Went into cosmoprof to purchase color at the store in Greensburg PA. I was told I had to wear a mask unless I was vaccinated. Meanwhile, the two ladies requesting this had no masks on themselves. I was told if I was vaccinated I didnt need one. Will never go back there. Us hair designers took a hit over covid. Masks are no longer required in pA. I have been a customer of theirs for 30+ years. Im gonna spread the word and do whatever it takes to stop cosmoprof from mandating masks in their stores here in PA. Like our industry didnt suffer enough. Cosmoprof. Should be standing by us because we r the people that make them successful. Never bite the hand that feeds u. I will go to the media with this. I will do whatever it takes to bring this tyranny to an end. Penny Rugg

Good choice of products, but customer service is terrible. I dread walking to the register when the owner/manager is there. She is not friendly at all.I attempted to return an expensive curling iron and waa told I couldnt return it until I brought back the free can of hair spray that came with it. Which I would never use anyways. Seriously?Charge me for the stupid hairsrapy and Ill bring it back another time. I dont live close 🙄😡
