I have to tell you that I went to two other stores to try and find a twin box spring with no luck, either they did not have them in stock or they were outrageous in price. Jamie was great, he greeted us as soon as he could, helped us find what we were looking for and even loaded the box spring in the car for us. I really appreciated that he listened to us and didnt try to sell us something we did not need. From now on, I will always go to Bedmart first. Thank you Jamie for being so wonderful!!!!!!!!!!

We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Jamie. He helped us find the right fit and the best price imaginable and on top of that, him and his co worker worked to get our mattress delivered earlier after making some calls. I came in with a lady who was wanting a bed, mattress, frame and chest of drawers for her assisted living quarters that she had just moved in. Tom was so patient and helpful. H e seemed to pick up on her situation and treated her with respect and showed us to the perfect solution. He helped us with the price and delivery options and made things so easy. fI there are more needs in the future I would readily return to him for assistance.

I bought a Tempurpedic Mattress here in 2020. It was supposed to be a Firm mattress. In 30 days it was as soft as Jello! To get the Warranty to return it I found that you have to jump through so many hoops it is ridiculous. You even have to pay to return it which would have cost me $2000 to get rid of this mattress. Do Not buy a Tempurpedic mattress. It is actually worse than a Walmart mattress that lasted 90 days.

Tom has been amazing! We have purchased four mattresses in the past five years and have been very pleased! Tom goes out of his way to take care of you.

Last week, Tom helped us pick out our familys third TemperPedic mattress. He has been wonderful to work with over time and has such a pleasant attitude. The delivery staff, Jesse and Jay, followed all necessary measures wearing masks and gloves. They were quick and totally professional. We have always enjoyed doing business with BedMart and they have been fabulous each and every time.

Super friendly and professional. Shopped around never finding what I wanted within my budget until I went into my local Bedmart. Purchased two beds. This was a great experience from the bed that scans your body to help identify what kind of bed you actually need for your sleep style, to the customer service, to delivery and set up! My delivery guys, Leo & Luis were on time and friendly. I apparently bought the heaviest mattress in the store and have 18 stairs to walk up, and they still had my frame, box springs and my mattress set up in 25 minutes or less. I was super pleased! It looked effortless however I know it was not. Thanks again you two! Im thrilled with my new bed set! Thanks Tom, from the Gresham store on Burnside, you made bed shopping a breeze.

My husband and I visited this store over Thanksgiving weekend. We were greeted by Tom, who was very knowledgeable, candid, and helpful as we specifically came to look at Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We found the one we liked and went with the lower cost iLift adjustable base. Delivery of the mattress and base was fast and without issue. The issue was the iLift frame. It is not as sturdy as we expected. We ran in to a couple issues and Tom took care of us each time, calling us back within minutes of when he said we would, and getting someone out to help take care of the issue. In the end, we upgraded to the Tempur-Pedic Brand Ergo Extend adjustable base. Its much more solid, more quiet, and just all around better...you really do get what you pay for. We had one last snafu before we got exactly what we bought, but again, Tom took care of us that day, made sure we were happy and did it without any grief. With all the mattress competition out there, Tom and the team (the delivery/set up guys) were prompt, professional, personable, and made our bed buying experience a good one.

I spent close to 800$ at the Gresham location a few months ago, and was happy with my purchase. I later called and spoke with a gentleman a few months later with after care questions, and both times the gentleman was very rude and short with me. Made me feel stupid and actually put the call down to, what it sounded like, start a sale. Not sure Id be a returning customer.

Be ware be ware dose guys will try to over charge you in 70% of the deal and they will tell you that you can check a mattress for a few months and if you don’t like it just return it, Red Alertbut they don’t tell you that it’s only if the amount of money is bigger let’s say you got a mattress is 3800k so you can change it only to a 4000kAnd than they won’t tell you the monthly payment is not automaticallyThan you will have an other 5-6 hours with the bank to explain you been scammed by thatAnd the sales guy will say you just paying 50 bucks a month but in the end of the day its 64$I totally feeling like I been scammed 0 stars for you guys
