Got a good deal and phone works really nice wish it was a little more interactive experience but it is what it is
Awesome T-Mobile store. They have a check-in in place and store was clean and easy to to look at. TJ was able to resolve my issues in no time and took the time to actively listen to my concerns and was able to make recommendations on plan updates
Service was speedy & very courteous. Will definitely use this location again.

Over the past 3 years this sprint store has been the most unhelpful for us of all stores. Once again I am going to have to run to Waynesboro pa, once they had suggested I could go to frederick, anyway once again they dont have a sim card that we need to activate a new phone, it seems to me like they never want to help it has happened to us over. We have5 lines and pay over 200 amonth and have bought n paid for many phones however the phones throughsprint seem to be very very expensive!anyway this store plucks my nerves I even told my sister I bet when I call them today they cant help and guess what they cant!
Just awesome. Got 2 new galaxy watches and had them hooked up in 45 min. The people are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them
Normally I would not go to this sprint but I recently moved to the area. Lyndsey coulter was the most professional, friendly, and helping employee there. She helped me with my bill and even made my outlook on sprint better. She is a great team member there and I plan to go more often if needed now!
It never ceases to amaze me at the variety of different ways Sprint can figure to make something cost. All the good deals go to new customers. No loyalty programs. Its amazing how little Sprint seems to appreciate continued customers.
I had a horrible experience at the Gettysburg location earlier that day but Caitlin Boyer and Lyndsey turned it all around! They were so kind and helpful and got us our new phones with no hassle and no stress! Big props to Caitlin for laughing at our dumb jokes too.

OMG, Sprint personnel are the best! Store resolved my issues that phone support couldnt. They did it in minutes of arriving!!However, that bring said, I cannot rate Sprint company itself, I am locked into a contract, just moved into what they say its a covered area, lte. Nothing but dropped calls, 1x data speeds (if at all). Ive spent hours on the phone, only for the advanced support to wipe my internal Sim card and tell me to go to the store to figure it out.
If you are going to just pay a bill expect to wait a long time any time you go there to pay a bill. Ive been in and out a couple of times just paying my bill,but more so than not at least an hour or longer just to pay a bill is ridiculous. Bring back the self pay machine that made paying your bill a breeze.
Ive always had a great experience using this store. Usually pretty fast service and I dont get the run-around with the other Sprint stores in town, telling me I need to change my number in order to help me. Was able to get in and out and get a SIM card for my sons iPhone when I bought it at an Apple store. Never had any issues other than its usually packed on the weekends.
The associates were very nice and tried to be helpful, but I had an older phone (got it brand new a year ago, but its older to them) and could not get a sim card for it so I had to jump through a bunch of hoops with customer service in India to get them to send me a new one. This store even called around to other stores for me to find the card but none of them had it. I just think its ridiculous that something so small couldnt be kept on hand for a phone that is a year old.
Went to Sprint yesterday to activate my new phone and have my contacts & photos switched over; however the Sales person assisting me was only able to activate the phone. When I said the contacts and photos didnt transfer,he said that I would need to manually enter my contacts and get and sd card for the photos. I was able to do it myself automatically once I logged into my Goggle account. Thinking he needs to learn his job better and not play dumb.
Tech was very helpful this trip. It was my 3rd visit. I had my new phone activated. I purchased my new phone privately because mine was terrible and they would not replace it. I had insurance and they kept saying there was nothing wrong with the phone. If u cannot hear who is calling u then its faulty. Why have insurance if they wont replace ur phone? But they wanted to lease me one.
Need more help. Only 1 person working and had to wait about 1 hour for help. Person working was helpful and let me know when I walked in it was gonna be a wait.

Went to the store in Maugansville for an upgrade and dealt with Caitlin, went through all the paperwork only to find out they didnt have the phone I was looking for despite sharing that information early on. Was sent to this store by the Mall where they have 2 in stock. Caitlin tried calling them three times and no one answered. Got here, signed in, waited and hour and a half to be seen, get to the counter, they dont have the phone. Try to order online, woman doesnt know what shes doing. Waste of time and no help at all.

I found out afterwards from store personnel that the phone is rated 2.7-2.8 out of 5 stars at my house I have 2bars signal signal Ive had dropped calls every day service tech says Im at intersection of 3 cell towers maybe Sprint can fix it DOUGHT IT Sprint talks big game

Customer service tells you to go to this store & they will take care of issues with a brand new iPhone that is having issues since updated which is automatically happening only for the store to tell you after waiting 28 minutes that you need to go to Apple! What bull. Hate sprint. Cant wait until co tract is up!!!!
Im 19 so I have practically no credit worthiness. The store manager Stephen made the switch(buy out) from my previous carrier T-Mobile extremely easy. I got a Nexus 6 now with a free $35 case and only paid $88; thats including the $50 for down payment. And the taxes and activation. And thats the cheapest offer I received any where. I recommend this store bc they actually have most of their phones in stock and will assist you without fail. Not to mention I now have reception in the area.
Zane was great, he exceeded my expectations, got a great deal on a hot spot and he upgraded my plan to actually save me money.
They saved me a ton of $$$ coming from ATT and the service in our area is great. Their staff is the real asset, super nice group of people that have made themselves available long after the sale to answer questions and resolve issues.

Indifferent customer service. The deal to get you in the door quickly ends up costing double.
Poor customer service even though I came in to pay my bill via kiosk did not get a welcome smile or hello completely ignored.
I stopped in with an issue with my contacts. The first person I spoke to was not very helpful. He was obviously a huge fan of Apple products. As I listened to him for 15 minutes speak very highly of Apple products and how much he hated any Android product. He didnt know what was wrong with phone and suggested I do a factory reset on my phone. I said I did not want to do this and he looked on the internet to see what could be done. After speaking to me for a total of 1 minute he said haha just another issue with a Samsung. Even his co-workers seemed irritated with him. Another representative Zane was able to help me figure out what the issue was with my phone contacts. I did not have to do a factory reset and left very happy with my Samsung. I understand that everyone has their preference between Android and Apple but if you work in a cellphone store you should know how to help customers with both. Unless of course you work in an Apple Store. So thank you again for your help I greatly appreciate it.
Maybe next time someone pulls up to the store 25 mins after you close and you run to the open sign, to turn it off, you should be sure you are turning it off and not just turning it from flashing to solid on. I saw that your hours were 9am-7pm today and that I was 25 mins too late. No need to make an ass of yourself! Ill be sure to take my business elsewhere from now on. Also, most places turn their sign to “closed” at the time they close, not 25 mins later.
Even though I know of a large recall of iPhone 8s, they didnt have the right to bump those who have them to the front of the line when all you came in there for was to pay your own bill!
