Horrible service!!!!! Went there to buy two new phones and that was all. It took them a little over an hour to finally get me the phones and once I purchased them, I did everything else. Then when I asked to get a new sim card for a existing line to put into my old phone, They looked confused and said i would have to cancel that line and then add a new line..... NOOOO!!!! I went home found a sim card and put it in the phone and did everything myself. The Manager the whole time was just walking around aimlessly and was no help to the service rep. If you want horrible customer service go here otherwise i suggest you go somewhere else.
Would not recommend this place to anyone their customer service is terrible you walk in the store you stand there and they just stare at you its about as good as their mobile service avoid this place
I was very impressed with the experience I had at this store. I always dread going into the store for cell phone purchases due to prior experiences at other stores/carriers, but I was wrong this time. Nick helped me and was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I upgraded my phone and was in and out of the store within an hour. I will be coming back to this location for any future needs.
Michael will tell you you get all these things FREE then adds them to your contract he will tell you a quote as if you qualify for all of these discounts and your bill will be $100 more than what he said!! This store and staff is will bamboozle you and screw you over just to make a sale!! I dont recommend anyone if you need honesty this is not the store for you!!

Went to pick up a purchase of a phone that was a online order and gift. Got there with all details and was told could not get the phone...said call cust svs for details...called cust svs and they said purchase was good and let them know to give me my phone. Called up there to be told I will need to go elsewhere to get the phone becuz they will not give it to me... It was paid in full...Iphone Max 64 gig...did not even refer me to another store.Poor cust svs and rude.Stay away from that store...Go somewhere else...😠😠
I love this store its always fast service. I hate the one in Killeen where you have to be off work a full day to get anything done. This place EVEN DOES PHONE EXCHANGES!!! I thank them especially the store manager for helping me out 5 stars all the way

The Sprint store in Killeen and Harker Heights are fantastic!! They are corporate stores. The store in Copperas Cove is not so they are many things they CANNOT do no matter what they tell you! Stay away from the Copperas Cove Sprint store.
Me and my son went into this store and the young lady that helped us Latonya was a amazing Rep. She went over and beyond trying to help us I give for 12 stars excellent
Usually I have no issues here however the retail consultant by the name of Tiara Stegall had an attitude. She was not empathetic to my plight at all while the other guy was. Then she had the nerve to make a smartass comment about how I should have had a case on my phone. Keep in mind that I am waiting for a new case. My phone is brand new and I don’t have the free money to be spending it like that. It was not her place to talk to me in that manner. Don’t go to Tiara Stegall for anything. Use any of the other friendly empathetic associates

Terrible, terrible company and store. BUYER BEWARE: YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. I walked into this store in November and was promised a BOGO FREE offer it is 6 months later and I am still trying to get the credit. The store reps say that I have to call customer service and customer service says the store has to give me the credit. Sprint has been a huge disappointment and nightmare.

I was told i would get device credit. Never did.. took my phone. No device credit. When asked for cash or my device back they told me the device was sent away. I still havent gotten device credit. 40$ they stole my device. Currently fighting for device credit.
