I love this Kroger, I really do. It is so clean and organized just beautifully. The customer service is outstanding. There are only two issues I have, which I think are across the board in this area (If not in others) I cant load my phone while in the building for coupons because there isnt a signal (I have this issue in other stores though too) and half the time they have mass amounts of empty shelves, but I am attributing that to the lack of people that have available to stock.

They run out of stuff all the time. I find expired products on the shelves way more than I should. Theyre constantly rearranging the store for no reason.And now theyre not even 24 hours. Theres very little reason to go here over Walmart. If Im gonna support a trashy badly run national chain, may as well do the cheapest of the lot thats open when I need it.

There are at least 15 handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces. The building is in excellent condition and the parking lot is clean as well. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered at this grocery store. There is a pharmacy here as well and a Starbucks. There is a Kroger carne arm game in the front of the store. Their is an ecoatm smartphone selling kios here. There is a bakery here and a place to eat your food on the inside and also a place to sit on the outside as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Krogers store and enjoy my time shopping there.

Local guides LIE about this store. If you look they all think it is great BUT non-local guides (actual local shoppers) do not hold this location is anywhere as high of a regard.

This store wont cash a check if its more than $400.00 However, they only have $300.00 Also: they dont have anyone to open until 9am; they advertise that they at 8am. They also advertise that they can and will cash checks up to $2000.00 Well its a LIE. Theyre clearly part of the Fauci Cult; so avoid them at all costs. Theyre just a bunch of mask wearing cultists, and the employees that arent wearing muzzles have probably taken the poison experimental mRNA gene therapy jab. 0 out of 5 stars

I had to take the time to share my checkout experience at Griffin Kroger. I started to go to a cashier, but decided to do self-checkout instead (meant to be). Immediately, I was warmly greeted by Ms. Melinda....you can see her smile through her mask. She has THE MOST genuine, Godly, and caring spirit! This was my second encounter with her...and both times were a breath of fresh air! She has made the four corners of self-checkout a church! She welcomes you in, assists EVERY customer with pleasure, gives encouragement and a Word, and never seems overwhelmed or disgruntled. I almost forgot that I was at Kroger....feels more like visiting my God-fearing aunt. You truly see and feel the light of God in her. Such a kind, consistent Spirit deserves this shout out and much more! So nice to get some groceries and some Jesus!🙌🏽 I look forward to my next visit! Never seen all electric carts usable. At least 3 or 4 are out of service and then most are out of battery power. 15 electric carts without power...why?Common

My favorite grocery store.

Due to the current medical crisis, Kroger has discontinued medical services such as the blood pressure machine. Geniuses! They know better what is good for me than I do. Evidently, when I feel my blood pressure isn’t right, what I should do is buy some beer and rent a movie since the Redbox machine is still open, then try not to think about my blood pressure. That makes as much sense as the gas stations and fast food restaurants that want you to buy their food, but lock their restroom so you can’t wash your hands.

Started charging for air at gas station. Didnt realize until I drove there with a nearly flat tire. I chose Kroger because I thought it was awesome there was a gas station not gouging customers (and I didnt have spare change). When I arrived not only were they charging but the ability to pay with a credit card (or phone) did not work because the system was offline. Now I was stuck there with a nearly flat tire.

Thank goodness! So thankful y’all are staying open during this pandemic. Where else could someone experiencing symptoms get medication during late hours?

Mixed up my prescription, but they got it straightened out before I had any health issues. Theres usually a wait, and sometimes its a long one, but the ladies are nice and deserve kudos for doing a stressful job during a pandemic.

Tired of the big box stores only having one register open. Having to do the self checkout is wrong. Part of what we pay your prices for is service. Having to check out ourselves is not service.

I love this Kroger. They are always nice and friendly but they just need to improve a little the online ordering. This time they did not ask if I had coupons or not. I will continue going to this Kroger. Thank you.

OMG, I love this store. Much better than Walmart. I received great service at the deli. She had a cute accent. Russian or German I think..anyway, it was nice asking for a product and receive it without an attitude. Very refreshing!

