I just needed a simple wash and trim so i stopped in while i was shopping at the mall. I got a same day appointment. The girl that did my hair was very nice and did a great job, but unfortunately I don’t remember her name. Everyone seemed very friendly there. They didn’t product push, which was great because that always makes me uncomfortable. I would go back for my next cut.

The staff are wonderful, my stylist is amazing and just LOVE her work. The salon could use an update. The salon itself is a little dated, and the staff deserves a better physical environment to work in. The sinks were leaking the last time I was in.

A bad experience gone completely right!!! Many thanks to my stylist Erin Bair for getting me in so quickly in her busy schedule to make a much needed fix to a gone-wrong haircut two days earlier. I walked into the salon and couldnt have been treated any better. My coat was taken and hung in the closet for me. Within two minutes I was back in the chair explaining what wasnt done for me the last time with a different stylist and what I wanted from Erin today. She was very empathetic and attentive. And in the end everything was on point. Exactly what I wanted and asked for. I was also given a gift bag of samples and trial sizes of products that I would use in my everyday routine. Again, somebody was listening. And finally, I got a personal apology from the manager before I left. And everything was completely free of charge. This was an A+ experience. InStyle salon is a class act and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in search of a salon/stylist. Ask for Erin Bair. She is truly the best! Thank you InStyle. And thank you Erin!

Got refused service because of my long hair. I’m a teenage boy and the middle aged woman behind the counter looked at me lik I had 3 arms when I walked up. She claimed she was booked and there were no openings the rest of the day. I’d have believed her if there weren’t stylists sitting in the lounge area on their phones. Unacceptable. You’ve lost a customer forever due to this

I was in today and was told i couldnt have my hair cut due to this weirdo who cant cut my hair ( only does eye brows ) so unbelievable 😡 then i ask again if i could get my hair cut by the other hairdresser and she had an 1:15 this fat idiot i talked to with glasses really heated and finally you should see my eye brows i could of DID IT BETTER MYSELF BLINDFOLDED as it was ripping SKIN OUT AND BEFORE IT STARTED IT WOULD SAY 123 123 SOME ONE KILL ME ALL I THOUGHT ABOUT WAS SAYING IM GLAD you can count 😂😂😂 KORTNEY WAS THE BEST

I have been coming here for my haircut/blowdry appointments since February 2010. Its a very nice, friendly atmosphere that I always look forward to visiting.
