Best non contract cell phone provider
Very poor experience overall. Employees couldnt answer basic questions about the phones and the manager also had limited knowledge. She tried upselling me and gave some answers that were blatantly wrong. (I know they were wrong because I did some research beforehand.) They wouldnt unlock the phones for me to check the camera quality and the worst part was the pricing. Apparently, buying from the store instead of online means an extra $100+ for the convenience of having them activate the phone for you. In conclusion: staff was nice but clueless, manager used shady business tactics, and the phone prices are way above the actual retail value. 1 star.

Four months ago I went in and set up a new account. Upon purchasing I specifically asked if the phone could be unlocked since I was paying for it in full. The sales associate confirmed that it would be eligible since I was paying for it in full. Because the sales associate lied, or was just too lazy to ask his supervisor, I am now currently stranded in Australia without a phone for another 2 months until the phone is eligible to be unlocked. I cant recommend going to this retailer, their staff is clearly not up to par with the ins and outs of the terms and agreements and will blatantly tell you what you want to hear as long as it gets you out of their hair. Furthermore, the Cricket Wireless help line is not able to bypass the 6 month device usage requirement to help me unlock this device.

I spoke with one young lady over the phone a few weeks ago. Every time i have called the store since than no one has answered. She was very helpful when she did answer that is why i am giving them 2 stars! Answer the phones, even if it is to say hold one moment please.-Thanks
I unfortunately had a very negative experience at this store today. If I was in the market for changing providers I would have based on the events of the day. My husband called in the morning and asked about the availability of specific phones. We were told that 2 would be held for us for a week. Upon arriving at the store 3 hours after the phone call I was told that only one phone was available. I cant guarantee that the story I was told was true but it did not match at all what we were told earlier in the day. At the end of purchasing the one phone I asked about transferring a phone number and was told that it would be better to do that online because it takes so many steps in the store. There was no offer for help nor was I given the necessary information I would need when calling. The lack of customer service was appalling and there was no one else in the store during my transaction. I have since talked to 3 Cricket customer service agents about transferring a number and purchasing a phone. I receiving amazing customer service on the phone but I sadly did not get that in person.

The woman who helped us was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we asked for. They have great phone options along with the prices being much better than their other prepaid competition.
