Super slow lady on desk. Took 30 mins to just get a receipt of already packed and printed drop off. Best wishes if you wish to do more.

Worst experience ever coming to this fedex! The two ladies in the front desk were so rude! As soon I came in, them both looking at me weird. The one lady looking at me from head to toe, giving me a side eye look. I said hi amd everything! As soon i was done doing my stuff, as i was about to leave, the second lady, looking at me in a very judgemental way! Didnt know what i did, but sure enough making me very uncomfortable with the way they treated me!

It’s weird to say that USPS is way better considering one is private and the other is ran by the federal govt. FedEx has super slow shipping and employees that don’t have to work. Good luck if it snows. USPS will prob be the only ones working. FedEx will make excuses.

I have very bad experience to this fedex office, one old guy he is working from while he is so rude to customers n also he don’t have enough knowledge for working in this office. I m so disappointed by his behavior with me so I never suggest anyone to go this office.

My son and I went to print some documents and the old guy with white hair was so mean and unprofessional that we did have to figure out how to print the documents. He didnt even acknowledge us as customers. People like this represent the company in a bad way. Thankfully we were able to do it ourselves.

The older man who is in customer service is a rude and racist, his job is to serve all customers regardless of color or race, customers are paying for a service they are not asking for nothing free.

The store manager is a rude woman go somewhere else. She needs to learn the meaning of customer service and to the owner of that FedEx location find a new manager.
