Unbelievable service from the sales team! Two trips to the store in one day and both times the team was very polite, timely and helpful. Even on my second time back the associate I was working with the first time was literally in his car on his way home and stopped me and told me he would park his car to help me. Even after he was done helping me he had time for other customers as they came in and that to me is top notch customer service. That shocked me and I will always recommend that store to anybody who needs any cell phone needs.
I always receive excellent expert care from this location! I spoke with Mr. Barker while looking for a phone I had in mind. He made a point to fit the phone to my lifestyle and researched at length to find the absolute best deal for me. He was never pushy, and appeared to genuinely care about what the customer is looking for. I will go here every time I have any phone needs!

I was very pleased with the service and the friendly staff. Kaedi was particularly helpful and patient as she changed my phone number and encouraged my to upgrade to a more recent model. Unfortunately, I had to leave the store in order to attend to family business yet Kaedi the consummate professional allowed me to go and return later with no interruptions to the transfer and activation of my new phone. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with their electronic device.

Excellent service from the Harker Heights store. Tyrone has always passed five stars on experience when I come in this location. Great place to have a cell phone experience, customer service is way more on par and beneficial here. Customers do absolutely come first here and representatives take there time, one - hundred percent satisfied.
I called ahead of time to find out Covid 19 protocols since we were coming from Belton. I was told they were open and masks were required. Arrived at store to find out that only one person from our family was allowed in the store. We are shopping for my son, that is a minor, and we could not go in with him. Very few phones on display. I had explained we were coming to purchase our sons first phone. This information would have been useful. We have used this store for many years and they have always been helpful.

Look here all yall I got a story to tell. You probably are in the market for a phone, tablet, earphones, speaker, help or good conversation. Well if thats true this is the spot to find it. To give a back story Im in my late 20s and have the tech capability of my parents who live in the boondocks of NC. Ive had a Google pixel 2 for about 4 years, to put that into context thats before I joined the army and my back and knees were still good. Well it finally gave out so Im like I gotta go to the store. I roll in there and I met up with Will and Keysean (Keysean if your reading this I hope I spelled it right) and say whats up my phone is done I would like to get the pixel 4 or 5 ( I liked my old one so Im sure Ill like the new one). Will pulls it out but says hold up check this out and shows me the new edge that had a great deal with it. Shows me ask the features that Google had with even more. BOOM look at that sold. Perfect salesman, not pushy or trying to sell it to me. He did it to save me money and I appreciate that. As we go about business the conversation is going by the end of it we were best friends, this guy knows about how me and my wife met and our daughter. Great guy would like to work with him again.*Deep Breath*Ok part 2. I get home having some trouble setting up my new phone. Its about 1800 at this point, screw it Ill handle it tomorrow. I get up the next day and go, Will isnt there but here comes Keysean to the rescue. This guy gets right on it. He calls whoever he calls and gets it fixed on the spot. Said its going to take about an hour to go through and it should be fixed. Look here is you stuck around this long to read this your should go ahead and just head over there and stop wasting time.

Would like to share my experiences with the manager Devonte. Was at the edge of moving on to another provider. Because my billing kept changing. Devonte explained and helped us with the customer service. Week later went back to the location he was at and upgraded our phones. Will highly recommend friends and family to meet with him. Because of Devonte I stayed with verizon.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. First, we came to this store to switch over from T-Mobile to the Verizon military plan. Did all the paper work and switching over. We brought our own phones that are unlocked and that we own. The salesman Tyrone also says he’s signing us up to receive the $250 gift card for each line because we are bringing our devices over. Well my husband checked his bill and it says we owe $284 on our first bill when we should only have been charged $210 (this includes the one time activation fees for the phone set up for the first bill, which we understand). That means Tyrone never entered our information for the military discount. Also, the gift cards say “invalid error” after sending our information in to process (we found this out weeks after leaving the store). So basically we were lied to about receiving these gift cards and military discount to switch over. So we returned to the store to inquire about these issues. Tyrone wasn’t there but another guy was (last name started with an O). He had horrible customer service skills. He had an attitude every time we asked a question. When we told him what was going on, he basically pawned us off on “call customer service”. He didn’t know the pricing of the military plan lines and when confronted with the information plainly displayed on VERIZONS HOMEPAGE, he says “well that’s not what I was told so just call customer service”.... he also said we were given the wrong promo code for the gift cards and gave us a different one (which we found out later was past expired). I believe he just wanted us to leave so he could continue playing on his phone because this location stays dead (shocker!!). So after many hours playing phone tag with Verizon customer service, we were told we essentially can’t get the gift cards because the salesman messed up & we’re screwed on overpaying and not getting our military discount because the paperwork wasn’t submitted in time. DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of money. I wish corporate would shut this place down.
My husband and I went in to have our new Pixel phones activated and information transferred. Adrian helped us. He was very proficient and fast. Customer service was great! Friendly and awesome service! Five Stars for sure!!
Im only giving it 5 Stars because of Bryan Vazquez. He was really great!!! Very courteous and professional. He was the only one who knew anything about the Pixel 5. He took the time to place my order, call higher office to research and make some inquiries for me regarding some questions I had about preordering my Pixel 5 phone. The other personnel didnt even have a clue the Pixel 5 even existed, or that it launched 9/30/20 or that it was available for pre-order as of today 10/01/20. Its SAD really, when youre employed as a customer service, sales representative, and you dont even know your own products. If you do visit this store, I suggest calling ahead and making an appointment to see Bryan Vazquez. Or, you can take your chances with someone else. However, I dont recommend that. I have had good experiences with Verizon stores but nothing like what I experienced last night. We had a previous engagement and did not realize it was going to take longer at Verizon than expected.That was not a problem. We left and they finished the process with my phone and added extra details while I was away. Wow! I also saw them treat the person before us just as awesome. Thank you for such great service.

