They dont know anything about guitars. They did a very bad job with mine. They could be good with speakers and amps, but with guitars are terrible
I took my Fender 65 Super Reverb a few months ago for a blown fuse and A service and Wes has really impressed me. His professionalism and knowledge exceeded my expectations. If you need your amp serviced, then this is guy you need to talk to.
Wes will take care of you and whatever you need. He wants you to be fully happy with what you have brought in to him. I brought in my EP-2 Echoplex, he is the only person around I could find that would put a little work into one. Had some basic repairs and changes that these things need. Now its up and running great!
Fantastic experience. Brought in an Amp that was not working, the owner was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. Quick turn around and very reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend these guys and will certainly return to them if I have more problems with my instruments or electronics!

Tritech has helped me with several of my keyboards and always done so with a smile. The vibe of going into their shop is more like visiting an aunt and uncle, who just so happen to repair musical instruments. My Yamaha MOXF8 is a centerpiece in my personal recording studio and after I thought nothing could be done to help it, Wes took it in and worked miracles. I just cant recommend this shop. I took my Fantom X6 in as it was presenting sound issues and got it back with the same problems after they said it was fixed. I was charged $145. I took it back as they have a 30 day guarantee and after they checked it againI was told I needed to buy a part which cost me another $175.Then it took forever to get my keyboard back I had to keep messaging them about it. After more than a month I finally got it back and still has the same sound problems. Im down $320 and my keyboards not fixed.I am extremely dissapointed and angry that I just spent so much time and money trying to get my instrument fixed all for nothing.I suggest people look elsewhere!
I brought in a 90s version Fender Hot Rod Deville which powered up and immediately blew fuses. Fixed in 2 days, with new tubes, input plugs, soldered connections, it sounds like new! Very reasonable cost and super fast service.
I took my amp in because it was noisy and he very quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. My amp really cranks now. 👍👍 Thanks!!!

Took my Peavey 1000 watt system in for a warranty repair. It sat in his shop for months. After a full year I complained to Peavey corporate. Then he finally sends it off to them. After 2 or 3 months, he calls and it is back. I called and emailed several times trying to set a time for pick up as I am 2 hours out and never got a response. I did take a month to pick it up as I was out of state when it came back, then the 4th of July week, they never replied to a call or email. Finally I get someone to answer the phone and I arrange to pick it up. I wanted confirmation that someone would be there because several times during this year I went by during their hours and they were closed. We drive to greensboro to find he has lost the Speak ON cables I left with him for troubleshooting and he charges me for shipping the unit, which is a cost Peavey should have covered. I will not be taking any more equipment to this shop and I am letting Peavey corp know. I highly recommend you find a more reputable and professional shop, I am.
