Five FULL stars for this place. This is seriously the only UPS Store on the south side worth your time. AVOID the others, and go out of your way if you have to, and do business here. The pricing at the other stores is LUNACY compared to the Smith Valley location. Even when the place is packed and busy, the crew here keeps it orderly, organized and youre in and out quickly. NEVER any problems here. From small packages, to big ticket shipments, copy and print services to post office boxes and packing materials, you can do it all here, and it will be done right the first time, every time. This is not even the closest store to my home, but I go all the way across town to this location regularly, because of the difference in price, excellent service, and to buy packing materials when I need them. Ive never been disappointed here.

I visited this store yesterday in the pouring rain. Had two packages for returns. Neither was for UPS but they helped me figure it all out. Not sure if it was because I was soaking wet and looked pitiful or they were simply focused on customer service and helping me out. I’m sure it was the latter reason. I had two staff helping me. Navigate my phone. Print out two correct labels. Just in time for the rain to let up and send me on my way. There are good people in this world and businesses that deserve the recognition and this UPS store is definitely one of them.

Staff dont do well when the store is busy, tend to be rude and unhelpful. I think they need better training.

This is the best UPS store in the state. Brian, his Son and the staff are the epitome of what and how a UPS store should run and how Customer service and care should be. They can have lines 900 miles long all day like they have had the last week pretty much and still stop to go the extra mile for there customers. Bravo gentleman and Ladies. You will be pleased to do business with them!

My favorite place to ship items and it’s not even close to other places I’ve been. Brian, Drew and the rest of the team are always very helpful. I’ve used them over 100 times this year and they never let me down!Don’t hesitate to have them help you with any of your needs!

I visit this UPS store about once per three weeks. It is a very convenient location. Parking is sometimes limited, especially during heavy traffic hours. It is located next to a very busy traffic light. Most of the staff members are helpful and friendly. During my last visit here, the staff member who helped me seemed inexperienced in Amazon return, he misunderstood my request and didn’t provide a working solution. What made this visit extremely unpleasant was that he talked to me in a very impatient and unkind tone. I could tell on his face that he didn’t want to spend too much time talking to me or helping me. After he instructed me to submit a new request online, he went to help another customer who was waiting in line. While I was looking into my account, another staff member greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. I explained to her what was going on and she totally understood it and helped me resolved the issue. Thanks to her my issue was quickly taken care of. If it wasn’t for her good customer service this review would have been a one-star review.

Incredible store that has blown me away. I’ve never written a store review in my life, but this store deserves to be my first. If you have any mailing related problems/questions ask for Brian. The man has all the answers. Great service and atmosphere, highly recommended!

I went in to drop off a package. The customer before me was greeted and then as soon as that customer left, the employer walked straight away. Another customer walked in and was greeted and was taken care of before me. Even when I said that I was next in line, the customer that just walked in was taken care of first. Seeing as though this will be my neighborhood UPS now, that has me concerned. Very dissatisfied from the first visit.

Came here today to mail my mother her gift for Mother’s Day. I must say they were extremely busy but they didn’t miss a beat. Not only did they get me taken care of promptly but they were just as friendly with me as the 10 customers before me. This was a sigh of relief compared to the customers service I have received at FedEx and USPS. UPS customer for life now!! Thanks y’all

Brian is so helpful and kind to his customers. This is the UPS where I prefer to go as compare to other locations. This location does not charge you any hefty internet or printing label fee. I went to this place multiple times and every time I felt this place provides great satisfaction to their customer. Brian even offer to tape box for the customer!!

Convenient if you want to be charged extra & catch COVID-19. Again, the employees tried to up-sell packaging when shipping an Amazon return.This UPS store is the only one on the south side that tries to collect for packaging provided by Amazon. Furthermore, on a different occasion, I requested a UPS envelope. Nope, sorry we’re out, but you can buy one for $1. UPS provides FREE packaging (envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.) at EVERY OTHER LOCATION; the corporate office confirmed that select packaging is included.The inconsiderate employee not bothering to wear a mask that immediately reached for my phone was the last straw. Apparently you cannot afford PPE or training for your team.

Everyone who works here is so friendly! Ive been here many times over the years for various reasons and have had all positive experiences. Today I had an amazon return and needed to print some photos, and send the photos in the mail. I had to bring my crazy toddler and baby in, which is scary enough, but the woman working in there made things so easy on me! After I emailed the photos and she sized them, she noticed a picture wasnt centered so she offered to go into photshop and center it for me! After printing the photos (a few were on 1 sheet) she even offered to cut them all for me! I never wouldve expected someone to do that for me, it made my day, and made things less stressful with having my little ones with me.

I will drive to this store every time i need something. They are so efficient and friendly!

Dont trust them when you drop off a return package and they say they will take care of your package. I went to drop off a package and they gave me a receipt and said I can leave and that they will take care of it by putting a new label, crossing out the original label and taping up the package. Next thing I know is the package came back to my address 10 days later because they forgot to cross out the original label. I was supposed to return the package to the sender within 7 days to get my refund, now I will have to go through a lot of phone calls explaining what happened to get my refund just because some people cant do their job right especially after they volunteered to take care of my package. On top of all that when I went back there to re-send the package and tell them what had happened, the guy had the audacity to tell me that I should have crossed out the original label when I dropped off the package because they dont pay attention to all that. Woooww!

Completely pointless location! Went in multiple times trying to redirect a package to a different address (something you can in fact do as stated on their website) and was told that they are a UPS store, not affiliated with UPS. Ive tried calling customer service and have been told no one is available to help due to COVID-19. So I guess im just SOL. Thanks for Nothing.

If I could give no stars I would, they dont know how to send things over seas and dont know how to declare items for custom, and when you give them an international address they type it in wrong and say oh the system corrected it and it was wrong. My wife didnt get her christmas present in time because of it. Dont use this UPS store go to the one by kroger on soutport.

Had an item from Old Navy on the packing list, but not delivered. Called and resolved this with Old Navy, but when they re-sent the item, it was sign-only and UPS brought it back to this location. I work during the hours UPS is open, so I sent my husband to retrieve the item and they would not let him pick it up because we were just married and our names don’t match. I asked if I could do anything else - send mail or other proof - but they would not let anyone else pick it up AND sent my item back. I needed this item for Christmas. The slip that was left on my door said they would try to deliver the item again, so I had someone at my house to sign for it but UPS never returned as their slip indicated. Now I will have to call the original distributer again and cancel the order altogether, because it’s too late.

OK I admit it I HATE everything. But went in had items (couple cards and photo) they had address took care of it all. Easy. Fast, polite cant think of anything to improve.

Apparently run by employees that dont care about their customers or their jobs. Mispelled the name on my shipping label (that I paid money for) and when told it was wrong, Brian stated that it doesnt really matter. It does when the customer paid you for a specific thing. When asked to check the rest of the shipping label, he said sure Im not busy or nothing. This is just the latest in a string of horrible visits to this place. Will no longer be patrons.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I took a booklet there to be printed and their computer changed the font I used - so it cut off a name on one of the pages. I went back and explained what happened - the answer I received was it wasnt their fault. They were not willing to give me a partial credit or reprint that one page without charging me. I would not recommend this store to anyone and will never return there again. What I was asking for was not unreasonable, but like so many places today, they were not willing to do the right thing and even attempt to make it right with the customer.
