This was a great local place in Gresham my wife researched. Has all the couches/furniture you need. Friendly and helpful staff that let you snoop around and check in on you every so often. Also very forthright with what was in stock and what wasn’t. They offer delivery as well. Super convenient. We will come back when we need more stuff!

Furniture Connexion was our first stop in our search for a new couch set. We found a number of sofas and loveseats that were right on par with our style, but we loved that there were a number of selections to choose from. Tom gave us the store layout, then let us know he was available anytime we needed him, and checked up on us just frequent enough! No hovering salesman, just a helpful person with useful information on sets we were exploring. We ended up buying a furniture set after exploring the other furniture stores in the area and realizing Furniture Connexion was the best place for what we were looking for. Cannot recommend Tom and Furniture Connexion enough. Make this your first stop!

We were helped by Gail. She instantly welcomed us as we walked in and she knew her stores inventory very well. She asked what we were looking for, I knew exactly what set we were there for, and she was able to bring us right to it,. Gail was upfront about ordering and timing but she did find a what we ordered in stock. My very frugal husband was so happy there that he purchased a dining room set. We didn’t plan that! We will drive 45 minutes for our furniture needs from now on. All the employee’s were wonderful. We just cannot say enough good about this store. Oh…and their prices are unbeatable!

I don’t know how to describe our style, but this place is full of it. Simple, clean, touch of artfulness we couldn’t leave this place. Medium end - not going to break the bank, but please use a coaster quality level.The sales people were friendly and helpful leaving you enough space to breath. They have a large selection, a clearance area, and coffee. Who could complain.

I purchased the Big Chill sectional months ago, during the snow storm of this year (2021).Not only was the sales person, Lisa Mills extremely helpful but wonderful to talk with while she got all the paperwork in line for the purchase.I thought for sure that the extent of the wonderful customer service stopped there but it didnt.Like I said, I purchased this during a snow storm, something like 16 inches and I thought for sure I wouldnt get my couch until it melted.... boy was I wrong...The Big Dawg guys WERE AMAZING!! They delivered it to my door with the wonderful smiles accompanying my couch. I felt this was way above and beyond what others would have done.The entire process, beginning to end was spectacular and Im SO appreciative

Stopped in after checking put 5 other Furniture stores. We where looking for a Grey Sectional with chaise. No Price limit. When we walked in we where greeted by Lisa. Told her what we where looking for and she told us a sectional had just come in on the truck to be set up in the showroom matching our description.She then printed off the spec sheet for us to look at and showed us the sectional still wrapped to see if the color was gonna work. After we showed interest, she informed us the crew was on lunch and if we returned in a few hours it would be set up. We left to grab lunch and look for additional furniture pieces.When we came back it was almost done and we sat in it and was amazed how comfortable it was and the size and color was perfect. Instantly was sold. Lisa got us checked out and Delivery scheduled on a day that was convenient for us as the couch was in stock (huge bonus)On delivery day the couch was delivered and setup up, crew was super nice and respectful. Checked the couch over and signed off on the delivery. It was not 2 hours when we could settle down and enjoy the new couch that we noticed the Chaise piece was missing the 4 legs that hold it up. I immediately called Furniture Connexion and asked to talk to Lisa.She was super sweet and Apologized and told me a few places to check to see if they where there. Unfortunately they where not. She gave me the Number for the warehouse manager to contact on business days Mon-Fri to see if I could get the legs. She made a note of the call and said she would make sure it was handled. Even offered to give me the ones from the showroom Model. I declined as it just did not feel right.On Monday mid Morning Tony (Warehouse manager) called me before I could call him and said he could FedEx the legs to me if that was alright. So to save us both a trip. I was happy with this and said Yes very next day I get home from work and there is a package at my door. It was the legs. Excited to get them on grabbed my drill and finished it up.I am Extremely happy with the Level of customer service from this business and definitely will return again. Was a mistake made, Yes..... yet could have been way worse and the handling of the situation is 5 star all day long. Thank You Lisa and Tony for making our experience great!

Ordered 4 rooms of furniture from these folks and it was awesome! I needed it delivered to my new home 100 miles away and they got it done. I had to make changes to the order and they handled it no problem. I needed my stuff sooner rather than later and they took care of that, too. The delivery team set up the furniture, too. Really terrific company with very reasonably priced stuff.

This place is the best hands down! From the start we never felt pushed into buying anything. The salesperson stood back and allowed us to shop. The selections are outrageous in this store and prices are not comparable. I highly recommend and will be back to purchase living room furniture in the very near future!

