I love this place. They have a good selection of produce, extensive vitamin and herbs section and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They even have classes if thats your sort of thing. Its like Whole Foods but better because theyre actually reasonably priced and affordable. Every time Im there, I wander around (unlike every other grocery store) in anticipation of what interesting thing Im going to discover or learn about next. This place is awesome. Definitely my go to store!

I like Natural Grocers, its a smaller store so its easy yo navigate. I sometimes wish they had more products though but I never leave empty handed ! Please put one in Sandy Oregon !!

They have a great supply of Alexandre family farm organic 100% grassfed milk! The best.

A very nice and clean market with so many items to choose from and even got lunch items too.

Doesn’t enforce mask mandate. First thing I saw was some unmasked person touching and sniffing all of the produce.

Im beyond impressed with the staff here! One example is a common one. I didnt have enough money for all of my groceries, slowly and totally embarrassed, I take one item off. The line is forming. Priscilla, best CSR ever, was checking me out at the time. She NEVER panicked, never rushed me, and even offered to help!! She spoke softly and comforted my anxiety, as I felt so embarrassed 😳! She made sure other lanes opened up so she could make sure I left with groceries. She went above and beyond any CSR I have come across in Oregon. Thank you, Priscilla. You should be made a General Manager!!

My partner and I have been going more regularly here to get a tea he likes. The times that I’ve gone here, I have gotten the impression that the staff is not as friendly or helpful as in other locations. I recently went to return an item and the cashier was helping me out. He had to get it keyed in by another employee (maybe a manager?) I wasn’t sure. She came over to his lane and shouted “Out of the way! I gotta get back to my check stand”. I could tell her from her voice that it wasn’t said jokingly or with banter. But blunt and rude. It was awkward to say the least. The cashier who was helping me froze and looked uncomfortable. I was wearing a mask and the woman must have seen my eyebrows go up. She threw a dirty look at me. I was appalled at how she treated her coworker.

Got some 👍good probodics, expensive (about dollar a day, but recommended). Fast trip & under 50, so 😊happy. 💘 Love, D-🐝

Friendly staff and good selection, but someone needs to yell at the corporate management to get them more staffing resources. The lines at checkout are insane because staffing policies dont allow for dedicated cashiers.

Well stocked, lots of healthy options. I purchased nondairy coffee creamer, raw cheese and large tortillas. Friendly service is one of the main things that brings me back to a store, and I will definitely be back!

What a selection and all the way out in Gresham even. Loved the refrigerator section with the snacks and so many vegan options throughout the store!

The shelves are always fully stocked with great prices on the products. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure shopping at this particular location.

Picked this up today, it is relevant because it took me 5+ minutes to find when it was right in front of me. I love the selection of this store for different products, little bit of everything.Workers are nice and friendly if you have a question, but do not usually go out of their way to ask if you NEED help (me). Definitly worth a stop in if youve been curious or want healthier/better for the planet options.

This a great store to get organic produce and things you cant find at other stores. This is the closes to Whole Foods that we have in Gresham...I shop here at least once a month! The staff are always very friendly!

I go here a lot and love it (even if they are always out of my fav coffee). However, my mother went today and she said she felt bullied. She asked if she could do two separate purchases in order to get cash out and the woman (in a not nice tone) told her absolutely no. This is a major part of why I go here and Ive never had an issue. The only difference is my mother is elderly. I also am concerned with some of the employees who wear shields instead of masks, as these are not effective.

Its always disappointing whenever I go to shop here because every time theres only one register open with a long line but other employees everywhere stocking. People in line always have to say something to get another register opened. Ive actually stopped going here because of this.

I go here for little things quite often, this store is great and so are the staff. I recommend signing up for their rewards, you have to online not in the store, I get discounts and free things often. The blue sky sodas are amazing and I love the XO Chocolate bars

Natural Grocers is honestly one of the only stores I feel safe in during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are very diligent about sanitizing, cleaning, and maintains physical distancing. Every employee is always so kind and truly makes you feel seen and valued. It is a place where humanity is shared and celebrated. I love shopping here!

I go to natural grocers when I need premium quality food. It has a fantastic selection of produce and healthy packaged foods. There is an extensive supply of vitamins and supplements. Their personal care section is plentiful as well. Its a nice store to have locally.

Good food at fair prices.

Super clean and well stocked and they give you a free reusable bag for your first visit. I finally found guayusa tea and fresh herbs which are hard to come by. Especially during COVID times I appreciate the well spaced aisles and the fact that it is usually less crowded so I can take my time to shop. They also sprayed the belt with disinfectant between each customer. Ill definitely be back.

Friendly staff. However products are grossly over priced. Some things you find exact same product at Fred Meyers or Walmart, same brand and everything for almost 2/3 the price. They have a great vitamin and supplement selection though, Id definitely come back for those, just not groceries.

Fairly reasonably priced given that they carry all natural and organic products. the employees are always helpful and very knowledgeable.

So this is actually a great place for natural groceries/selection. But the attitude of foodies/fad diet theorists generally and here in particular is almost unbearable in its arrogance and distain. So dont wear camo if youre a dude...just as a for instance. The staff will deliberately ignore you.

Love this place.

They close at 8:00 not at 8:05. Super annoying that they wouldn’t let me in. I gave it a 1 star to let people know that the time is wrong and they don’t waste their time or someone corrects the google closed time. Over all the store is actually good.

You can buy fresh frozen produce, meat, canned products. They sell, oils, books, great selection of vitamins h supplements. Awesome place!

Placed a special order for a case of kombucha after I had two employees (including the manager on duty) tell me they were eligible for a case discount. When I went to pick it up nearly 10 days later, they tried to tell me there was no case discount because it was refrigerated. They give their loyal customers such a hard time, refusing to budge. Thankfully the assistant manager (a nice guy with long hair) came over and resolved it. Their employees need to be better informed on policies and not quote customers one thing, and then try to do another.

Love shopping here. Good prices on supplements & I think most all of not all produce is organic. Also have some bulk spices so get 5 oz of organic ground cinnamon for about $2.99. Also personal care products.Good produce. I held off joining their discount program which I now regret. I earn rewards just by entering phone #.They have excellent prices on free range & pasture raised organic eggs. Better than Winco w membership.& nice helpful staff.

I have never gotten food there but been with others who were shopping there. Prices seem a bit high but nice store and great selections. I am to poor to shop there my self but if you can afford it great place natural foods.

This place would be awesome if they were able to keep things stocked. More often than not, I go here and what I was looking for is not stocked. When items get stocked, they only put a few of them on the shelves. If you need help with a question, good luck finding someone who is knowledgeable about the item or where its at in the store.

I like this place. This is the place to find those unusual healthy options you may be looking for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Although, I dont do all my grocery shopping here it is a good stop to get the healthy items that arent at your regular grocery store.

I moved to Gresham and checked out my local Natural Grocers. Nice variety of products. I felt as if the staff were nervous or concerned about me being there. Big plus-electric doors.
