Ive been serviced there many times, reluctantly under the advisory of my stepdad, and Everytime I feel like my car is worse a few weeks to months down the line. It seems my cars Ive brought dont get fixed for longevity and the prices to get a 6mo long repair is really upsetting. Im moving on from this company as soon as I contact them about the lastest repair they serviced that already is back to being hugely problematic.Also, personally, Kevin is quite rude.

Always friendly, lets you know if the repair has to be done soon or keep an eye on it. When repairs are done, you are not coming back with a complaint, cause it’s fixed. Period.

Kevin is an honest mechanic, hes had my parents business, my business, and now my siblings business for as long as I can remember. We all know that if a cars taken to Kevin, hell get it done and get it done RIGHT. Only downside is it might take him a minute to do so. He overbooks and takes on a few more jobs than his staff is capable of in a day, so sometimes hell hold the car for a day or two extra. Just make an appointment in advance. Otherwise, great place to take your car.

I have been taking my vehicles to Kevin for at least four years now. One of the vehicles is a modified handicap van. Kevin referred me to a garage that can bend the exhaust pipe because his shop couldnt do it. I trust his recommendations because of his honesty and integrity. Always have time for explaining what service needs to be done, and what has been done. You get an honest answer about all service and what should be done now. What can wait and how much it will cost. Kevin tries to accommodate you as to the time and day you need work done. If possible he tries to fit you in when work is needed immediately. I recently purchased a newer vehicle and Kevin made it his personal business to give it his own approval before any warranties expired. He has done that for me with every vehicle Ive had.....his concern for my safety is waaay beyond good customer service. I love these guys....and I have never ever had a bad experience...not once.
