The product knowledge and customer service at Your Wireless is terrific. Victoria helped me upgrade from a Galaxy S9 to an iPhone 12. She told me what to do in advance of coming into the store, to speed up the process (create an Apple ID, and make sure all photos were backed up by Google). Everything went smoothly. I strongly recommend Victoria and Your Wireless.

I walked into this store in somewhat of a panic, as my iPhone 11 pro stopped receiving cellular data. I could not load any web page or text message or anything. Rather than try to fix the problem, the lady in the store told me that lots of people are experiencing the same problem and I ought to buy a new phone. I thought that was preposterous seeing that my phone is relatively new and I an still paying off the loan.Verizon cell service in Greenwich is extremely poor. I rely on my phone for work and personal communication and it is normal for service to drop entirely. Anyways, I was disgusted that the lady in this verizon store was more interested in selling me an iPhone 12 than actually trying to fix the problem. Seems like they are on commission but awful service all the way around.

I have upgraded to new phones for years now, and I have never had a more pleasant experience. Victoria, manager of the small store helped me select and activate a new Samsung S20+. I am an older customer; she was polite, patient, forgiving of my dodgy digital skills, extremely competent and efficient with my time. An issue with activation required her calling tech support and she handled all that for me so I wasnt hanging on the line for hours.Before going to the Greenwich Ave Verizon office I went to the Riverside office which is large and has several staff. Three were busy with customers, 2 were just walking around, one was on the computer without a customer. No one even looked up to ask if they could help me. Really disappointing. They were all men, by the way.

I was lucky upgrading my phone, I give a try to the greenwich av store, what a surprise, if the store was missing something, Victoria the young woman that took care of me made up for it, her knowledge and service skills where superb, she made my day, I will be coming back to the store.

Amazing experience here. Long story short I had lost my service connection while i was on the way to a meeting and my driver had mentioned there was a Verizon store nearby. i was helped by Alex in record time he had helped me set up a prepaid monthly and my phone originally had an issue connecting to the internet but Alex fixed the issue quickly and got me on my way to make my meeting on time. It was taken care quickly and efficiently by the store manager, Chris W. and by chance the Regional Mgr., Patrick, was in the store. He is an absolute delight. Boris was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I brought him a fairly complicated problem – the transfer of a phone number from one account with another carrier to an existing Verizon account, the purchase of a new phone, and the transfer of all the materials to the new phone, and he handled it all quickly, efficiently, and gracefully. Even though there wasnt much money in it for a Verizon - just the price of an inexpensive small new phone – he gave it his full, active attention. I was truly impressed. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Epitome of a perfect experience. After you have multiple software issues but erase everything and try again at the extremely friendly Greenwich Apple Store (also one of the best, despite that response) with my iPhone 7, I decided next stop was Verizon to see what could be done. Akhil helped me decided on a new iPhone X in less than 5 minutes, gave great advice, suggestions, and made the transaction easier than anything. Traveling Philly, NYC, and the state of NY daily, this is exactly what I need, and I was back on road with a new phone, and everything perfectly switched over from contract to SIM to new phone in under 15 minutes. The sales people at the Verizon Store on Greenwich avenue are the BEST. In particular, Dorias has helped me twice and has been so friendly and knowledgeable. I came in today with my mom and Dorias and Rey Rivera helped completely walk her through backing up her old phone, transferring data to her new phone, and setting up all of her apps. Even though it took awhile, they were so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. They really look to make sure that you understand your phone, and try to get you the best deals for your lifestyle. I recently lost my SIM card, and needed to get a replacement. I strolled on down Greenwich Ave to this authorized re-seller location (not an official store) to get a new one. They said that this was possible to do, but asked for $40 for the new SIM card. After politely saying thank you for not screwing me big time, they changed their offer to $25. My radar for a sour deal was cranked up to 11 at this point, so I decided to do some detective work. I called Verizon directly and spoke with a customer service representative. He told me he would happily send me a new SIM card for free, or else I could drive to Port Chester or Stamford and get a card for free (every official store in the US offers this service at zero cost). He also told me that $40 is a rip off and that if an unofficial store charges anything at all, it is more commonly $5 or $10 at most. He had never heard of a store gouging their customers so badly (his words). Yes, this is probably not a cheap location to have a store, but to sell goods at between 4 and infinite their fair market price is excessive.
