This is without a doubt the most horrible company to deal with. Even giving them one star seems too good. Before you rent a unit from them do your homework and make sure that you check the reviews and read the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb. They are the most dishonest bottom of the barrel people you will find. It would take pages to list out all the issues that I have had with them but I am taking them to court for they are that serious. They will get into your unit with no notification and go through things and break them and thats just for starters. They will tell you that you cant have your door pulled part way down even in the winter or that you are only allowed on the property an hour a day or that they must be present. None of this is in the contract that yiu sign. They assume that becauee you have a storage unit that you are homeless or up to no good. Little do they know that sometimes its just something to do and a good place to do it. I am a crafter so I used my unit to make and store crafts and put things that I got at yard sales or whatever. Nothing wrong at all and they acted like I was fencing stolen goods. Thats ok public storage. Its your turn. I am referring to the one in Gresham on Hogan Rd

Just spoke with Jeremy and he suggested I write about my experience here. The employees at every facility Ive stored at have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always eager to answer any questions. And they take this Pandemic very seriously.

I suggested public storage to my daughter and she found this place near her. Angel is incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She got her a great deal on the perfect size. They are very COVID conscious, office is very clean.

Great place to go if you want your storage unit to get broken into. They didnt even offer to give us a discount. We paid in full to have our things get stolen. They handed me an insurance pamphlet that will only pay for the things I have a receipt for. Place is dirty, doors are left unlocked to the units amd apparently it took a simple crow bar to break the door open. No wonder there are lawsuits nationwide against this company for how they handle their business. Never again.

I WAS ROBBED HERE. If you should choose to rent a unit here, make sure EVERYTHING you leave inside can be replaced and that you have EVERY receipt to prove it. Seems like it was pretty easy for the thief to take my family mementos. The security at Public Storage is not so secure.I removed my remaining things and Public Storage kept almost an entire months rent and the premium for their worthless insurance with no offer of prorating or reimbursement. Angel, you can try to make this right.Dont make the mistake I did.

I was pleasantly greeted by Angel, and walked through the steps of registering. She then walked me to the unit I would be renting. It was clean and ready for me to use. There are new, more secure locks for these. I felt like my possessions would be very secure. In all, it was a good experience.

Came in to rent space, and was greeted by Tyler, He was very friendly and VERY helpful. He explained to me that making a reservation saves money on unit. I was pleased to find out that a reservation took $12 off original price!! He helped me pick out some mattress covers and other moving supplies that definitely will make my packing process much easier!! GREAT SERVICE I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very kind-hearted gentleman at the front desk. He was so polite with me and my husband, we had issues with our credit card and Tyler helped us set up automatic payments on our new card. He made everything very simple.

I had to find a storage unit in one day. I have never had to rent a storage unit so I was a little stressed out about finding one with just a day notice with someone to be helpful and nice. The guy who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Think his name was Darell. He took my information. Then Brian called me immediately and set up a time to meet up with him to do the registration the next day. He was very patient with me. I called him several times to change what time I could come and meet him. Very professional with the phone calls,registration,showing me the different size of units, and explaining the policies. I will definitely recommend this location to people. Thank you Brian for all your help. You made this a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. :)

Tyler at 08125 came up to us as i was helping my mother unload, and asked us how the overall experience was at this property. He told us to give our feedback on here and handed me a card. Great place and wonderful people that work here this is our first month renting and everything has been good so far! Will update later on as my experience with this location progresses.

Great experience. We are moving and stopped in for supplies. The employee working was friendly and helpful. The box prices are a little high, but they are great quality.

EXCELLENT customer service! I had the pleasure of renting here for over 2 years now and Brian and Tyler have been phenomenal! Tyler came out to my unit I was vacating to see how my stay was and if I needed any help! Very friendly and attentive! He shook my hand and handed me a review card and thanked me for staying. Only problem is the rent gets raised periodically and some of the doors at the location aren’t functioning. But overall had an AMAZING experience!

I had the pleasure of working with both Tyler and Brian at this location. They were both very personable as well as helpful. They talked with me about what I needed to store so I could be comfortable knowing that I was renting only the storage that I needed, and helped me to understand the check-out process when it was time for me to leave. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.

Thought I’d leave a review to let people know how great a location this is. I vacated recently and have had 0 issues the past 2 years renting. Now that I have a place to call home I no longer require storage. But the entire experience was absolutely amazing. VERY friendly/polite staff members especially Taylor, he was so nice when I came into the office to let him know I vacated. Very well kept property and very good location 5 out of 5 for Public Storage! Thanks guys I’ll be looking at you guys whenever I come across the need for storage!

Cant recommend Tyler enough. He was very attentive to making sure I got what I needed. The original space they wanted to rent me had a defective locking mechanism. They quickly found another space that was LESS money! Couldnt be happier!

