The outside of the establishment was immaculate & presentable especially considering there are multiple businesses on site. When you walk inside, the store is even more impressive and well organized. The staff was amiable and understanding of my situation and assured me everything would be taken care of. The wait time to receive my phone was appropriate and the price reasonable. I had searched many stores, and not many of them fix androids, and if they do, I feel like I am being overcharged compared to the cost of repairing an iPhone. This store also has the best price for fixing androids as well. Overall the store and services get a 4.5 rating from me. I would like to give 5 stars, but in me being a perfectionist, there are minor issues with my phone that I do not like, but I understand it is what it is. The most crucial part is that I was able to get essential photos out of my phone so I can relive those memories of my children. For that, I am more than grateful and wish this company the best.

I had an Xbox one that wasnt working. I scheduled an appointment on-line during the weekend. The process for that was easy. I dropped off the console on a Monday afternoon. It was fixed and ready to go within 24 hours. The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. They charged me $325 to replace my screen on my galaxy s10, my phone fell of the ledge of the bathtub in to the bath while giving my daughter a bath and immediately my screen went black. Upon further inspection after removing from phone case, the back of my phone was not properly sealed. Their warranty doesnt cover it. They state after the repair, the phone is no longer water resistant. I believe it should have held up to being submerged in water for 5 seconds if it was properly repaired. Save your money and purchase a new phone. Lady technician sounded very cocky when I called and asked about it. Thankyou for being rude! If you are charging that amount of money, be willing to stand behind your work.

I have insurance for my cell phone and this was the locally approved vendor to obtain replacement screen. I called ahead with claim number, they were able to verify my claim on their system and confirm they had a screen in stock. I went in later that day to drop my phone off and collected it the next morning, buying a better phone case at the same time. They were polite, professional and helpful throughout. They did say that they would call me when the phone was ready... they didnt. However, a quick call to them and they confirmed it was ready by the time they indicated it would be and apologized for not following up with the call. Didnt matter, they did a great job and would not reduce the score because of this - just nice when people follow through on expectations. Recommend!!

CPR cell phone repair is great!!!My galaxy S8+ camera has not worked for 2 months.Samsung sent me all the way to an authorized repair center in Cedar Park. They did nothing for me, except recommend CPR as a possibility.CPR did a factory reset thinking it was a software issue. When that failed they got a replacement camera. That didnt fix it so they did not charge me. Figured its the motherboard.Anyway in the process of putting my camera in and reassembling the phone they must have secured a connection that was loose because voila; when I powered it on it now works!They were so much more helpful than the authorized dealer in Cedar Park.

Phone repair was ok ...it couldve been better because I have a galaxy a20 and repairing the phone can be complicated but they still did good, besides me not being able to play one of my mobile game due to the screen acts up every often when I play it...so yea I wouldnt recommend bringing any phone that needs the back heated in order to remove the screen! But other than that theyre pretty good at what they do and can provide quick solutions!

Check to see if your system for any bugs in it first, or they wont fix it.

The replaced my Mac Book battery! I was tied to a plug for weeks, talked to Apple who wanted to send me down to Austin. I took my iPad mini 4 and mini 5 to get repaired for cracked screens. I was told if I drop them off Monday they’d have the parts Tuesday and the turn around time was 3-5 days. Well they ordered the wrong part for my mini 4 and now I have to wait longer. I’m being charged $200 for the mini 4 and $300 for the mini 5 and now I don’t have my devices when promised on an error of the shop, not my own. The reason I chose this place was because they are the only place in the area that works on mini 5s that I could find and they had a good turn around time. But here I am 5 days later without my devices.

The service was outstanding and employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They knew the problem as soon as they looked at my daughters tablet and fixed problem in less than 24 hours. The price was very reasonable and better than any quoted. When it comes to my computer, phones and tablets will be the only place I go.

After going somewhere else in the area that said they dont fix Samsung devices went here. Had a tablet that wouldnt take/hold a charge after sitting for some months. Apparently the fix was to charge it for an extended period. Picked it up next day free of charge. The tech I picked it up from was super nice and I appreciate his insight. Also had a phone screen fixed here some years ago. Also a good experience. Definitely recommend this place before you go anywhere else.

UPDATE: after seeing my review, the owner contacted me and reviewed the notes on the account. He let me know the reasoning for his first decision and took care of repairing the screen with no charge as he wants everyone satisfied with their service....Father in law decided to do something nice for his grandson (my son) and get his cracked screen fixed. Everything worked fine before the repair it was just cracked.The next day after the screen was replaced it stopped responding to touch.My son pointed out that the new screen was not fully in place. People get busy and we didnt have time to take it in until the next week by which time there was a new crack due to the screen not being properly installed.They refused to repair due to new crack.

It was good in the end, but started a little shaky. I went in to have a screen protector put on my S10+. Kevin, the tech actually said, Awe man, I dont even know how to put this on. I might have to watch a YouTube video to get this done. However, he was a cool guy & true to the companys policy, it may have taken him a few tries to get it right, but he did. And, I really appreciated that.

Wasted two hours of my time here. I dropped my phone off for a screen protector replacement and was told to come back in about 30 minutes to 1 hours. I returned to the store after 1 hour and 10 minutes. I was told to come back in 45 minutes because they havent even started yet. After I came back a second time I was told that it cannot be done. So I wasted over two hours of my day for no reason. I had to go back to the store shortly after I left because the guy forgot to give me my previous screen protector back. I have never had this problem before with a Warranty claim with zagg. The Zagg warranty center aways tell me if they can replace my screen protector up front. Not after two hours.

Quick and painless procedure. Staff is knowledgeable and quite friendly. Just be aware that if you replace an original screen with an aftermarket one, it may not appear like the original. The new screen has a very slight blueish tint. CPR did not explain this during my interaction with their employees.

First post: Replacement screen replaced within an hour, knowledgable service, more than I expected to pay. Notice my home button is slightly lose but that maybe due to the moisture that was in the phone, loosened the adhesive.Second post:...Weeks later, Ive realized the quality of my replacement screen is terrible. I didnt even drop it, just bumped it and it cracked. The white paint around the screen is peeling on the interior. It looks terrible. Definitely not worth 100 dollars. Feel ripped off.Third post: My screen started coming off my phone. So I went to talk to the manager (Casey). He was very rude and told me my battery was probably swelling and that isnt covered by the warranty. I complained, I paid 100 bucks and...he interrupted me and said you paid $98.97. Needless to say, I could tell he wasnt going to help me and left.Days later, I went back to talk to the owner. He listened to my long winded complaint then apologized. He actually checked to see if my battery was swelling instead of assuming. Explained that their screen repairs hardly ever have these issues, maybe 5 a year...lucky me.He replaced my screen and added a screen protector for free in 20 minutes. Told me to come back if I need to get my screen protector replaced. Thanked me for letting him make things right.

Above and beyond! I arrived first thing Saturday morning to have a phone fixed and there was already a line. They got to me asap taken my information and started to fix the phone. I had gotten it back 2 hours later. But there was a issue the screen was not working correctly, I call the next day and they fix the phone for free and give me another screen for free! no problem!
