No problems so far. Great service. Used to shop at food depot. They wont let you in at 9:30. But they close at 10:00! Take my money to stores that welcome me!

I love my community Ingles. It is convenient with good hours and everything I ever need. The employees are nice and helpful. The best addition to their store is Shay in the bakery. My favorite thing is the donuts that are made daily. Unfortunately their donut case was just every day donuts until recently. Shay has added coconut donuts, strawberry donuts and chocolate iced with pecans. Since they are actually made in the store if you go early, they are still warm. Shay goes out of her way to handle customer desires and does it with a smile. Ingles please hang on to this jewel of an employee.

A high-end Market especially considering the area its in. The deli counter and Starbucks are a nice feature. The store is clean and well-organized with more selection on items especially considering the size of the store. Produce and bulk items are is a plus.

Bad when you have to bag your own groceries and the guy getting paid to do the job walks away. 9/20/ 21 at 4 pm I reported it to the manager in charge no apology no nothing.

Friendly staff inside and out and great selection of food

We were there 3/15/21 around 10:30 a.m. The Young Man that waited on us in the deli entered the deli and never washed his hands. Even though the sign posted tells them to. On top of that he was very rude. Then we watched the girl up front bagging peoples groceries eat nuts and drink coke while doing so. What kind of place are you running?

Ingles is a pleasure to shop at anytime its open. I have ask for directions to a certain item many times and always had help to find what I was looking for

Expensive compared to Kroger & Walmart.

Very enjoyable when my sub sandwich falls apart because it wasn’t cut correctly and was soaked with Mayo. Half of the time they’re great, the other half it’s like kindergartners made them.

ORDERED THE UNICORN CAKE FOR GRANDDAUGHTERS BDAY. CAKE WAS AMAZING, MOIST AND DELICIOUS. THE DECORATIONS WERE PERFECT!! THANKS FOR MAKING MY GRANDBABY SMILE!!

The rice on the Chinese side was so nasty my dog wouldnt eat it. And you cant mix and match side from asain to american.

Great clean store!

This is my local go to store for groceries. I know a lot of the employees. The managers always say hello. The in store Starbucks isnt quite like going to a company run store, but they get it done. United Bank service there is top shelf. I get great points there for gas.

Store has a very limited selection and the layout hasnt been updated since the 90s, but its convenient to stop for coffee at the Starbucks. While there earlier today, I overheard two individuals I believed to be part of Ingles management tell/encourage a barista to DRINK BLEACH!Will not be shopping here again. I cant support a business whos leaders are so abusive to their employees.

Well the store in whole is like any other grocery. Sorry to say but. It didnt impress me. But your Pharmacy and their employees are exceptional. They treat you friendly and warm. And my time there was minimal. Thanks Ingles Pharmacy techs, you made my visit quick and easy. Again thanks!

I have always found Ingles to have a very friendly store atmosphere. They really care about their customers and go out of the way to supply all the needs of the consumers. The food is always fresh and they watch the dates carefully. If you need something special they will order it for you and they aim to please! I am thankful we have such a wonderful, friendly, caring store in our community and they mean a lot to me because I know they care about their people! I love Ingles!!

Did in until lately Love the people especially the customer service. MS Christina.I understand MS Christina is no longer there. She always had a smiling face and a bright hello. I will be going to other places where the prices are lower now and a more friendly atmosphere.

Everytime I step foot in this place I spend way more than intended.. They are a really expensive store. Always very well stocked and clean though. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Clean store, well stocked but the customer service is beyond terrible in almost every department at this location as of late, it was at one time worthy of 5 stars and had great management and employees who were knowledgeable and respectful as well as respected, but its been in overall decline for the past handful of visits...overall Im disappointed because it was a favorite and convenient place for me to go grocery shopping but Id rather go farther to well, elsewhere, simply because of the customer service.

