The store fine but the employees acted like we were bothering them even though we were the only people in the store.

The new manager Chris knows the fundamentals of customer service, we elderly people had questions about our phones. He was very patient and knowledgeable, he talked to us in an easy to understand way. When its time for new phones we will go see Chris in Hartselle. THANKS!

Austin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all of our questions were answered and even stayed after closing to make sure we were good with all 3 of our new phones. Highly recommended going there.

I said i would never step foot in this particular store again after terrible customer service and an all around bad attitude. But out of necessity i did go back and maybe time and smart upper management stepped in because it was pleasant, quick and an overall great experience.

We went to a bunch of other retail stores in search of a case and none of them were any help. AT&T had what we needed along with a great employee, Josie, who helped me find it and how to use everything we wanted!! A lot of the other stores didn’t have the nicest people working but Josie was great and helped us sooo much!

I live in Decatur, but drove to Hartselle to purchase an iPhone that was not available at the Decatur store. It was definitely worth the drive! Austin was so polite and helpful that I plan to use this store in the future. Such a pleasure to be treated as a person-not just a number!

The young lady was the only person in the store. She saw us drive up and got up an came and opened the door for us, greeted us and resolved our problem right away. while we were there 2 others came in and without stopping what she was doing with us she instantly greeted them an told them she would be right with them. she then thank us as we left. This was the best service I have had at any retail store in a very long time. Thank You

I had the best experience in this AT&T store. Gerald is a wonderful employee, and patiently waited on me and answered my many questions with a smile on his face. He even made a point to walk me to the door and open it for me. I am a happy customer!

My wife and I were traveling through Alabama from Tennessee, and someone hacked my account and swapped our numbers to another carrier. We had no way to contact AT&T, so we stopped by the Hartselle store and Skyler went way out of her way and helped us to get back on the path to getting everything back to normal.

Stopped by today to get a couple of new phones and Austin was extremely helpful and very professional. Every question we asked, he knew the answer for. Getting new phones can be a hassle, but Austin made it a pleasant experience.

Lost important messages when they had me wipe my old phone so I could trade it in for $200 worth of accessories, then wouldnt trade it in because it had to be on the same paperwork (apparently a new ruling they couldnt override). Then the new phone couldnt get reception a good portion of the time, calls never connected, data wasnt available. The phone got so hot I couldnt stand to hold it. Called tech support and tried all suggestions, nothing worked. They said return to store, itd only been 12 days, and theyd swap out. No, I have to ship it back, be without the phone for a couple of weeks while they repair it. Im not pleased with the product or the service.

We’ve had to stop in this store a couple of times and each time the customer service has varied from disinterested to openly rude. We drive to Decatur if we need anything now. The sales staff act as if we are highly inconveniencing them each visit. Which is odd considering this is Hartselle and we are t exactly what I would define as busy... Regardless, don’t waste your time here. There is service the next city up that is more knowledgeable and far more polite.

Had no problems. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Never did get a receipt, was supposed to be sent to my email address.

This is the most crooked store ever! A year later and I’m still being charged for items that I had returned! Definitely switching to Verizon very soon!

Austin Orr at your Hartselle store location is AMAZING. We have been dealing with alot of people and situations since my Dad passed away 3 weeks ago. He, by far, has been the most helpful by making what could have been a very difficult thing so easy for my mom and I. His smile can brighten the room and make it seem like you are his only customer while dealing with mutliple things at a time. He is truly an asset to AT&T.
