Everyone is really nice! I love this store -- I do not have anything negative to say about it, but there is nothing that makes it really special either. I just love body lotion/spray and its fun to go in and smell all the scents! If you like doing that then youll like this store too ;)

Asked a question about an older soap and the lady I asked was nice but then asked it seemed like someone higher up or there longer and she was very rude and snappy. Actually acted like she didn’t hear the question at first then never looked at me or the other lady asking. Needs retrained. Store was not busy for once either.

Staff was VERY nice and helpful, super efficient too. Even though the line was really long it took no time at all.

2 stores in 1. Same concept. Fancy smelling soaps. I go for the deals and load up. The coupons in the mail are a nice incentive to come in.

The store at Westmoreland Mall is a nice place with a great selection but it never fails, ever time I go there I am forced to wait in some stupid line across from the enterence. I mean I watch tons of people come out but they still make you wait to go in. Stupid.

Bath & Body Works is a chain business that sells hand soaps, hand sanitizers, body washes, shower gels, body scrubs, body lotions, hand creams, lip balms, body sprays, perfumes, and home fragrances—all in dozens of pleasant scents. At this Bath & Body Works in the Westmoreland Mall, the employee at the entrance and the employee at the cash register served me promptly and were nice. At the time, the store was holding a sale for hand soaps—from $7.50 apiece to $26 for 6 total—which is still expensive but is worth it to me. The hand soaps lather and cleanse well, and I enjoy their scents. I bought also a small hand sanitizer for $2.

The story is one of my wifes and I favorites. Shean I go to on a regular basis. We joy the candles 3 wick 1 wick also the body scrubs and smells and sprays. Customer service is always great not to mention good coupons for free items and percentage off your order

Went in today to look at candles and for some reason the lady at the front kept eyeing me and my son with a weird stare. This went on for about 10 mins until I felt so uncomfortable that I just left. Sucks because I really wanted to buy a candle but I felt so awkward I didnt even want to stay and browse.

One of the greatest stores on earth. Love the soaps that are creamy and the diffusers are excellent. Candles smell amazing and long lasting. Must try their items.

The Sales girl Anna is really knowledgeable and very helpful with all of her customers. She really goes out of her way to make sure that you have a great experience. And she makes sure you find everything you need. And shes not pushy about it.

I love the smell of this place. I use to buy the sleep spray for my grandchildren. They loved to have their pillows and blankets sprayed before they went to bed. They no longer sell it. Very disappointed.

Scent of store can be overwhelming for those with sensitive noses, but worth it to find almost any scent you want.They have something for everybody- feminine and masculine scents, everything from shower gel to antimicrobial hand gel (alcohol based) to candles to gift n askets and gift cards.Some products can be on the expensive side but there are often very good sales. Sign up for coupons and get free or heavily discounted products. Recently I had coupons mailed to me for a free product (up to $13.50 in price) and 20% off anything else I bought. There is no guarantee that you will get the same offer, but worth it to sign up.The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a specific scent or product, just ask.