Very nice, very clean and a lot of storage choices. If you have an inside unit I would suggest using a hand truck. Very long passageways.

They have everything you need for moving such as boxes of all sizes and accessories. The best selection I have ever seen at a storage location. The security is top notch with security cameras and special high security locks. I can feel confident that my stuff is safe. Well done.

I went to a local storage place earlier in the week. I did not like their prices or location. Called public storage and they got me in same day, no hassle. Josh was easy to work with.

Pros: The staff. Sarah, Long time relief manager very kind. Brian, the new store manager is a nice guy. The property is tidy for a storage facility. District Manager Mark was very easy to deal with when I had an issueCons. Pricing is high. However it is not the fault of the store it is a fact of occupancy rates in the market. Push carts dont move so well and the handles come off. Move in specials are few and far between.Overall a delightful experience. Would store again if necessary.

I have rented from Public Storage on Hogan in Gresham at least 3 times over the last 18 years. Each time I have had excellent customer service. Brian, the gentlemen who helped me finish my reservation and set up my account was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The facility is easy to get to, the property is clean, and the unit I rented was clean and easily accessible.

Moved into my large storage unit in May of last year and finally am now relocating. Realized almost everything in my unit has to go...so needed to downsize. Josh was super helpful in getting me into another unit and educating me about size differences in each unit...making my transfer easy and way less stressful

My fiance and I were moving to a much smaller place, but didnt want to throw out the things we would want again someday. We decided to look into getting a storage unit. We were not disappointed with the price, or the service we received. We felt very welcome with the girl who helped us. We would certainly recommend them to a friend!

We had RATS in our unit the year we rented the unit, we told the manager who had to get a hold of the area manager who had to contact the regional manager.it took over a month before I was called and they told me a pest control company would be setting traps in our building, last contact was back in March 2019 and I was asked to drop off a key so they could put traps or bait stations in our unit, everything in our unit was covered in rat droppings as well as chewed thru our boxes, I ask if they would be cleaning all the rat droppings and clean our unit, I was told they would not do so unless we emptied the unit ourselves.We did go into the unit and cleaned all the rat droppings of our property,please keep in mind I was told the rat issue was being taken care of in the whole building as the whole building had rat issues.We had cleaned our unit back in March and we just moved out a few days ago on July 31st, when we opened our unit we were shocked at what we seen, all of our property again was covered in rat droppings and more boxes chewed thru.I was told to drop of a key so they could put traps and bait station to kill the rats, but it never happened, no traps or bait stations were in our unit.My wife had stored large stuffed Christmas decorations from her sister that past away from cancer last year and the rats chewed destroyed them and we found a dead rat inside that fell out as we pick the bag up, my wife was devastated by what happen to her sisters Christmas display as well as all the rat dropping on our property.i feel I was lied to by the district manage and traps or bait stations were never put in our unit or building, we we moved out on July 31st 2019I walked the property inside the building and outside and didnt see any bait stations any where, But did talked with someone that said the rat issue in still happening and rats are still getting in the units..I was going to call the area manager when we moved out on July 31st again, but he told me it would be taken care of and it was not,He told me to drop of a key back in March so the exterminator when they got the OK from the regional manager to hire a company would put bait stations in our unit, It never happened, so I thought it would be a waste of time.Very disappointing situation, as we will have to open and check each box before we can take them in to our new home.I hope corporate will take notice of what we had to deal with during the year our property was in Public Storage care.Unit 0548

Kept a kitchen in storage here. Climate controlled was necessary. Only problem was the extra charges for special lock, insurance and etc. Additional 40 dollars.

I own a local retail store close to this facility. We have used them for multiple years now for supply storage for the holiday season. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Tiana is a very professional person and knows how to make you feel welcome and I have always felt like I was the most important one there. I wish I had her on my team. She does an excellent job! Worst Storage Service ever!! The quality you get here is awful. The place is falling apart and nobody fixes is!! The doors to get into the buildings dont work and I have to walk all the way to the front just to get in. Also i sometimes find the doors swinging open they are so broken!! In the summer you can find hornets nests around the doorways that last for months!! The lights never come on in the buildings so prepare to move in the dark. My rent has gone up nearly 50% in a year and the quality gets worse and worse. All of this stuff has been going on for a long time so its nothing new. The only good think about this place is the employees are nice. THAT IS IT. Fix your mess public storage

I dont rent here necessarily, but i came by for supplies and they had EVERYTHING i could ever need and the customer service was immaculate. Definitely keeping this location in mind if i ever need storage!

This location is terrific and Alex has been extraordinarily helpful. Have rented here on a couple of occasions and been happy with how well kept and how secure things are.

Shes a person that keeps the walkways clean, aways,smiling very good with showing you how much the system works.