Thought this place wed a good place to buy a couch. It was in sick and could be delivered the same week. No one ever mentioned that it would come in pieces and not put together. Who buys a couch that isnt delivered all together as one unit? This is a regular couch not a sectional. Due to a power outage I asked for the delivery to be rescheduled to this Saturday and was told no problem. Then they call last night saying they needed to deliver it today between 8-830 am. They show up before 8am. I dont appreciate not being told up front all the details about how the couch would show up. I have no idea how to assemble this couch. In an already stressful time this certainly isnt helpful. Wish I could return it and get my money back and go somewhere else.Update : after calling and existing my frustration, they explained this was a new way they are delivering furniture. I said they need to communicate this with their customers. They agreed to make it right and come out and assemble the couch at no cost.

My favorite furniture store. So, I bought a couch at a discount store after I donated my couch that I bought at Furniture Connexion. We are revamping our living room. Well I ended up returning the sofa, what a pain and went back to furniture Connexion and as always friendly service and the right sofa. Stop looking at all the other places. Save your gas and your feet and make this place the only stop.

Came back after 6 mos. & they have doubled theirprices. Not a place I would recommend anymore, looks like price gouging going on. They say it’s because of shipping charges, no other stores havestooped as low as them doubling their price though.

I went in with my daughter to look at bedroom sets and a dining room table. The store was clean and quiet. The staff greeted us and was pleasant. We looked around without feeling pressured at all. Tom-I later found out he is the store manager-helped us without hovering. It was a nice combination of availability without feeling rushed. There are multiple price points which gives you a lot of choices. We ended up with a bedroom set and a dining room table set! We will definitely be back!

I have bought many pieces from this store, and I will return again. I will say there was a little hiccup during one of my purchases, but they way that everyone from the delivery people to the store management handled it, was 10/10 excellent! Not only was the error corrected, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything in the end. Because they fixed it quickly and efficiently, I hesitate to even mention the hiccup, but I want to highlight the amazing customer service this place has! I will definitely return to this store when Im ready to redo my home office. I highly recommend them! Plus the furniture is lovely and the prices are great!!

What a gem!! I wish I had know about this place years ago. They sell a mixture of eclectic imported pieces and standard traditional furniture. Overall the vibe is updated and unique. You can expect much better prices for quality than you would find in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful yet allows you to browse in peace.

We went in looking for a sectional, their options were the only ones in stock and of good quality that we had come across. The furniture is nice and the selections were decent; Lisa was very helpful, friendly, and communicated often.

Before making our final decision on our furniture purchase, we shopped around at a few different furniture stores. First off, Furniture Connextion was the only store that had anything in stock, and second the prices were much more appealing-for the same furniture than at the other stores. The delivery was made as promised and the employees were very kind.

Staff was extremely friendly and they weren’t all over the top of us. If we needed time to discuss something, they gladly stepped away. Obviously, not the highest quality of furniture but certainly very nice with a wide selection. Very happy with our experience!

Great service by Tom and Lisa! Very cordial and friendly. Showed us around and then let us roam their huge showroom for as long as we needed to. The general manager was very informative and pointed out several upcycled antiques from India made into pieces of furniture, including bars made of car or bus portions. Would definitely recommend Furniture Connexion to anyone with any budget. Plus free delivery since it was over $500.00. Cant beat that.

I ordered a new bedroom set. It was delivered and set up by the delivery team. After they left i discovered my dresser was broken in the back. Had big holes. The night stand was scraped across the top like it wasn’t handled very well. I emailed and was offered a small discount for the damage or the replacement. I didn’t care much for the discount and got replacements. The dresser was ok but the night stand they brought to replace it with had more damage then the scraped one so I kept the scraped one. No follow up after delivery. Love my set but was disappointed with the damaged ones being left.

I needed furniture and asked my folks where they got their furniture, I liked it a lot. They told me furniture connection. I visited their Fairview location and met Lisa, she was fantastic. I gave her a pretty hard time but she put up with me. I went in for a bedroom set and left with a bedroom set and a couch. Im very happy and Im glad lisa was there to help. My sister even ended up buying a couch which is funny because she never spends money.

We had a house fire about a year ago and as a result we had to purchase everything for our home. This is always our first stop. Great staff, quality products, and great prices. Since we already had an easy breather pillow, we decided to come in and check out the mattresses too. Harrison showed us around and pointed out the beds that he thought might be the best fit for us and which ones might be too firm. Was very happy with the service and the price of the chairs I bought. They brought the price down 80.00 for four dinning chairs. Get the best deal you can. Furniture stores make a profit several times over on their furniture. I would have gone somewhere else had they not dropped the price. But very happy they did so I got the chairs I wanted and could stop shopping for chairs.
