Excellent and quick service and amazing food! The flavors are bold, the dough is the perfect consistency and the sauces are exquisite. I will be back.

Cozy spot for tasty empanadas. The staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. These empanadas are flavorful, the dough was soft and delicious. The sauces were a tasty accompaniment to the equally delicious empanadas. I tried the Argentina, the Corn, and the Mushroom savory empanadas as well as the Pear Marsala dessert empanada. All were a complete win. My only wish would be that the size of the dipping sauce would be slightly larger. Overall, its a great spot for amazing food.

This is a quick bite Argentinian eatery with a tables to eat in, or take your food to-go. Tastes like it is straight out of Buenos Aires!! It is very clean, and freshly decorated. The empanadas are amazing, lots of choices and flavors, and dipping sauces too. Don’t forget to grab dessert, choices of dulce de leche cakes or cookies (Argentina’s favorite sweet). Our family will be going back, even the kids love this place. You have gotta try the hand wash station before you leave ... you will thank me later.

Bakery style empanadas not necessarily like pastelitos. Very good flavors. I recommend the Argentinian steak and the beef classico. This place is relaxing and refreshing. Come hungry and ready to be a little indecisive concerning the amount of options.

I walk past this little hole in the wall all the time, but Im not an adventurous eater, and I know next to nothing about empanadas. But I finally decided to give it a shot. And I am not disappointed! The empanadas were amazing and the light, airy atmosphere with Spanish music was really enjoyable.

Great place, awesome food. Love the authenticity. Fresh squeezed orange juice, super tasty coffee. One of my favorite former students from my student teacher days was one of the staff, so that made everything else that much more enjoyable. It was great to get to see her all these years later, and in such a great place. Ill definitely be back for the food, and also to say hi to Noa!

Fantastic! Probably one of the very best restaurants in the state. Everything there is unique, authentic, fresh and consistently delicious! Staff is very friendly and prices are more than reasonable. Had a very lovely chat with the owner and I wish her nothing but success. Eat here!!!

I had their mushroom pie and a drink and it cost me nearly $10. When I opened up the box, because I had it warmed up, there is about a 3-inch slice in there. It was good but it was not worth that much money. I know the one on Broadway gives you bigger slices.

Consistently delicious, always in and out in no time. Great for a quick bite on lunch. Usually a shorter line that moves much quicker than all the boring chain restaurants that surround it. Worth a try. Personal favorite is the mushroom special tarte.

Great alternative to typical lunch fast food.Although they offer ‘sweet’ (traditional?) empanadas, the main list is all about savory treats. You can order them individually or as multiples on a plate. The available sauces are varied and tasty.A novel departure, for lunch or (early) dinner. We’ll be back!

A fun place to stop for a quick bite. Everything is cooked to perfection. There is a choice of 4 or 5 dipping sauces. A cute patio is available if you would like to sit outside.They also have a very cool handwashing station that doesnt require a trip to the restroom or paper towels.It can be a bit pricey if you attempt to sample more than 1 or two items, plus dipping sauces. I believe all dishes have some type of pastry, so not recommended if you are following a gluten free diet.

Great Argentine food at a decent price. I do wish the menu included more dishes from Argentina, but I get that this is just a empanada joint. They did have some homemade alfajors that were spectacular. The service was fantastic, but it was ironic a Chilean was at the counter. Would definitely go back if I lived closer.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I loved it at first. It was a new experience for me. The food was delicious and the menu had a decent choices for vegeterians and non-red meat eaters. There is no wait time except the queue as the items are ready to serve.

We were there on the 15th of the month. We waited for the location to open but no one showed up at opening time. If you post hours of service your help should be there. Yes we waited for a while after opening time but left.

Its was ok, the way our friends built up this place we thought we were going to be blown away but these meat pies but they just were ok for us, the sauce were really good and the girl that took our order was very friendly, it seems to just not be our thing. I would not go out of my way to go here again. So not bad but not good in my book. Worth trying though for others as many people like this place, just was not for us so did not want to leave a bad review nor give a great one thats why 3 stars tried to do a half and half.