He didn’t have the ability to fix my problem in the store so he called customer service and waited with me the entire time to help me finish my problem. He resolved every issue that I had. I would definitely recommend this verizon location in Harker Heights and I would recommend seeing Joey when you go into it. He gives phenomenal customer service!

I appreciate all that he did for me considering I was originally very agitated coming in with a phone with hardware issues for the second time in a year (not Verizons fault). He was honest and upfront; I never got the feeling that he was just doing his job to sell phones. I appreciated that very much... Thanks, Mark for not getting annoyed with all my questions!EDIT: I had phone issues day 2 of receiving the phone. I went in numerous times for trouble shooting and Mark as well as the numerous employees I saw never told me about a 14 day return policy. So they had me going in circes trying to fix the same issues almost 2 months later. Now, I have to go through warranty which instead of same day will be almost a week for a replacement phone.
The staff (Chris, Danny, and Louis or Lewis) on duty when I went in were very helpful, cheerful, and polite. Chris was the most experienced and so was extremely knowledgeable. Danny and Louis were very comfortable asking for help though. I was impressed with the team effort. It made my visit a complete success and fast!

Rachel did an excellent job of protecting my new phone as soon as I bought it. It was important to me to have a case as soon as possible so that I didnt have to worry about dropping it. Rachel went above and beyond to get a case I liked. She did an excellent job applying the screen protector as well.
I went in to the heights Verizon today and wanted to upgrade my phone. Nicole helped me and she was very nice and helpful. The store was very clean and pleasant and the best part was that there was no wait! I came in, got excellent service, and was on my way. This beats any experience I have ever had in a Verizon store before!

Wasnt there for myself
I went in wanting to switch from sprint to verizon. Sprint lost me since I cant talk and surf on their network anymore. Jamie was my rep and she was amazing. From start to finish she was great. She was patient and explained everything in detail. Even gave me a few tips on how amazing my phone is. I think she went above and beyond to make sure we were provided with great customer service. I always joke that when we go in to get new phones its like purchasing a new car. You are there 4EVER. Jamie made the time spent bearable. Thanks Jamie!

I was frustrated with my phone because it said it had a water defect. Bryan spent so much time helping me with my issue and got me a warranty replacement
I came in to this store with my husband and there was an issue with his phone not working. It was very frustrating and it happened to be a software update that made his phone act crazy! It would not work at all!!! The lady that helped us was very patient and friendly. We had to restore the phone to the factory settings, but she worked very hard to get all of the information she could back. She was very patient even though we didnt buy anything. We just got the phone not too long ago, so the frustration was understandable. We will be returning to this store when we are ready to upgrade! I was noticing the negative comments that were previously posted and it must have been a different staff! Everyone seemed friendly and knowledgeable and the experience was GREAT! I would have normally rated lower because of the reason that we had to come in the first place, but these things happen and fixing them is imperative when our phones are our lifelines!!!

Came into the store wanting to switch over carriers the gentleman was very patient and helpful told me all cost what I could get with my phone even made small talk with me so it wouldn’t be so awkward when waiting for things to load up overall I had a great experience here !
I have had issues with customer care for going on 3 months now. After speaking with 2 reps over the phone and visiting 3 stores, I was finally able to have my problem resolved. Nathan did an outstanding job of walking me through the steps to get my account issues resolved and a credit applied to it. I will definitely be coming to this store for any future issues!
