Oct.28,2021 definitely come here. The 137th & Biscayne store is having internal employee issues. So here I am, impressed with Hallandale Beach Blvd. Austin quickly professionally diagnosed minor issues with phone speed, explaining to me slowly what he was doing. Then took in my phone for the shattered screen, and promptly emailed me 3 hours later when it was complete. He even put on my new B-tak mag case.

Went into the store because my iPhone 11 was not getting charge properly, gentleman at the store cleaned the iPhone port within 2 mins and got my iPhone fixed amazing store with great and friendly staff

Great location with great service the staff was very helpful to my father. They also had competitive prices for quality work. Definitely going back if we have any other cell phone issues.

Dont really know what theyre doing. Rendered my external hard drive useless and read-only when they backed up my old mac laptop to it using their Windows software, and told me in order to use the external hard drive to save information on it I have to buy a Windows computer. Customer service cant give a timeline when or even if I will receive a refund, could be tomorrow, could be next year, who knows.

Great experience here! Alex suggested cleaning my charging port since I had given up on my phone and was ready to trash it and get a new one. I had gotten a wireless charger to get me by but wasn’t efficient or convenient. Didn’t try to make up any repairs and got the port cleaned and the phone is charging like new with the plug in. Great service! Definitely recommend.

Every time I come to this place they surprise me and help me out. I thought I had ruined my phone in Mexico and it wouldnt charge anymore. They could have easily said I need a new charging port but instead it just needed a good cleaning and they sent me on my way. Bravo to you guys and keep up the good work!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Two weeks went by and Didn’t receive a follow up to let me know status. Only to come in to find out that the part for my computer was NEVER ordered and because of “New management” parts can’t be ordered for a month. THATS INSANE! Never do business with these people!

Walked in with a terrorized ipad, screen was completely shattered and ghost touching. We walked in talked to the gentleman and were back out in 5 minutes. Best thing my repairs were done in the specified period. This is day 1 and it appears to be working at 100. Completely ecstatic that i was able to get it repaired. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend if you need your electronics fixed.

Called them to change my iPad battery. The guy on the phone told me he had to order it and it would take about a week. Took my phone number. 3 weeks went by, and no phone call. Called them to see if the battery came, and the person on the phone told me no order exists under my name, and that I would have to come in person just to place the order for the battery. I told them I lived far and it would be inconvenient for me to drive there just to place an order. They refused to help, even after I offered to pay deposit over the phone. The most disorganized place ever.

To begin, dont bother making an appointment on the Website. I did so, but they didnt have the appointment in their system when I arrived. Of course, when I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to clear the other people (who they couldnt help, also). Then, they didnt have the part in stock, so it was a total waste of time, gas and effort.They agreed to order the part but when I asked for pickup/delivery (in compensation for my wasted time), they refused that as well because that service is only for insurance repairs.So I called the Davie store to see if they had the part in stock (they didnt, but they did agree to order it). They also quoted me $40 less for the repair.Moral of the story, go to the Davie store (6021 Stirling Rd, Davie, FL 33314) and youll get better service at a better price.

They really do fix everything, a piece of my iPhone charger stayed inside the phone and they took it out and solved it in seconds! Is the second time I come for something different and they are always so attentive, professional and kind.

I had them replace the front screen and rear glad on my daughters Galaxy S9. Price was comparable to others, but they are Samsung certified. Phone looks like it was when I bought it brand new. Best part is, the new screen came with a new battery. The old battery is what popped and broke the back glad to begin with, so I got to save the price of a battery at least. This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive had our phones fixed by ubreakifix. Definitely recommend!

I had scheduled a review for a repair on my note 4 today. Online I picked this location and indicated which phone and the issue I wanted fixed. When I went into the store I was told that the latest note models they repair is the note 8. I would say they need to update and specify what services they have. I suggest calling ahead before bringing your device in.

My experience with this uBreakiFix was amazing. The service by Justin was swift, friendly and honestly nothing short of amazing. I needed my cracked phone screen repaired and relatively quick. He processed my information fast and had my phone back to me within 2 hrs. He remained very kind to myself and all of the other customers despite being pretty swamped with repairs.

Considering the current situation, it wouldnt kill you to update the schedule online. I shouldnt have to drive to your store to figure out if youre open or not.

Always had a good service in this location, although two days ago I had a terrible experience! My wife replaced her Iphone XS screen less than 2 months ago and paid 278.19 USD.Two days ago out of the blue the screen turned green and unresponsive and when she went to the shop, the manager TRAY told her that were not able to do anything and the phone had internal damage, all of this without even opening the phone, must probably caused by a hit. She takes a very good care of the phone and did never felt.After I called and complained, he accepted to open the phone and take a look and came out with the answer that there was water damage. The phone was never exposed to water and he said that even the steam from the shower could damage the phone. He offered a 10% off for a new replacement and even showed me a picture of the water damage (that I doubt was from our phone, because he never proof it was).Finally today I went to another repair shop, where they in front of me opened the phone and showed that the screen did not have any damage, neither physical nor caused by water and told me that was a defect from factory of the screen (BTW I paid 50% of what I paid in uBreakiFix).I called the shop and the franchise and they said that once I opened the phone, the I lost any right to complained and invalidated the warranty!So they DO NOT honor the warranty in their store and once you go to a third party and proof that they were wrong, they wash their hands.Shame on you uBreakiFix!
