Katey is the best the service uses vzn towers so its good coverage its the people that make it so special

I have been with Griz wireless from the vey beginning. In each of the last 5 months my phones have been suspended or turned off even though i am set up on auto pay. Call them on Monday to insure there would be no problems, confirm payment method and everything. was told it was all good. Yesterday my phones where once again turned off. I had left early in the morning and was on the road for work. this left me with no phone, no text, and no internet. When was able to contact Griz Wireless I was told there was a payment issue. There was no issue, at least not on my end. plenty of funds in my account to cover the bill. was directed to contact the bank to resolve. Asked Katie to run the card again and sure enough bill paid. Katie responded that it must be an issue with their system and there was nothing they could do i would just have to deal with it. So i am dealing with it. going with a different provider that can offer better customer service and support and wont shut my phone off once a month.

They have a fantastic and friendly staff. They were able to transfer my daughters Gizmo pal 2 over to them with ease! Now I am contract free and no longer have to worry about being over charged with hidden fees like my previous provider.

How can you beat having phone service at 50% or less the cost for the same Verizon service. Plus the service representatives are very polite and will take care of any phone issues or assistance you need!!! 5 stars is not enough!
