I brought my Macbook Pro here because of liquid damage. They said they would attempt to repair it. They claimed they opened my laptop and removed some of the corrosion and said it was unrepairable. When in reality they didnt even attempt to open up my laptop. I could tell because I have a laptop skin on and for you to open up the laptop the skin would have to be removed.I had my work friend open up the laptop and clean out the corrosion in a matter of a day. If it wasnt for my friend, I wouldve spent $1,600.00 on a new laptop, all thanks to Mobile Rescue Tech Repair.Would not recommend coming to this place unless it is a simple cracked iPhone screen. Would not do business again.

Alex was super helpful and finished replacing a screen and putting a protector on it in only around 20 minutes. Overall, the quality of the work and speed as well as his pristine attitude are definitely reasons to come back in the future if I experience any more issues.

Incredibly helpful and friendly! Made a next day appointment and was in/out in under an hour. I took my broken phone here after hearing from another service that my iPhone was not salvageable and wanting a second opinion. Alex did some tests and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem, and was also kind enough to walk me through the problem and repair while I waited.

I needed a new board for my 2012 macbook pro. I went in to Mobile Rescue Tech Repair and found out that my bad board had also damaged one of my RAM memories. Alex offered to throw in a new RAM with the price of my board and the installation, which was really kind of him. Absolutely horrible experience. We paid $200 to have a phone screen fixed, and within 24 hours noticed a line through the top of the screen, showing that it hadn’t been fully repaired. We brought it back in and despite a “lifetime warranty” were told that it would be another $200 to fix it and that “we must have dropped it”. Ridiculous. Will never be back and will highly recommend NO ONE come here....

Alex has been a life saver in a couple of situations during Covid shutdown. My son’s Dell shut down just before AP’s and Alex diagnosed it, brought in the spare part, worked extra hours to accomodate testing schedule. It was not an easy issue to fix but he did not quit on us and he was always available on his cell phone. He is my go-to person now. Btw, if they cannot repair it, you do not pay. No diagnostic fees!

Alex is awesome. Ive brought him phones, iPads and computers. Whether its a broken screen or a computer bug- Alex handles it quickly and is extremely affordable. Best service I have ever received in regards to my device. Alex has fixed an IPad screen for me in the past and did a great job. This time I had gone to Alex because out of nowhere my phone started acting up. Alex went above and beyond to answer every question and ultimately resolve my issue. My main concern was backing up my phone and saving all my photos which was impossible since my screen was black and not functioning, at all. He was able to tell right away what was wrong and like I said went above and beyond to ensure my problem was solved and all my memories saved. I was supposed to receive a call with an update regarding whether they were successful or not but never did when they said they would. I walked in the following day and picked up my device, which was ready but they didnt notify me. They didnt answer my calls or return my voicemail to check on the status. Twice they were closed during their published open hours. The guy I worked with was friendly but some better communication is needed.

Alex is beyond excellent! He has fixed my iphone several times when I thought the phone would never work again. My macbook pro of 8 years suddenly stopped working earlier this year and I thought that was it, which was a horrible feeling thinking about how much work may have been lost. Apple wasnt sure what was wrong with it, the genius thought it sounded like the hard drive was toast and if they sent it away they could possibly fix it but it would cost a small fortune and it would take about 10 days. I immediately brought it to Alex the next day and right away he knew it was the logic board and in just a few days and for a fraction of the cost my computer was like new. I came to Mobile Rescue Tech Repair for help with a task that I didnt feel emotionally able to do: transfer my very-recently-deceased parents voicemail messages that were saved on my iPhone over to my MacBook for preservation. I needed to act quickly because my iPhone needed replacement and was becoming less and less functional each day, and the Apple Store had told me that getting a new phone ran the risk of losing these VMs. That said, I had discovered still-available VMs dating back ~4 years, and the idea of sifting through them felt overwhelming. Alex at Mobile Rescue was able to efficiently and effectively transfer these VMs over to my MacBook for me. Equally importantly, he treated me with grace and kindness and assured me that other people come to Mobile Rescue for similar situations, which helped normalize my request and make me feel less weird for wanting to do this. Alex also carefully explained to me all the places he had stored and saved the VMs. I would definitely recommend Mobile Rescue as a business, and Alex in particular as a staff member. Thanks to his work, I know I will be able to hear my parents voice again when I feel ready to do so. Quoted $79 to fix iPhone 7 when I called, said it would take 12 mins. Came in, its actually $109 for the generic screen (with tax) and $131 for premium screen (with tax). Was told its because my phones screen has already been fixed before so the part isnt as valuable.
