I prefer to go to this location to get help from by far! Came in a couple times, and every employee is friendly and will assist you with whatever you need. Out of the times Ive came, Ive had the pleasure of working with Jaymi, one the stores sales representatives. Super nice, attentive to the wants and needs when you explain what you came in for. Would recommend anyone to come here for the positive yet supportive in person experience.
The very best customer service. Rob made purchasing a new phone effortless. All we had to do was pick the phone and he handled everything else. Set up, transfer of information, screen protector, and instructions on how to use. Very personal and pleasant. I highly recommend this store.

Had a complicated transition of five devices from Verizon to AT&T, with everyone in different locations and requiring a lot of coordination… Jake at the Greenwich store was the best…. Helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and patient… I highly recommend him and this AT&T store in Greenwich
Customer service people are good. Its the company and their practices that are lacking.Strongly considering leaving. Bought a new phone and AT&T threw a bunch of add-ons to inflate my monthly bill. Also, a $30 new phone activation fee when I even purchased it in store is complete robbery. Now the final issue, over $300k in donations to the Texas anti abortion law.

Jake from AT&T (hahaha) at the Greenwich, CT store was great! I actually made an appointment online, but arrived a little early. Jake approached me as I walked through the door and asked what he can help me with today.He was very nice and professional. I thought I had several cracks on my phone screen and I was there to replace it. So embarrassing, 🙈 Jake simply removed the plastic screen protector from my iPhone. Really?!Not a wasted trip, after all! Apparently, I need a new screen protector now, check. I did want a new case anyway, check, check. Buy 2, get one free! Yes! I’ll take a Wireless Charger, thank you! check, check, check.Greenwich AT&T is my “go to” store for as long as I’ve had a cell phone. This was the best and quickest, dare I say friendliest service to date! Although, I’ve never had a bad experience there, it’s a great place!
We had a wonderful experience today at the AT&T store with Joey. He was extremely helpful in helping my family and I in upgrading our phone, resolving a payment issue, getting a new screen protector and tablet device. If you’re having difficulty with a device, or have questions I highly recommend you go to the store and meet with him. He was so great to work with!!!

Jake was the most patient and helpful AT&T employee I’ve ever met. Half of my iPhone keyboard was not working and he was able to be patient enough to help me reset all my Apple ID passwords temporarily so I could get my iCloud working on my other device. He was amazingly helpful when I was about ready to throw my phone across the room due to it not working. If he wasn’t here I truly believe that my experience tonight would have been a disaster. The entire staff (Joey & Liz) that worked the evening of Sunday, September 27th, was absolutely amazing.They made my experience as painless as possible. I never wanted to get a new phone because of the lengthy data transfer. They had the aforementioned done so quickly. I was and out.They were personable, helpful and exceptionally kind. Two employees that AT&T is beyond lucky to have. I certainly hope AT&T knows that.Should I ever have a problem going forward with my phone, I will only work with Joey and Liz.

After spending hours and hours on the phone with AT&T’s helpline trying to get my HBO max account activated to no avail I decided to walk into the AT&T store on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich Connecticut. There Mr. Olufemi Omotoso, sales associate, was able to resolve the issue within 10 minutes. I now have the HBO max account that I was trying to access for the past six weeks.Very satisfied with the service Mr. Omotoso provided and very dissatisfied with the lack of service and waste of time from the AT&T help Line.

I dont leave too many reviews, but Liz Duarte deserves a fabulous one. I went in to have my iPhone fixed a few weeks ago after a virus got in through one of my apps and was corrupting the contents. I was in a foul mood and terribly frustrated, but Liz completely calmed me within a few minutes of understanding the problem. She assessed the situation, determined I needed a new phone and had an option to upgrade. She then patiently helped me transfer everything to my new phone and made sure I was on the best monthly plan. I was in and out with a totally new phone within ~30 minutes. Later when I followed up to ask another question, she got back to me straight away - the world needs more people like Liz. Her knowledge and problem solving skills are terrific and the service she provided was amazing! Thank you again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM ATT!Bought a router, which didn’t have enough power for me to work from home, so I returned it. The guy refunded me for the device but never cancelled the account, so ATT have been charging me for months. Their customer service on phone couldn’t fix the problem after an hour on the phone, and said I had to go back to store. I get to store on a Sunday afternoon and the wait was an hour and not resolved.
