It was good, but no Red, White, Blue RIP-ITs. 😒😒😒. So very sad.

Not my favorite dollar tree, but they had some good stuff! Godiva chocolate bars, classy Christmas wrapping (paper and bags), some cute organizers and stocking stuffers.

This dollar tree is just down the street from where I live. I have shopped this store many many times even though it’s not my favorite Dollar Tree. Several times I have experienced a very rude manager in charge. I don’t know if she’s a store manager or assistant manager at what I do know she’s very rude to the customers especially close to closing time. Set a time she has been purchasing items right before the store close. Yelling at customers “we close in five minutes”! I went in there to buy some bottled water and she purchased the last two jugs of bottled water not even offering one to me. I asked when they might get some more water and she said Friday. So I returned and of course there was no bottle water available. Several times I’ve been in the store near the end of the day and she’s purchasing mini mini items before paying customers purchasing items. She is not dress professionally she wears clothes much too small for her body size and Wearing a beanie cap. I just don’t get it she has a terrible attitude. I’m not going back to that dollar tree ever again. I have said something several times to somebody I thought was the manager but it’s obvious nothing has changed. Customer service is a big deal nowadays.

Very friendly and helped me get balloons for my daughters birthday. She loved the balloons and that is because you took the time to do it right and help me out. I appreciate it very much and loved how nice the staff is. Thank you

I never can find what I am looking for. Today was ribbon, late time hangers, its small. I get frustrated when I visit that store.

I came in with an attitude expecting to be stereotyped. Amani was so patient & understanding to help me through my difficulty of navigating the store because the layouts are different across stores. Even with the difficulty I presented, she displayed character traits deserving of a Nobel Peace Prize. I hope she is valued at her current place of employment cause Amani is the definition of customer service.

This dollar tree is new, very large and well kept. The people in here are super friendly and very helpful. I like to drive over here when my kids are shopping because they always make their shopping a great experience. God Bless you, there arent many polite, professional individuals in customer service anymore.

I give this particular location a 2 star, due to the fact that the employees are RUDE however the selection & organization is better in this location. This is the Dollar Tree, not Target which hands down have better customer service than this store and even Target isnt high-end retail. If you dont like where you work, dont take it out on the customers. The attitude is as if the employees are angry that you can afford dollar items!?!?🤔 I want to point out, this is not a reflection of Dollar Tree as a whole. I now understand why the Dollar Tree on 201 E Central Texas is always crowded? Whelp folks, the customer sevice is phenomenal and the employees are friendly. Please spend a week at the 201 E Central to learn how to treat Customers.

Went in during the evening hours- store was immaculate, super organized, fully stocked and the staff was helpful and friendly!! My favorite dollar store in the area. Glad it is close to my home! Sorry to see others had a bad experience. Hopefully they adjust their staff accordingly. Keep up the great work!

I bought the best travel wipes! I keep them in my car and they are amazing. They have never dried out and are always only a dollar.

The cashier Latoya that was working was extremely rude. My son had a very long day and goes through chemo. So he gets tired faster than a regular 4yr old. He had asked to be picked up. And before I can tell him to hold on, she said I dont know why you white people got to spoil them. They are spoiled brats.All because he wanted to be picked up and I said okay. I will make sure everyone knows about this dollar tree.

Shame on you, Dollar Tree. Im hooked. True, not all is a bargain because it might be smaller. But much is. Greeting cards are wonderful. Some of the cleaners like brillo pads, limeaway toilet cleaner, and more. Superglue, yep. I bought sugar free candy for a friend in the hospital (much better price than other stores and a small variety)

I was looking fir 9 fruits of the spirit bible study. Found all of them except Faithfulness.

Latoya just basically kicked myself & two kids out of the store. My 4 year old ran in the aisle & Latoya started talking ghetto saying nope no running in my store rolling her eyes. I put my child in the cart & she kept talking. She was argumentative & rude. I asked for a regional or district managers info she said “ His name is tony he’s easy to find online”. She should be fired, not a good example for other employees or maybe move her to a ghetto neighborhood where she can fit in better.

Everything is one dollar. Everything. Way better than other dollar stores. Tons of groceries. Dental picks! Candy! Snacks!great employees. Very clean. Safe neighborhood

Found All the Christmas bags, tags and decorated tissue paper I needed. Really cute designs on the tissue paper.

Horrible customer service by employees who work at this store. Came in yesterday and im walking around getting my items waiting for the time I see an employee cause none were in sight. Finally, when I was on the last isle, I saw someone and I asked if there were any more of an item I came here specifically to get. She had a problem with me even talking to her and she said idk. I asked if she could go check the back for me and she said I dont do seasonal! So I asked if there was someone who could check for me. She went into the office and(with an attitude) said some lady wants you to check so and so.. the manager never came out of the office. But the lady came back and told me there were no more. I said so the manager couldnt go check for me? She said no. I put all my things back. The manager didnt come out of her office until I guess she noticed me leaving. Didnt say a word to me but were talking about me to each other loudly. I come to this store often and the three ladies on shift are the same ladies who are always there!

Dollar Tree has agree selection of everything that you could need or want at reasonable prices

Went yesterday to grab a few wreath frames. Three workers with no mask, one with a mask, but pulled under her nose.Funny, since signs are all over the door saying masks were required. Last I checked, our governor said masks were mandatory.

Again. I am not sure what is going on at this location. Visited on Sunday night September 19,2021 at 745 pm .. folks I am saying this as nicely as possible without retaliation or getting banned from social media platforms all together. There’s something NOT RIGHT HERE.. the store was nearly empty, more freight had been delivered and yes rushed to floor as directed by corporate office. But the direction per corporate office states as trucks are being unloaded fast to the floor items and chemicals should be addressed first.. well it was addressed all over the floor and no one placing it on the shelves as per direction of corporate office.. this is my summary of Sunday night.. it was so empty and bare and the mess that was slung out there for fast to floor literally looked like a bomb had went off inside the store.. a total of 4 maybe 5 employees on duty and the only one who knew she was alive is the cashier.. the others walking around as if they were planning to attack someone who was stealing a pregnancy test. This store if operated by the right person could be rockin sales.. but as empty as the store was I seriously doubt they made $800.00 all day. I have no grudge against this company or store or any of the employees. I’m thinking the DM or Regional Director has completely forgotten about this store. Maybe Russ Harden should come into town and clean house and then replace all district and regional managers .. there’s the fix Russ where are you?