My wife and I just shopped here and really enjoyed saving a lot of money through the use of coupons. Kroger is one of the best places to use coupons and typically the cashiers are patient through the process. This particular store happened to be a little under stocked on some items, thus the four stars versus five stars. The store is clean, well lit and there were plenty of friendly employees to greet us.

Used pick up service for the very first time and found it surprising that your people come to my vehicle and loaded my groceries Without masks. I even asked one of them about it and was told that he just didn’t like wearing them. When it is the CDC’s recommendation that you wear them, at the very least that it would be the person that would put groceries in your car. Their heads are in your car. Their hands are in your car and they have no gloves and no mask? It defeated the whole purpose. I might as well have walked in the door. I did have a mask, gloves, and sanitizer. I won’t be using the service ever again. This was at the Kroger in Griffin Georgia on Highway 16

I like this store alot but have a continuing problem with Kroger brand dairy products. EXPIRED dates by more than 2 months in some cases. It was the cottage cheese this time but the kefir was the issue 3 times prior to this. I buy Lifeway kefir now as their rep is apparently keeping an eye on product rotation.

I love to shop there for the great deals they offer. Also I receive coupons in the mail some coupons offers free items. And yes, the free Friday item give me the choice to sample that certain product before I buying it. Otherwise I wouldnt have tried. I enjoy creating my shopping list online before I go to the store. Its a great place to shop love it!!!

Had a great time, it is clean and the staff is very friendly. Just wish that the had a sign to let you know that one side of the stores door are lock at a certain time. I parked on the side that they close, and had to walk all the way to the other side. It was the first time that I have been there after dark. It was no biggie, I did not mind the walk, but a sign would make it easier for individuals whom may have bought more than I did. My experience is always great here, and that is why I always return again and again.

ONE STOP GROCERY SHOPPING!!!One of the cleanest, best stocked Kroger stores. Which makes it one of the best grocery stores, period!There is ALWAYS Name brand and Kroger brans on sale.There is a price point for almost every shopper.Very good produce and dairy departments.

Im usually a pretty critical person on grocery stores knowing that I worked in several as a kid and young adult. But today when I went in Krogers the store was exceptionally clean every employee I came in contact with spoke and was very friendly. So overall it was a very awesome trip

Website said I could order disinfectant spray from this store. I went in person and couldnt find it. Several employees as well as customers were walking around without masks on. Dangling from their ear that kind of thing.

The drive thru pharmacy has a lane for RX drop off only. If you are in the pick up lane and have waited forever, the drop off can drive right up and be waited on after the car in front of you leaves!

A good grocery store with lots of items besides the basics. I sometimes wish it had more basic grocery items and less non-food stuff. Much space is devoted to lawn furniture, pool items, baby clothes, etc. I shouldnt complain because they have items, like lamb, international foods, anti-pasta bar, etc., that are often hard to find in small towns.

Kroger is a good place to shop. Their Deli section has a wonderful selection of meats and cheeses. I usually pick up some of their homemade breads. Thoughout the store they have many specialized sections...like the Kitchen accessories aisle...the health foods section has many alternative items...and the pricing is competitive. Also, your shopping can bring you points for saving money at their gas station. A one-stop shop!

One of the best, if not the best, Kroger on the south side of Atlanta. Very clean store, well organized and even has a Starbucks inside! The bakery is top notch and the meat department will cut anything you need however you need it.

I like to shop at Kroger. Their sales are great and has almost anything you could be looking for in food items. Plus they have beauty products, lotions, a great deal of womens hair and makeup products. Great prices on those as well. Customer service is always good.

I like my Kroger for its friendly staff, helpful cashiers and cleanliness. The only problem is it is HOTTER THAN HADES every time you go in there! In the dead of Summer, you will sweat to death just picking up 12 items or less. And dont bother complaining, the manager does nothing about it. So dress accordingly.

Spacious store, clean but check out lines are sometimes slow and I have had to bag my own groceries to help the cashier. If you are in the store after 10pm you will also have to scan your own groceries and bag them yourself. To me, this is not the way I wish to shop.

Absolutely the best grocery store to go to. Very organized and incredibly clean. Very nice and helpful employees. Best selection of everything you could possibly want. I live in Hampton Ga and travel 40 min to shop at this store.