Wow! Maria Empanada is one of the best stop in places to get a simple yet effective breakfast. The employees which I think were the owners as were happy and welcoming. The empanadas were fresh and absolutely delicious. They have plenty of options for all of your different needs or wants. Breakfast empanadas, lunch empanadas, and everything in between. Let me tell you my favorite part about this restaurant. They have a spot to wash your hands out front in the restaurant. You put your hands in these two circles and the water swirls around your hands washing them. If youve already seen one of these before it might not be that awesome to you. However, this was the first time Ive ever seen one and it was really cool! Its worth going to this restaurant just to check that out. If you want something simple and easy for breakfast then head on down to Maria Empanada. I promise you will not be disappointed!

The place has empanadas and desserts. Taste good, favorite were Argentina and mushroom stuffings. The rest were hearty with little flavor without sauces. Bought a dozen, at 3.75 a piece is not going to keep me coming back. Dough was k, wondered about if it were pre-bought. Ambiance was nice, place sells alcohol, just not a great value for me for what it is. Tipping for buying at the counter is another negative for me - no food service beyond packaging and table cleanup.

The empanadas were flavorful and not greasy at all. Try their delicious sauces. A thing bit overpriced and seating can be tight.

Ive been going there (DTC) for lunch about once a week. I intend to go there more often. The empanadas are great as is the atmosphere. If you go there, dont forget to try the sauces. Im going to take my wife there.

Went here because I saw it recommended on a food show. I personally would not return. the ham & mozzarella was filled with herbs that just did not work, leaving it with a strange, unenjoyable taste. another diner also felt their empanadas were subpar. the empanadas at Rincon Argentina in Boulder are amaaaazing & fully worth the drive. sorry, I really wanted to like this place

The empanadas were delicious. I had the Argentina, Chicken Chimichurri and Caprese. It was our first time and the woman at the counter noticed. She was super helpful, providing a bit of history and recommendations. I will definitely be back for more and to try the dessert empanadas. Highly recommended.

Our favorite is the beef Classico. Will come back. Yummy flavors and they really fill you up.

I was told this place had the best empanadas. I didnt try any of their breakfast empanadas but I am curious to do so. I did taste a variety of their empanadas but the only seasoning I could taste in all of them was cumin. I do not know much about the cuisine of Argentina but do they use a lot of cumin?

This Maria Empanada in Greenwood Village has the same feel, quality and variety of Argentinean empanadas that you can find in their original, now historic first large store in Englewood, Colorado. Among the best Argentinean empanadas in town (my favorite still is Lazo empanadas,) this place offers other nice food alternatives, as well as coffee, Argentinean beer and Argentinean alfajores for a the sweet tooth

My husband and I tried the Caprese and Chicken Classico Empanadas and it was delicious along with their own brewed coffee, will definitely be back to try other flavors

We ate here in 2017 and went back on our visit to Denver this year. Both times the food was fantastic. The absolute best empanada is the Caprese. Try the other ones first and save this one for last. All the other kinds I tried were wonderful, but that one is so far and above. At the register they have dulche de leche cakes you can take to go. Get one for later if you love chocolate. If I lived in Denver I would eat her regularly.

Delicious empanadas and tortillas (not flatbread tortillas, more like quiches.) Highly recommend the chicken chimichuri empanada, and the Argentine steak is good too.The sauces are super worth it- the one that I like the best looks like a red oil with green stuff in it? Sorry for the lack of specificity- its delish though.Finally, their Sangria is nice, but not amazing. It goes great with the empanadas though.I really dig the atmosphere here- its laid back, and somehow manages to be homey and good for talking with friends- I think the cosyish furniture and the fun wood paneling creates a bit more of a lingering space than other similar establishments which would be more get in/get out.

Just finished my first meal at Maria Empanada and it was muy delicioso! My girlfriend and I ordered 6 different epanadas and all 4 sauces and did a mix and match tasting. We kind of forgot what we ordered but all 6 were delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I am an Argentine citizen. This is the closest to authentic Argentine empanadas I have found in Denver. I only gave 4 stars because of the price. It is a bit pricey but worth it if you are craving authentic Argentine empanadas! I have not tried the other food but it looks authentic and delicious!

I lived in Buenos Aires for 4 months. Marias Empanadas are on par with the best I had in Argentina. The Dulce de Leche Ricotta is delicious as well.