Horrible deli. Asked for ham shaved, told her it was too thick, but no she continues to slice it with a snotty reply of Thats as thin as I can get it. Told her again finally got a supervisor to slice it correctly. The I get to the checkout with eight people in line and only one cashier. Wont be back ever in life.

Love this store. From pharmacy, grocery and every special occasion they have you covered. Best place for me to get flowers to make the wife smile here and there.

Just stopped by to get a simple sandwich, waited 20 minutes and left. There were 10 employees behind the counter with 1 girl working the counter and no one asked if I needed any help. Worst customer service ever! Looks like I would be looking for a new store manager.

The best place in town to get gluten free items. There vegetables are always fresh. Great place to shop.

They seem to have a policy to keep bread and milk out of site until the very last one is gone even though they may have 3 or more with only one day leftBut if you ask they usually will go to cooler and magically appear with milk with 10 or more days left on it.I do keep going there because they do have decent meats.I usually go to milk 1st and if I cant get fresh milk I do leave for Food Depot just up the road.

I only got a few things here while visiting family. But it is bright and clean. The produce looks very fresh and colorful, and was neatly arranged to show it off properly. You can tell the produce person takes much pride in displaying everything. The aisles ate wide, so you dont get stuck if another person stops to look at something on a shelf. The cashiers were very cheerful and polite. Prices were low to moderate. If I lived in that area, Id be happy to do all my grocery shopping there.

Very clean and nice staff. They always have great deals and freash foods. Me and my kids love their dairy-free ice cream that they make fresh daily there. Lots of varieties to choose from.

The foods there are great! I love the little stores inside of it, such as, Starbucks, Chinese restaurant, as well as breakfast and lunch shop. Its even got a dining area which I find very unique and nice. Definitely a good store to pick up your weekly goods from.

Shopped here for the first time yesterday. Very clean, well organized, and great selection. Had a self-induced issue at checkout (forgot an item). I called Mr. Jones (manager on duty) this morning and explained my situation. He took care of it almost immediately. That was really reassuring and excellent customer service. I was afraid when I called that I would hear that it was my fault and my problem (and it really was). Definitely just earned a loyal customer in me.

Very friendly service. Those there willingly go out of their way to help. I do wish the discounted prices were just there regular prices rather than needing an Ingles card.

Absolutely love it here. This has to be one of my favorite stores. This location is the best location for any Ingles in Georgia if you ask me. I am a regular and satisfied. The only problem I may have dealing with Ingles, is at the deli.Why? Well just asked the employees there how they like their jobs lol

My husband and I were on one of our day trips and stopped at the Ingles at the corner of Highways 41&19 South. Im not sure what city. We were near Barnesville, Georgia. Anyway, we ordered food at the hot Deli. They have a cafe where you can eat. Love, love, love the food. Everyone was extremely friendly and glad to help. A balanced meal for $5.00 -- what a bargain. Okay off to another Ingles we go!!

I love Ingles. They made homemade chicken salad and fresh guacamole on Saturdays. When ever we travel its the same great service!

The keep a clean store. I like to order from the hot line or the deli. 2 veggies and meat for 5.00 is a good price for a decent meal. Yes do give them a try.

Wow! If I could rate this store a zero, I would. First of all, I am a former employee at the Griffin, Ga. location. I was hired for the bakery. The bakery manager (Debra), is very racist. I work with this lady for 2 whole days and she barely acknowledge who I was as a new employee. There was no interaction with me as far as training. She was rude and always spoke to me from the side of her face. Very unprofessional! She only interacted with the white employees in her department. I was lied to about the job description and the hours that I would receive by the store manager himself. I was the only black person working in that department. I truly felt discriminated against because of my skin color. This was one of the worst experience than I have ever had in my entire life. The tone in which she did speak to me was nasty and I am sure that she has been that way for a long time. I would not recommend this place to an ant. Once again, the worst experience ever. I will be following up with this complaint.

Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. Fruit doesnt last long, must eat it by the next day. Prices are higher than Kroger. Store brand is as good as national brands.

