We originally went to Verizon in Port Chester, however after coming to this location in Glenville, we met Sebastian and he was very helpful, great sales person, very knowledgeable, and really took the time to make us happy very accommodating. Ive been a Verizon customer for more than 20 years, and even though I wasnt happy with my 1st phone, he was more than willing to exchange it for a different phone.

James helped me get a new iPhone back in mid September. I paid over $500 dollars that day to upgrade my phone and change plans based on his advice. We talked about what my monthly bill would be going forward. After all these promotions and discounts and plan changes and taxes and fees, my bill this month was over double what we discussed it would be. In addition, about a week after getting my new phone he told me they set up my new plan and promotion incorrectly so I had to stop by again so they fix that. Overall, not at all pleased with the experience and will not be returning for anything.

I came to the Greenwich location with problems with my phone and not having enough data!!! A sales rep but the name of Corey look at my account and realized I was able to save money by switching to Unlimited. I was thoroughly impressed!!!A lot of my friends have be hesitant to come to this location because of people that have been in this store. I hardly ever write reviews, but this is the BEST Verizon store in the area! Dan and his staff are warm, welcoming and make transactions easy. Dan takes the time to get to know each customer-something that is rare today! The employees make you feel like part of the family and are knowledge on all in-store products and beyond. Dan and his staff truly take the time to answer every customers question with a smile on their face! I will never go to another Verizon store again!

My experience was excellent, I got a new phone on Saturday at a different location and came to this location for help using it. Dan was so patient and kind with all my new phone needs. I was there about a hour and Dan took the time to show me how to use everything I needed and said if I have any question in the future dont hesitate to come back.

Great Verizon service James Cineus was terrific

This is absolutely the best Verizon store period! My brother and I grew up in CT, went to different universities and then moved to NYC. After many awful experiences with bad Verizon stores in NYC, and the places we lived before moving to NY, my brother and I decided that when we had issues with our phones we would take the train back to CT and see Dan. We have not regretted that decision. Dan is the man and our phones work great thanks to his help.

Dan is wonderful to work with, my family has worked with Jim for years. He is always there for new phones, lost phones, problems and so on. Our whole family of 7 counts on Dan for all our phone needs. He is always pleasant and helpful!!

This is a review by a real person rather than the fake accounts who gave this place 5 stars. They really seem to love Dan! Especially during the month of December!TLDR; Go to a real Verizon store over this place (yes, this is NOT actually a Verizon store).Anyways Im here to tell you this place will rip you off and not tell you about fees. I did a phone upgrade from here, I used an upgrade that was available on the account. I was told by the staff that all I would have to pay was the 200 dollars they charged me right then at the counter. What actually happened was I got charged 20 dollars a month for the next year and a half. On top of the 200 dollar initial fee.Trying to get an issue resolved with Wireless Zone is hopeless. Especially when it involves you getting money back.Anyways I went into the place recently and asked him why I was charged 20 a month even after the staff told me all I had to pay was the initial fee. Well.. it depends.., he went on and on telling me about what I was charged for instead of answering my question. It seems there are two possibilities. 1. The staff is too lazy/incompetent/whatever to see what your costs will actually be or give you accurate pricing.2. The staff will put gotchas in your business. And youll end up paying more than you were told for outdated phones.

Dan the store manager is so helpful and has such a positive attitude! He is always willing to do whatever it take you make every customer leave happy. I would not shop at any other location!

Dan is the man! I live in NYC but when I have a phone problem I make it a point to come to Greenwich to see Dan since he always knows whats to do. He knows how to explain complicated issues in a simple way. Dan cares about the costumer more than the sale. Hes the best. I trust him with all my phone needs. My family phone plan starts with Dan!

The Verizon Wireless Store in Greenwich, CT made my life! The Sales reps were especially accommodating and even stayed past the stores hours which meant the world. They also hooked me up with a free hotspot! 100% recommend hitting them up. Ask for Steven and Larry! :)

The manager of the store is completely rude and extremely disrespectful to customers as well as his employees. I witnessed a dispute between the manager and an associate of his in the parking lot and the manager called the associate all kinds of names u could think of, insulted the associates family amounts other things. I got in the middle because as a person u shouldn’t let this stuff happen. Once I said something the manager because insulting me and calling me names tell me to mind my own business. I then reached out the the district manager to explain how his store manager was handling a dispute in the middle of the plaza parking lot and I was assured that the issue would be address and when I reach out to the associate to see how he was doing he I forms me he was fired when he did nothing wrong... i was a Verizon wireless customer but because I witnessed this poor and disgraceful actions by the company I canceled my account and switch phone companies... Verizon is a disgrace.

Went to the Verizon in Glenville Connecticut. The guys were absolutely fantastic and great. Went to the store earlier also run by Verizon don’t want to get into trouble but they were terrible but these guys would be fantastic and I would come back all the time. Thank them for their service.
