I had been assured that any center would gladly provide service. Because of some heavy traffic issues beyond my control I was 11 minutes late. I was coldly and rudely treated and will not be using this center again. Unacceptable!

Costcos Hearing Center in Greensboro NC is a wonderful place to purchase a hearing aid. Margo, the dispenser that helped me initially, was very thorough and answered all of my questions, and Ive met with the locations audiologist and I trust her advice.
