I called a few places to get estimates for new flooring...Touch of Color was the only place that really impressed me. Bob came out and measured everything up and listened to what we wanted...I met with Matt in the store to talk to him about our budget and if he could help us pick out flooring that we were interested in around our budget and he did...Matt was wonderful to work with and kept in touch through the whole process...We needed the flooring installed in a timely manner and they came through with that also. Very pleased with my Touch of Color experience. I walked into the store not knowing what I wanted or needed for my relatively small job. Matt Miller assisted me and took as much time as needed to explain various options and help guide me through the selection process. I had an estimate the very next day and the work was scheduled quickly -- not 3 months out like many other contractors. Matt assured me his installation team would do a good job, and they did. I stopped in to express concern about one small area and they dispatched someone to correct the problem the very next day. I would definitely recommend Touch of Color and Matt Miller to my friends and family.

I needed to replace my foyer flooring that was damaged by a water leak and was more than happy to find an almost exact match to the original floor at ToC. My parents have a large older home in Shamokin Pa with difficult access to the 6 rooms receiving carpet replacement. The very old carpet tear out was hard work, needing hours of scraping up old pad and prepping floors for new carpet installation. Because of my parents age, the installer removed/replaced all furniture and without disruption to my parents daily routine, the install was completed in 2 days. The installer was professional and super friendly. My parents are thrilled with the outcome and recommend using Touch of Color Flooring.

TOC has an incredible variety of hardwoods, laminates, carpeting & more. The local showroom on Allentown Blvd. (Jonestown Road) is beautifully appointed and has more options than anyone could possibly want. The sales team is genuinely friendly, yet not the least bit pushy to make the sale. The process was simple. Measurements were taken and within 24 hours an estimate for materials and installation was available. Pricing was extremely fair. But let me emphasize that my experience with TOC was highlighted by the EXCELLENT customer service. I have already recommended these folks to many friends.

Walked into Touch of Color Flooring 10 minutes before they closed, talked with Matt Miller about carpet, even though they closed at 5:00, Matt answered all of our questions about the different style carpets and paddings. It took awhile for the carpet to come in, Since the Covid 19 put things on hold, but Matt and Misty keep us updated the best they could.Day of the carpet install, the installers came in, introduced themselves and started moving the furniture, removed the old carpet, padding and did a great job installing. When they were done with the install they made sure everything was cleaned up, vacuumed the new carpet, put the furniture back in place and left. I would recommend Touch of Color Flooring.

We came in about a month ago and worked with Mo. He assisted us in picking out flooring and tile for our bathroom remodel. He spent at least a solid 2+hours with us, getting samples, matching up colors, providing us with much needed help in this process. He was great! The product was ordered and arrived as quickly as they promised too. Excellent service! Wish we could say the same about our contractor doing the remodel.

Recently bought water-proof evp flooring from touch of color. They were very knowledgable about their products. I almost bought flooring from Lowes, but when I got to touch of color they explained the importance of the wear layer. I then realized Lowes doesnt even list their wearlayer thickness, and for good reason, they want to sell junk at price point. I was able to get the color, and style I wanted with a 20 mil wearlayer at a fair price thanks to their honest and knowledgeable staff.

This is the current rating....In store they were great and awesome prices. Installation another story. My wife and I bought laminate for all of our down stairs and a new rug for the bedroom. We spent a lot. The sales people were great and helpful etc. they guy that came out to measure knew his stuff and his customer service rocked. The install team was nice but cut corners where possible and had to come back a few times. While installing they asked me to take the wash room door off and cut the bottom off by a 1/4 inch. Ok I thought to myself isnt that their job....but I did it. Pre-install we agreed on a price for them to remove slate tile in the kitchen and they had a few issues and explained that the kitchen floor needed some work before install after the tile removal. They said I would have to pay more. Not bad a few hundred and they went to home depot and bought cement and built the floor up to make it level . They completed and on our walk through there was some issues, laminate damaged, room dividers not ordered and coming up, finishing modeling not completed etc. They came back and corrected all of that. now three months plus later two new problems. Since it is now spring/summer we went to open or deck door which is off of our kitchen and it doesnt open fully at all like it did before. At best it opens 3 feet so you have to enter and exit sideways.. the second was a room divider edge came up. The team came back out, wore masks etc so all good on the covid front and looked at the divider and said the wrong one was ordered and but said ....wait for it,,,,we cant do anything about the door. Wait a minute you made it like that as the floor was built up by your install team with cement etc So today they are coming back to install the divider and I will ask them again about the door.....seriously I hope they make it right but if not to all of you considering this place. consider moving in. I will update this if they make it right

If you are looking for flooring you should try this place first. I have had positive experiences here for both my residence and business. The staff has been extremely friendly and they take time resolving any issues if they arise. Jeremy especially has been helpful finding the product that I needed based on our goals. Theyve delivered large orders for me in a very timely fashion and their prices are fair.

