We bought a car here Saturday. It was a pretty simple process. It didnt take too long and unlike dealerships Ive been to in the past they didnt keep coming back to us with ridiculous payment options knowing theyd be turned down. I bought my dodge avenger about 2 or 3 years ago. They said they would fix my hood on my car in 2 weeks after. Its still not fixed at all after all this time. When I tried to talk to someone about it they never came to talk to me. I sat for 30 mins after telling the receptionist what I was there for. So I got up and left then when I was walking out someone wanted to talk. They never tried to reach out to get it fixed for me either. This is the only reason I bought the car cause they promised to fix it. Then when I had problems with my air conditioning I took it out there to see how much it would be. The service people couldnt even give me a estimate on what the parts might be. Yes I know it has 3 or 4 units to it but they couldnt tell me well if its this or that it would run this amount. They wanted to put it on the machine and charge me $45 to do. Thats not including parts and labor. Screw that I had it fixed at a different place cheaper and they didnt have to put it on a machine. So went back about a month ago to see if they changed. Not really Brooke was nice and tried to help me. But didnt get the deal. I feel like I owe them no money down for a car cause they owe me to have my car fixed like they said they would. Dont know how they could make it right with me at this point. But at this time would not recommend them to any body who needs a car. They dont care about the customers at all to me they only want the money they can get.Susan WillisI did try and talk to someone about the problem. I sat there for 30 minutes. Great service department, but the sales team needs to get their act together. We were offered a price on a used pick up. Then came back two hours later to finalize paperwork​ and they raised the price $2000. Be sure they give you the deal in writing. A hand shake is not enough.
