Great customer service from start to finish - from the moment I walked in the door to my install. The salesman greeted me at the door, listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. They allowed me to take the samples home for a few days to finalize my decision. Order process was easy as well as measuring. Carlos installed my carpet today and did a fabulous job. He was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be back for flooring for the rest of our house in the future.

Tons and tons of selections on flooring...all different types. All kinds of tiles for walls, floors,etc. They carry brand names like Mohawk and Karastan to name a few. Danny O was very helpful in guiding me to the type of carpeting for our bedrooms. Very personable and he listened to what my preferences are. They carry carpeting in huge rolls in stock for a decent price and then they will also special order if you so wish. We purchased outdoor grass carpeting,cut to size, there twice now for our patio and service was outstanding and the quality excellent. We will certainly consider getting our bedroom carpeting when we are ready.

Im very impressed with the friendliness, efficiency, and customer service here. The Harrisburg location specifically Coutney, Danny, and Dannys dad went out of their way to get a rug for me from another store in Mechanicsburg, making it far easier for me to have exactly the rug I wanted on the day I could pick it up. Very pleased.

We were told that it would take 5 days to complete the job. The first week they were here, they only worked a total of 19.5 hours. I kept track of when they showed up and when they left! It took them two and a half weeks to finish the job! The crew that was here would say, Ill be there at 9. They would never be here when they said they would! Out of those two and a half weeks. The crew only put in one 8 hour day. Every other day was less than that! The crew would argue and talk about other jobs while they were here! Theyd say, Ill be back at 9 in the morning, not knowing I over heard them talk about another job they wanted to do, or work on an apartment one of them owned, to get ready for renting out. Excellent Service from Harrisburg Carpet and Tile Mart from start to finish!!!! We purchased LVP for kitchen, dining room, office and two hallways. Zach was very patient with us as we took many samples home until we found the perfect one. Installation was set up and then we had to reschedule due to an illness. They were very accommodating even though they had to rearrange their schedules last minute. Once we were in the clear installers John and Josh arrived. Very polite and professional. It was a five day install and these two worked so hard. Explaining details along the way and cleaned up after themselves each day. Our project is complete and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience, my husband and I ordered flooring for my business and paid in full upfront we were told it would be in less than 7 days it’s been 2 weeks no call so we called them to found out that they can’t even get it in. I don’t get why they wouldn’t call us so we could have resolved it sooner!

We recently purchased carpet for our entire home. Our salesperson, Zach, was very helpful. The customer service was excellent. The installers were friendly and did a wonderful job on the installation. I would highly recommend Carpet Mart Harrisburg.

Although we are happy with the actual installation and quality of the products received, we had some snafus with our timeliness and communication. We got an appointment for installation right after COVID opened everything back up so we could have a timely project. The tile did not come in at the scheduled time, but we had the carpet installed without the tile in a timely manner. When they came back to install the tile, they ran out of trim and had to re-order. It supposedly came in, but no one could find it for the installer, so they had to order it again. No one even called us to tell us this....we called them. When I called today to get a status on the new order, they said the installer had it on his truck now, but no one from the store actually called us to tell us this. They said installer could stop by in a few days. Unfortunately at this point, we no longer seem to be a priority --- our project was paid for a month ago, and it is still not done. Poor communication and poor planning. Disappointed with what started out as a good experience. Feel bad for installer who is fitting us in today, most likely at the end of a long day, but our completion needs to be a priority for this company.

I was fortunate today to be one of the teachers who received a free classroom carpet. This is a great giveaway and I thank Carpet and Tile Mart for supporting local teachers. Everyone employee was helpful and friendly. It was very organized. They even loaded the carpet in my truck for me. I got in line at 6:30am and was number 13. The wait was pleasant as all the teachers were friendly. The doors opened promptly at 8:00. Thanks again!

My experience with Carpet Mart was 5 stars from start to finish! My salesman, Dan Oats, was very patient with me while I was trying to pick out my carpet, since I did not know what I wanted. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, while telling me about each carpet that I was interested in. The office staff was also very on top of things during the entire process, such as letting me know when carpet arrived and was ready for installation. And finally on installation day, the guys Brian Weir and Nick Walk arrived on time and did a fantastic job!! They worked around our pieces of furniture and handled everything with care. They were respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up. I am looking forward to them to come over again in the next few weeks to finish the rest of my house!

Im doing some recent remodeling and thought originally about going online to look for stair treads for my hardwood steps. SO GLAD I chose to stay local and not go online or to a big home supply store. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I was then assisted by Mike Casler who patiently showed me all of my choices. It seemed overwhelming at first but I quickly trusted his input so it became less stressful. I know I had made my best decision when I got my EXACT sized treads and high quality carpet with built in padding finished with a high level of workmanship. Im thinking about other things for the reno and will definitely check with him if I do.

If I could give this company 0 out of 5 stars I would. Very poor customer service when it comes to installation of products. Dont show up when supposed to and dont even call to let you know they wont be on time. Spent 5 hrs waiting for them to show up and had to call multiple times.

Dont bother with anyone but Keisha. She isnt a salesman, but she works the main desk but knows everything you can imagine. We had some serious issues with installation and she was the only one that seemed to care and took care of everything. She might not be the manager, but she should be. The actual installation was great and I think they did a quality job, but the installers came a week late, and when they said they would return to finish the steps, they never did. No one called and when I called Carpet Mart they said they would call me back and they never did. Here we are three weeks past our install date and it still isnt finished. The process up until the sale was great (very knowledgeable staff and patient with our children) but after that I felt like they just didnt care anymore.

This company cheated me in so many ways. They didnt order the right color of carpet and refused to change the order. I bought an upgraded padding and they gave me cheap stuff. also the installers didnt speak any english. dont use this company.
