The check engine light showed up randomly on my good old soccer mom Honda Odyssey.Took it to Greenwich Honda to get it checked out, since it’s being driven around with my kids. A 10 minute software update (that happened in the crammed parking lot of the service center!)later, that made the check engine light go away, I was slammed with a $156 bill.So much for playing on a person’s emotional/mental peace!You SUCK Honda!Software glitches should NOT be a customer’s lookout. Up your product game.Don’t play on a loyal owner’s peace of mind. I will never again go back to Greenwich Honda.

I leased a 2021 HR-V from Debbie and it was a great experience! She was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I told her what I was interested in before i came in and she had everything ready for the test drives and sprayed down the cars with cleaner. She was able to answer all my questions and help me decide on the best car for me. I didn’t feel comfortable signing that day and Debbie was great - I came back the next weekend for the car. I bought a Honda Fit off David P and it was the best consumer experience Ive honestly ever had. He gave me a great price for my trade in and was extremely accommodating with all my asks. Despite the Fit being a CPO, I requested to have it checked out by a local mechanic, and David obliged without hesitation or question. He even ended up driving it to the shop in the snow and waiting there to verify a clean inspection. The shop (Scottys in Stamford) gave both the car and dealership a great review, which was incredibly reassuring (Scotty prides himself on being a no nonsense guy with 50+ years experience). David and his team addressed and resolved every cosmetic concern I had about the car and even agreed to wash it before I took it home. I thought they would have just taken it down the street or something to get washed, but no, David went out there with a sponge and bucket and washed the car right there in the parking lot. When it came time to get my new plates, David drove an hour upstate to meet me and swapped the plates at my work, pretty sure on his day off. When working with him throughout the negotiations, he was consistently professional and friendly, but not chummy like a stereotypical car salesman. All in all, Ive never had a better experience purchasing a car and highly recommend both the dealer and David as a salesperson.

Purchased a 2017 Pilot I saw on Car Guru at Greenwich Honda, called the dealership and made the deal over the phone. Went in person to dealership the next day and was very happy with the car. Everything they promised me, they delivered on. Never had such a great experience buying a car.

Leased a car at Greenwich Honda 3 years ago. The leasing process was overwhelming and not completely honest. They kept telling me to focus on the monthly payment but did not go over what itemization, capitalization, as they are required by the state leasing law. I am at end of my lease, with the pandemic and shortage of chips, now I am in need to either extend or purchase the lease. Painfully, now I learned the hidden fees on my lease which was never explained to me! Make sure you go over each line item and question every $ on the lease agreement before you sign it (even if you have to sit there all day)!!