Great staff, super friendly, clean store. Plus you can get food here thats freshly prepared. Like how whole foods does.

I get my lunch there everyday. Fresh sushi, boars Head sandwich, salad, two for three dollar pizza, Chinese food or southern style plates...and they have breakfast. They also have groceries and the best last minute personable gifts. Oh and groceries too of course lol. The one I go to has a Starbucks and is offering Christmas trees its kind of a one stop shop for great quality well priced items. In the summer they offer perfect items as well.

This store has a great selection of products that are hard to find elsewhere. They also have a great salad bar.

Front end cashiers seem a bit aloof. I get a low key racist vibe from them every time I visit lol. Never friendly. Breakfast & fruit bar are yummy.

This particular Ingles store is just the right size for picking up 3 or 4 bags of groceries. They have a good selection, without the crowds and 25 acres of floor space of the Walmart store 5 minutes away. While you wont find 50 lb. bags of dog food or 70 flat screen TVs, it is a solid neighborhood grocery store with friendly staff. Conveniently located and easy to get in and out of.

Its a grocery store what can really be said. Its pretty good for a grocery store. Always clean and no foul odors like some I have been in, so thats a plus.

I go here in the mornings for the breakfast. For some reason the prices changes all the time even though I get the exact same thing every time... 🤯

Ingles is the best grocery store. They r always clean. They have enough ppl working so ur not wondering up and down the aisles.

I bring my own bags which puzzles the bagger. How do you want your groceries done?. Heavy stuff on the bottom.... So, they placed some bagged fresh veggies under a heavy container of clementines. Bruised them nicely.

Wonderful people. Helped me with phone calls when I locked the keys, purse, and phone in my truck. Store is clean and organized. Good prices. Lots of sale items.

I use to really shop a lot at Ingles, but for past three months, each time I use my Ingles card, it says there are gas reward points on my check out ticket, but at pumps, it never gives me my reward discount and I am tired of their higher prices in store and then to top it off, no discount on points at gas station. Dang, Im going to go back to Kroger and other better places for prices at store are cheaper than Ingles.....I am fed up not getting my points to use at gas pumps.

I love the people there also the people in the pharmacy are the greatest around very carening.

I dont prefer Ingles, however, they by the job done. They are a bit on the more expensive side but, they do have an ingles card. I usually go to pick up MINOR things like gravy packets or fruit. Small things like that. Also, when I go at night they dont have a lot of registers open but, they cant help that if people dont apply for the position.

Just Moved from a city where I Never even heard of an Ingles . Ive heard it be compared to a Wegmans or if Kroger and Whole Foods had a baby. The price point is generally high here but theres always some amazing sales and free membership on the spot as well . Im not even going to elaborate on how clean this place was . Impeccable! I didnt know you dont out your own stuff on the counter though . That totally threw me off . They Removed AND bagged all my item . Full Service . Recommend 100%

I really like the way this Ingles is laid out, there is a huge variety of groceries as well as fresh foods.

I myself would have never thought that the first time I had a STARBUCKS coffee it would would be in an INGLES grocery store, almost made me forget what I went there for oh yeah milk, eggs and bread, (must have been the double expresso) Ingles Rocks baby!!oh yeah they have everything you need for groceries and its a great place to shop..

This Ingles location (Griffin, GA) has a Starbucks. The store is so bright and clean. The produce and meat departments are always fresh and well stocked.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Foods in their deli better than location in Barnesville. Their biscuits are great!

They treat their employees like their nothing. The customers are ALWAYS right, even if they are WRONG. Managers are one sided. If a customer doesnt like you, you have vendetta grown against you until you either unfortunately get fired or willing part ways.Ingles is also A LOT more expensive.

Since the store has been remodeled it is really easy to shop there. They have a Starbucks and a good deli.

This is a nice, very clean Ingles. Its neither as big nor has a good a selection as the Ingles in Barnesville. The prices on basic staples are in line with other area grocery stores but most items seem to be more expensive, sometimes frustratingly so.
