Worst ever. My phone fell the same day i bought it. Camera was working and all, but the screen protector was a bit smashed. I took the phone to them the only option i was offered was an upgrade as in i could buy a new phone. Who wants a new phone when i just purchased this a few months back. I took the phone to another metro store she said i could get a new phone under the warranty but Ill have to take it back to the store i bought it. Took it back today, they said my phone was damaged i said it was just the screen protector. Now they went over my phone with a fine tooth comb, saying they saw yellow in the lower screen so my phone cant be exchanged under the warranty because its damaged. Never again going back to this store. Stay away, youll pay for insurance and warranty but theyll try their best to avoid reimbursements.... Sadly Ive been a customer for 11 years but they treat me very shadey.

Horrible customer service eveytime I go to this store! I live around the corner but rather drive to the Killeen store. I went today to transfer activation between phones. The rep Christian states that now us on a family plan have to have them text a code to the account holder for any services. I called my mother on speaker phone as he sent the code twice that she didnt receive. Then he states that without the code he would need to see her ID to get this done. I had already explained to him that she was at work. He was very unprofessional and unhelpful because after I had neither the code or her ID he was very dismissive of the situation. I went right to the Killeen store and got my phone activated with the account password only.

Several friends and I went into the store to setup a family plan. While the promotion that we were expecting to be able to get was not available any longer, the new one was acceptable and we ended up getting 4 new lines. Staff was extremely helpful.

Best experience i had at any MetroPCS store. I understood some issues are out if their control but they were able to help me out with everything else! Staff is friendlyy and knowledgeable. They also were able to activate a used MetroPCS phone that another dealership said I couldnt that was located on Fort Hood rd. Take your business here if you can.

If it was possible to give less than a star I would have. I bought a phone and service from this company with the assurance that it would have reception in my area. It definitely did not have any service and when I tried to get my money back, the rude sales lady at this store in heights laughed in my face and said it wasnt her problem. She refused to give me the number to corporate office to call. I found the number online and was basically told I had to file a case to get my activation fee back. They are crooks and have horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and pay the extra to go with a reputable phone company!

Theres always 2 sides to a story. Both reviews above are false as both purchased phones from other state or store. The problem did not originate from this store. Store representatives were willing to help and do whatever they could at the store level but the demands from these customers were not something that couldve been handled at their level. I can understand why that could be perceived as not willing to help even when that is clearly not the case.Come visit us and see for yourself. You will be surprise with the service and money you save compared to your current provider.

The younger girls that work there can be rude and disrespectful. Ive experienced it with the manager who took the employees side. There were other customers my age and definitely agreed with me and were floored on how make manager took employees side..

Every time I have went to metro to pay my bill the employees were super nice and helpful I went today and I got over charged to pay my bill the lady was super rude she didnt want to do her job it was extremely hot in there Im serious thinking about switching companys now that girl that was working today doesnt need to be at work if she doesnt want to do her job let someone else that wants to work I would like to talk to a manger and get corporates number please

This is the worst store ever ppl are rude you wait forever n line and they wanna help everyone else but you its like your invisible they have the worst customer service ever I love Metro PCS as a carrier but this store clearly Sucks!!!!! (this store will never get another dime of my money and never get anymore referrals there better off just shutting down this location or fireing the whole crew even the manager is worthless)........

If Google had negative stars this place would have it. After this company has made several hundred dollar blunders with my bank account; I have learned a strip tease dancer has a better return policy then MetroPCS. The lackluster sales representative convinced us on 4g samsungs, assuring us that they were the best. Only to have customer care tell us that it was a known issue phone that had a string of problems. I have been without a phone for several days and finally crawled back to ATT to avoid being hung up on by MetroPCS sales reps. The reps pay you no mind, answer every question with thats wonderful,(even maam I have no working phone) and are barely understandable. Communication between the dealer stores and customer care department is just as bad. I could go on for hours about the hell this company has given me in less then a week. But instead I will say if you are looking for a good time the MetroPCS way please break a bunch of glass bottles, sweep it into a paper sack and fornicate with it. It will be just as fun, maybe a little better actually.

I went into the store on W. Hallmark in killeen to add a line for my mom. I left out the store to get my mother because I was using her card. I came back with her to continue the purchase. When I came back there was a case plus a screen protector on her phone, in which I didnt ask for nor was it explained to me that the case would be 24.99. Plus there was a 16GB SD (29.99) card added when I asked for 4-8 GB card! After checking my moms account and being infuriated I went back and wanted to give the merchandize back and was told because the screen protector was used and SD card was out of the original packaging it could not be returned. Ive never had an issue with MetroPCS for the 2yrs Ive had them until Ive dealt with these people. Ive filed a complaint and I will get my mothers money back due to the lack of education on the purchases and crooked antics of what was done.