Rani from TOC gave a sales pitch at one of our rental property owner group meetings. We had not used TOC in the past and had a carpet repair that needed done so we called Rani to discuss the matter. We figured if they did a good job with the repair, we would use them for an upcoming new carpet purchase/install in one of our rentals.The repair needed some sub-floor work that TOC could not do so Rani provided guidance on how to repair the sub-floor, telling us to call him and set up an appointment for the carpet repair once we fixed the sub-floor. Well, we repaired the sub-floor and Rani has not returned any of the multiple messages left for him over the last four days to get the carpet repair done... Bad first impression TOC!- Within 15 minutes of posting this Rani reached out to me. We had the repair completed to our satisfaction the next day. I will give them a shot at our business again and hopefully it goes better next time around.

Not everything is priced very well the hardwood was very expensive but they did have some really good deals on tile. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very happy and willing to talk to you and not rush off to do something else.

This is the second time we have used A Touch of Color, and it does not disappoint. This time, Barry in the showroom really helped us come up with our selection. He was honest and directed us to the flooring for our needs. Today, in a snowstorm, Valmor and Diego did our installation. I was blown away by how quickly, yet professionally, the job was completed. And they were so pleasant and funny, too. Great experience all around. We plan on doing several more rooms in the next year or so, and we will request Valmor and Diego again. They were exceptional.

I really wanted to give this a 5 star review, but had a few issues along the way. Nearly everyone in the store we worked with was very kind and helpful. The contractors Derrick and Jordan did great work and put in the extra time to make sure everything was right.Overall things were pretty good. There were a few details that were missed that left me a little unsatisfied. The work was under-estimated, it took 3 days instead of 2 to complete the work. The wrong reducers and stair nose were ordered and their wasnt enough shoe ordered.I nearly gave three stars because because the wrong stair nose is installed, it clearly doesnt match. However the service performed by the contractor (even after their truck blew out) was excellent. The service by ToC despite the errors was also great with the exception of the stair nose.I do recommend ToC vs other services Ive used in the past, but remember...the end result is what you desire. Be sure to be assertive and forward about questions, concerns and expectations for any work done by anyone.

We were extremely disappointed after going there to look at flooring. We had a plan to do the entire upstairs. After spending a good bit of time going through the selections we found what we liked. Unfortunately we were told not 1, not 2, but all 3 choices we liked werent in stock. After each selection had an in stock tag. We spent a great deal of time there deciding what we wanted but after we were told for the 3rd time we decided to leave. Very disappointing.

After shopping for flooring a few weeks ago we decided to get our flooring at Touch of Color. Jeremy Fry was our flooring specialist and his expertise was just what we needed to obtain the look we wanted. We wanted something easy to care for and we were really tired our carpet. We chose hand scraped oak for our living room, dining andkitchen. Jeremy helped us pick out a great grey vinyl plank for our baths. It looks like slate. After that you get to sit in their center living area while the numbers are drawn up. Jeremy recommended David Foulk of Just Floorin It to install the flooring. He and his crew did an excellent job, removing all the carpet, padding, staples, tile, and linoleum. He took his time making sure each piece of wood was placed in just the right spot, and asked us questions so we got exactly what we wanted. When the job was finished, Jeremy called us to be sure we were happy with the installation. Over all, we love our new flooring and would recommend Touch of Color to anyone who needs flooring.

Screwed me out of over$400 bucks . For a job i was unable to finish due to physical issues. The owner knew of this and still let the$$71 direct deposit go through for three days of work. They are going viral on fb as we speak!! When I confronted my boss via text about my small deposit he responded with a laughing face. I have screen spotted the conversation and is going viral now

Touch of Color (aka Big Bobs Flooring) worked with our custom builder (Keystone) years ago to offer upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. Touch of Color sold us $6000 in Italian Porcelain tile for a few baths and then sent a few guys over to do the tile work before we moved in. The upgraded shower pictured was a $8000 upgrade/option!From day 1 we noticed a large gap around the base of our shower that they said was normal. With in a few months we noticed a large 6 foot water stain in our garage ceiling which they attributed to drain condensation. Last, water had always leaked from the sides of the glass door enclosure. These were all addressed by our local plumber with quick fixes.More recently the shower pan totally broke away from the studs since they did not use a proper mortar to set the base. This exposed mold and a much larger problem. Since they put the shower tile directly over DRYWALL, the entire drywall had soaked through and rusted out the NAILS that were used to secure the DRYWALL backer to the studs. The entire 300 pound shower wall was floating free from the studs.Since nothing was installed correctly, nothing was reusable. A demo and redo ended up costing us another $7500!3 calls and over an hour on the phone with Touch of Color was a waste of time. No one that had been there still worked there and numerous messages left for the manager were ever returned. Save your money and go elsewhere. Keystone should be ashamed using these guys.

Stay away from the flooring vender, their warranty means nothing. TOC was the flooring contractor when my builder built my house. In the buying process TOCs sales person recommended engineered hardwood floor and told me it is superior to hardwood floor. I believed and had their installer put it in. Only 10 months after we moved into the house the top surface of this product started peeling off in many spots in the kitchen area. I sent in my claim for warranty and went back and forth with them for more than 4 months. They told me they are not responsible for this defect and I have to PAY to get it repaired, on top of that, their installer suppose to leave extra boards for possible repair but there is nothing left for me which leave me with no other choice but to buy more from them. What a smart business plan of ripping off your customers!
