I bought a hotspot box from them, and it never worked, I gave them 117 dollars for it, they never refund my money, kept giving me the run around, barely wanted to disconnect it me, they are bad business. Need to stop.

Freindly service good deals but the service picks up nowheres besides decatur hartselle and huntville..would recommend to people that stay in towns but wouldnt recommend for travelers..but you get what you pay for..still real freindly workers tho.. 💵📱😁🇺🇸💵📱🇬🇧🇮🇹🇫🇷😭

This place is awful! Scammers! The two boys who look like brothers will either over charge or cheat the store by pocketing the money. They rush when trying to explain something they know nothing about and are slow when it actually comes to setting up new lines. I simply added a line to my plan which should have only cost me 30...i paid 50. Then they would not give me the correct receipts! Only the activation receipt. When i asked for the actual purchase receipt i was given 3 seperate receipts so it would not mess up their drawer. Receipt shows i paid exact change 3 times... This place is all bad and i will not return to this store. I will be calling corp about this!

Hartselle Metro PCS is the worst one. The guy in there is rude to everyone. He tried to go through my phone. He argued with me about another plan. He is rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Take your business somewhere else like I did. Because the guy in there he doesnt care. :) I went to Cricket instead who was nice to me.

So I had a dilemma with dropping my phone in the toilet and went and chatted with Yuri at the hartselle location and even though she couldnt help me through the company she reached out a hand to a customer she had recently seen and solved my problem!!!! I love her and Beverly at this location they are the best!!!

We LOVE metro. We have not had a bad experience here and Beverly is a hoot!
