I worked with Jeanette Carraway today to upgrade my IPhone, I expected to be help hostage to the store over 2 hrs. As was my last experience a couple years ago, but much to my surprise, Jeanette made my experience quick and painless. She explained everything, was not pushy, was very honest and transparent and I felt a level of trust within minutes of working with her.My hat is off for great service thanks to a sale rep that goes above and beyond to make the process painless.

Had a great experience with the male and female working tonight. Helped us get a phone and a good protective case for it and even helped us out with a discount!! Very friendly people, very nice store, we actually went to 3 different stores today and this one looked the best, didnt have to wait around we got helped right away. Will be returning with any future needs. Definitely the best one in the area.

Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable, Verizon as a corp., not so much. My husband died and we had been paying $88 for 2 phones each month. When I asked to have his number removed and add my daughter, they charged $158. I am still a sr. & long time customer. This is discrimination against widows.

Over the course of two weeks I have spent approximately three hours with Alicia who was helping me with a software glitch in my new 12 pro max. She never gave up trying to fix it. Even the techs she called couldn’t fix it. Through a lot of determination and patience she finally made the fix!!! Thanks Alicia! Great customer service!!

Johnny is the reason I will always walk into a retail store for any of my needs! This dude went above and beyond for me and my family. I haven’t seen customer service like this, ever. Literally was the smoothest time I’ve ever had dealing with my cell phones. He actually helped save me money that I didn’t even know about and gave my 7 year old boy a snack while we were waiting. We visited the Authorized Retailer location at 231 Eastern Blvd, Hagerstown, MD, this past week to update an iPhone. We were helped by Dominic Rohr. He was professional, thorough and really helped with all our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to assist us and we were thoroughly pleased with the experience. Steven was an absolute pleasure to work with. There were some bumps along the road from switching to Verizon from Sprint but none were his fault and he was awesome through it all. This location has great customer service! Mr.Davis and Nifinity were a pleasure to deal with. They both worked together to fix the issues with my phone. However the main reason why I wanted to write this review is because they didn’t benefit or profit in anyway by helping me today... and they were still willing to do whatever it took to get my phone issue taken care of. True customer service is done without self-motivated expectations. However it’s very hard to find anymore in this generation. So it makes me appreciate it that much more when I experience great customer service like I did today! I would definitely recommend this Verizon location!!

Jonathan assisted me yesterday and was extremely helpful. He was very friendly, quite efficient, and answered my questions patiently and clearly. I appreciated his expertise and how courteous he was. Not only that, he was immpecably dressed--something important to people of my age group. I will definitely return and ask for Jonathan when I have cellular phone needs or issues.

Initially I was very happy to work with this Verizon location thinking the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. But after being misled on the plan pricing I will switch to another provider. I did more research unfortunately the evening after I switched my four phones over and realized the pricing was not the same on the plan as I was told. I even questioned the staff member about the plan pricing and he agreed several times yes thats what would be. I work off a principle so I will not be using this company any longer. If I decide to stay with Verizon I will definitely go to The Valley mall location to do all my business and upgrades from their.

From the moment he greeted us until he was finished he was an absolute professional who took care of our every need. Great facility with fantastic attention to Covid19 precautions especially sanitization -ive seen then clean the door knobs inside and outside-, wearing mask and social distancing. I went into this store on north eastern blvd today to get my phone looked at. I was greeted at the door by one of the salesman after he asked what brings me in he took me to his desk to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Even tho I didn’t have Verizon wireless the gentleman was very kind and helped me he didn’t push me aside just because I have a different carrier. After he helped me he told me about the great plans that Verizon offers. When I’m ready to switch I will definitely be back!!

I went into the store and met with a young Asian woman, she was extremely unhelpful and the entire time I felt like she was trying to get me to leave the store. I came in asking for an iPhone 11 to surprise my daughter for her birthday and she immediately said she didn’t have any in stock and when I asked if I could order it she repeatedly just told me to go to order it from apple when I could get her to lookup from her phone. I went into the store to be helped and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I will never visit this store again, the service was utterly dreadful and one of the most unpleasant encounters I’ve ever had with any Verizon representative.

We stopped in and we could tell they just opened this location not to many products in there. The guy asked us to hold on and he be with us in a moment, there was no other customers and 2 reps, well 10 minutes later we walked out with no help and only half the phones on display with no newer models, wanted to get a new Note 10 but they only had the 9.

They said not to mention my cs person. But WOW WILLIAM BECKER ROCKS.. HE SPENT SO MUCH TIME FIXING MY CELL PHONE DILEMA...WHAT A BLESSING ..SOMENONE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE FOR PETES SAKE