The shelves were stocked almost completely, the cashier - Melissa G - was most cooperative and friendly. I shop at Kroger almost exclusively for these very reasons. The Griffin store is clean, floor personnel are usually most helpful, and I feel like Im getting quality food. Keep up the good work, Griffin Kroger. (Finish stocking those shelves! Lol)

We do 98% of our shopping here! Great selection ( lots of organic, gluten free, and specialty items from many cultures) good prices, and great sales! Always well staffed with happy and helpful people!

Kroger was a mess this morning at 9:30 stuff in the aisles but nothing on the shelves. No freezer foods, not chicken on shelves, no milk but they did have TP at the cost of $12.95 a pack....I witnessed a guy in the parking lot just having a fit because he had TP! All the Friday - Saturday specials were not in stock except sugar and pizza. Why do they even advertise if they dont have it in stock. The store was in really bad disarray this morning.

I love that I was able to find a lot of vegan items that I like to cook with and eat. The store is clean and well organized. I didnt have to go on a scavenger hunt to find my items.

Ive never had an issue with Kroger until today. My husband went to cash a check and his name was missing one letter on the check. The guy at the customer service counter was extremely rude and told my husband he wouldnt cash it. My husband asked to speak with a manager and she cashed the check with no problem. The guy hands my husband his money and tells my husband you need to get that fixed because you wont get lucky here again I WONT cash it next time. My husband told him he wouldnt be back. That was uncalled for rudeness. He could have politely said he didnt feel comfortable cashing it or went and got the manager himself.

This is my favorite Kroger to shop at. Great selection of just about anything you could need. It is always clean and there is hardly ever a wait for checkout.

Store has constant issues fulfilling clicklist orders, both in terms of accuracy and commitment to pickup appointments. Shop elsewhere.

I had no option except self check out. It was late, all the workers stood by and watched me do their job. Ill never Go back late at night. I had no idea they only use self check out. I almost left my cart full at the register. But Im not that type person.

Moderately friendly staff, great deals as always (especially for fuel points for the adjacent gas station), but pretty long lines as is normally busy. Only real complaint is clicklist. I havent tried it, and it may be the best thing since sliced bread; however, I feel like Im constantly dodging these workers and their carts, including meandering around the carts left in the middle of the already narrow aisles.

Garbage all over parking lot, no customer service at the deli, employees just looked at customers frowned and turned away, they never came back nor did they explain why there wasnt any one to assist at the meat counter. I finally left and chose PKG ham. So sad for what used to be a top notch store

The Pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have been calling for 2 days with no answer yesterday, put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on today. When I called back, it rang for 5 minutes with no answer. Actually going there is just as bad . Lines inside are terribly slow and the drive thru! I have waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru just to go inside and wait the same amount. If I dont get give a a rating of.000001% I would. The grocery store itself is fine. The pharmacy is the worse kroger pharmacy I have ever used and I have been with kroger pharmacy for 10+ years. I do not understand how or even why this location is still doing business. I know Kroger can do better.

Friendly staff, no long waits.....seems if there are 3 or more customers forming a line they will open another register. They have great bargains every week and you save on gas with shoppers card.

Dont expect any help. You must find them. My biggest 2 problems here are the click list employees and horrible signage. The click list employees ram you with those huge carts, park them in front of product that you are attempting to shop, and never say Im sorry.. The signage......tell the cashier what the sign says? Lol.....shell tell you that you are wrong. So I paid full price went back to the product, which was in 5 locations pulled all the signs down, passed by the cashier again, flashed them at her...she said, Oh.. And precededed to stand in line for 18 minutes to get refunded. The service desk clerk then tells me the sale on those went off on Sunday. So i presented her with 5 signs that I had just took down. And was then told maybe I took those signs Sunday. Great customer service!!!

Went to pick up meds at the pharmacy. Decided to try the drive thru. Average transaction time. Not too slow. Convenient.

Just amazing. They help you when you need it without question. They also shop for you and have the groceries ready for you to pick them up. Good store to shop at and get you prescriptions.

Very nice store. Personnel are helpful, however, frequently run out of advertised specials. Particularly in the meat department. The last two times whole Heritage Farms chickens were advertised, they ran out by Saturday. Not good.
